Brandon sold me a used Nissan Rogue, his customer service really stands out. Honest, reliable, kind and patient. I was indecisive and asked to look at quite a few vehicles and was never made to feel like I was being an inconvenience. The finance department was great too. The process took quite a long time, but I know they were busy. Brandon really listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect vehicle, I am very happy with it. Highly recommend.

I visited five dealers in the recent past looking for a new car. I test drove 10-12 cars. Montrose was the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and easiest to deal with of all the dealers. I will be visiting them for service as well as the next time I need a new car.

Went there for repairs on my car they fixed it now they can t find a source of a clicking noise that was never there and keep diverting the problem and refuse to horrible service would not recommend, cocky attitude from staff.

The sales Team first off is very very friendly will make sure you leave them with a smile. The sales team knows about the cars will take time and patience to explain everything in detail. Dont have time and you need to leave they will explain the cars over at a diffrent time most convient to you. The tech's do a excellent job at there work and work fast and efficent not to keep you waiting in the dealership this place is what this economy needs friendly and fast past patient people there for you !

I thought that the whole experience of buying a car from Montrose was just shy of excellence. What made it fall short is Alex was unable to find my second key to my new car. Alex thought another salesperson had the key and I thought I would get a call Friday, Sept. 6th to inform me that my key was found but I have yet to hear from him. Kind of looking like the after the sale is what s causing the whole experience to be totally excellent.

Justin Buzzell, Mike Thompson Jr, and Emilio Miconi are the best in keeping me a loyal Nissan customer since 2006 for me and my family. I also appreciate Mike Thompson Sr and Drew Reckhart, who I have not met but may have played a role behind the scene in approving my purchase deal to move forward. I had a fantastic experience here. This dealership literally saved my local small business. Brandon Mosley and his manager Tara were able to help me get a vehicle. It was a great experience. I own my own business and have had it for 5 months and both JD Bryder and Taylor Toyota weren't able to help me out with anything. Brandon was extremely kind and considerate when dealing with getting me a vehicle. Once more my job literally depends on having a vehicle, as I am a mobile technician. This was the only business that seemed to care. Thanks guys! Thanks Brandon you were fantastic to work with

I haven't purchased a car in many years so natural...

I haven't purchased a car in many years so naturally I had several hesitations, on top of everything going on with COVID. Emilio was absolutely wonderful! He was so patient and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Tara the Sales Manager, along with Emilio worked very well together to make sure all of my wants and needs were being considered in the purchase of my new vehicle. When Justin the GM and "JR" the Used Car Manager both made time to come and intoduce themselves it really made me feel welcomed. I walked in as cutomer and I left knowing I will always have friends at Montrose. I absolutely love my new Rogue, It certainly met every bit of my expectations and more!

My first contact with Montrose Nissan was via their website. I was easily able to research and identify the make and model car that I was interested in and to obtain an estimate on my trade in vehicle. The first response that I received from the dealership was a thank you for my interest in a Rogue. They then asked for permission to contact me by my preferred method of communication. An appointment with Emilio was established. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The car exceeded our expectations. Natalie was very helpful and friendly and she efficiently arranged financing, taking care of all of the paperwork. While the car was being detailed, we were given a tour of the facility. Once we left the dealership, we received follow up emails containing helpful and pertinent information, as well as gratitude for doing business there. I would highly recommend that you consider Montrose Nissan to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I am writing to recommend to everyone Brian Bragg, the sales manager at Montrose Nissan. I recently purchased my third Nissan Altima from him. Brian, in my opinion, is the consummate salesman as he is very knowledgeable about his producst, makes it easy for his customers to buy and, most importantly takes care of his customers "after the sale".

In my 63 years, I have owned a number of different makes and models of automobiles and have dealt with a number of car dealers. I can honestly say that Brian is, by far, the best car salesman, bar none. He also sets the standard for his sales and service staff, who are also knowledgeable, customer-oriented and provide friendly service.

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend contacting Brian at Montrose Nissan.

I was really disappointed with the communication between the service department and myself. I had to call numerous times about the progress of my vehicle. The service department only called me twice. When they said they would give me updates on my vehicle. The first time was 2 days after I dropped off my car, the other was when my car was done. I personally would never recommend to my friends or family buying or getting any services done on their vehicle at a Montrose dealership after my experience.

Bought a Toyota Tundra there . And had a problem . Call management and got hung up on and told I m not going to help you and I don t have to help you . And the sales people will not talk to you after the purchase. Buyers beware .

Amazing place to buy/lease a car from! Zach is very understanding and worked with me to getting exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend coming here! The environment inside the dealership was good too, very nice and clean and I was still greeted by others even though I had an appt with Zach, everyone was really friendly.

Had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I asked them to wash the 2017 Pathfinder as well. It took over 2 hours to get this done while I waited on the vehicle. If it was going to take this long I should have been informed. Not happy with the fact that it took that long when it should have have taken about an hour to perform these tasks. Was never told sorry for the wait or anything as to why it took so long.

I highly recommend that if you are considering this dealership, RUN THE OTHER WAY. I would have rather went and picked a car from a junk yard than go here.. You probably would get better customer service talking to a wall. The internet sales department promises you things that they cannot fulfill. The internet sales manager, Bryan Cloud, didn't return my calls for two weeks. I called every day for him. Spoke with multiple people who said they would call me back or get Bryan to call me. Leasing managers, the GM, sales managers, customer service managers, etc and NONE of them helped and never returned my calls. They didn't ever call back. And when I finally got to speak to him, he called me a liar, told me I only heard what I wanted to hear, said my problem is not his (even though his team was the issue), was real nasty and didn't correct the mistakes his employees made. Told he would fire his employee, Gregory, if it made me feel better. And I asked why would you fire someone you feel like didn't do any wrong? I asked for a copy of the phone call with Gregory since Bryan was calling me a liar and he said "it's my data you aren't getting anything." Bryan hung up on me in the middle of our conversation and had his employees stop answering my calls. He purposely talked on his cellphone so the call couldn't be recorded hence why he was so nasty and mean. HE IS THE MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF HIS DEPARTMENT AND THAT'S HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. If you ever get a call from Gregory or Ryan in the internet sales department HANG UP. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to come into the shop. I was told that They can lower the value of a car to cover my miles that were over and keep me in a range I was comfortable paying and that was a lie!! They knew my exact situation and still fed me lies even when I said I didn't want to come out and waste my time if nothing could be done. They do not take responsibility for the things they say and the promises they can't make but instead blame the customer for "misunderstanding". The sales team did nothing to help me and said the internet sales team isn't their department and oh well their hands are tied (but Bryan said they work hand in hand with the internet sales team). The service department sucks too! Will tell you on the phone something is covered under warranty and still charge you! only person who was pleasant was Emilio because he had no knowledge of anything going on and was nice. I've contacted corporate. Montrose nissan should either clean house or shut down. This was the first time I went to montrose and it will be the last time. I will preach it from the top of a mountain for NO ONE to do business here. I will post this on every social media platform. Going there was the biggest mistake I ever made. Stick with boardman.

Jon, along with the rest of the staff, was very helpful. Everyone was easy to talk to and make the experience smooth. My husband and I love our used Lincoln MKZ. To say that I do not like the car buying experience is an understatement, but the staff at Montrose Nissan of Hermitage did a great job making everything fit for us. Even though we were shopping for a used car verses new, Jon was very kind and took his time with us. I would highly recommend Montrose Nissan of Hermitage!

Had a such a tough time with other dealerships trying to get a good price on a new Nissan Sentra. But, Brandon Mosely at Montrose was great and got me a good deal on a lease. He is proffessional, kind, and truly cares about you and your car purchase. 10/10 recommend!
