I highly recommend that if you are considering this dealership, RUN THE OTHER WAY. I would have rather went and picked a car from a junk yard than go here.. You probably would get better customer service talking to a wall. The internet sales department promises you things that they cannot fulfill. The internet sales manager, Bryan Cloud, didn't return my calls for two weeks. I called every day for him. Spoke with multiple people who said they would call me back or get Bryan to call me. Leasing managers, the GM, sales managers, customer service managers, etc and NONE of them helped and never returned my calls. They didn't ever call back. And when I finally got to speak to him, he called me a liar, told me I only heard what I wanted to hear, said my problem is not his (even though his team was the issue), was real nasty and didn't correct the mistakes his employees made. Told he would fire his employee, Gregory, if it made me feel better. And I asked why would you fire someone you feel like didn't do any wrong? I asked for a copy of the phone call with Gregory since Bryan was calling me a liar and he said "it's my data you aren't getting anything." Bryan hung up on me in the middle of our conversation and had his employees stop answering my calls. He purposely talked on his cellphone so the call couldn't be recorded hence why he was so nasty and mean. HE IS THE MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF HIS DEPARTMENT AND THAT'S HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. If you ever get a call from Gregory or Ryan in the internet sales department HANG UP. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to come into the shop. I was told that They can lower the value of a car to cover my miles that were over and keep me in a range I was comfortable paying and that was a lie!! They knew my exact situation and still fed me lies even when I said I didn't want to come out and waste my time if nothing could be done. They do not take responsibility for the things they say and the promises they can't make but instead blame the customer for "misunderstanding". The sales team did nothing to help me and said the internet sales team isn't their department and oh well their hands are tied (but Bryan said they work hand in hand with the internet sales team). The service department sucks too! Will tell you on the phone something is covered under warranty and still charge you! only person who was pleasant was Emilio because he had no knowledge of anything going on and was nice. I've contacted corporate. Montrose nissan should either clean house or shut down. This was the first time I went to montrose and it will be the last time. I will preach it from the top of a mountain for NO ONE to do business here. I will post this on every social media platform. Going there was the biggest mistake I ever made. Stick with boardman.
