My salesman, Emilio, made sure I was able to get a car I loved at a price I could afford. And the finance manager made sure to get me a loan with a great rate. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience (which can t be said for other places I ve bought from or attempted to buy from). I 100% will buy my next car from them.

I've been looking for a while for a Nissan Rogue. I finally found Montrose Dealership. Emilio has been working with me. I went and looked At a few different vehicles. Emilio called and said we found one, a Mazda Cx-5. I further investigated it and without looking at it, I told him to hold, that I definitely wanted it. What a wonderful experience. He definitely took care of us. Thank You, we love our New Car
Wanted a pre approval on a vehicle and asked them to only run my credit on one vehicle for one bank and I now have 4 inquires and am getting a minimum of 3 peices of mail per day from different banks and their dealership. What a joke.
On my way to NY and stopped to charge my new leaf, everyone was great, answered all of my questions (the salesman for a different dealership couldn't) very caring, even let me borrow a phone charger! Such a nice experience for a new ev owner.
On September 19 of 2020 we leased a new Altima and the car is great. By October 26 we were wondering when the license plate would be in and were told by the salesperson that they would look into it. November 19 the temp tag expired and I finally got a call back from the title clerk that seemed shocked even though my wife had been leaving messages for around 2 weeks. I was told the car was supposed to be "out back with a sign that says do not sell." Because of the title being accidentally sent for the wrong vehicle and that person got plates with it. That day they did have a runner bring a dealer plate to our home so we could continue to drive the car. As I write this today December 9th 2020 we are still stuck with a dealer plate nearly 3 weeks later with no updates whatsoever.
Can t find an easier experience, and I challenge you to try. Staffed with a great team that s committed to finding the solution that fits YOU. Emilio was fantastic at breaking down the cars, and Mark was very helpful with explaining the financials. They will definitely be getting recommendations from me for years to come.
I lease my Nissan from them they're horrible and they're Liars but I heard they're under new owners now so I hope it's better

Recently had my truck inspected/serviced, no problems with service staff, they took care of me. My only concern was previous staff Sarah & Joe aren't there. Top notch, were always on top of everything, felt confident that everything would be fixed. You know when you find a shop that makes you feel important, calls you by name, always feel in sync they can finish your sentence. Miss those 2!

Recently bought a used car from Alex Miller at Montrose and it was the best car buying experience I ve had. From the start, Alex was very helpful in assessing my wants and needs and finding the perfect car to fit me. Alex was extremely knowledgeable through each step of the process. I would highly recommend them for all of your car buying needs!
This place is horrible. A friend was a former employee gave a lot of time to this place and was well known there. This friend informed me of a lot that goes on there. The constant switching of employees and management even upper management at the location has caused irreparable damage to its reputation. Employees in production roles are made to feel uneasy every single day in the securities of their positions. The general management of these facilities have changed at least a half dozen times in the last year alone. Each new manager informing some employees that served the company loyally they are moving in a different direction. The current General Manager is a immature and arrogant person. Who by all accounts eliminates roles he does not understand aka anyone with a backbone. Fortunately for the community there are other options locally where employee tenure and loyalty matter. If this is typical of Montrose auto group as a whole I seriously advise to stay away.

I emailed the internet sales consultant, James Chismark II about a car I was interested in. I got a very fast response and made an appointment to come look at it. When I arrived the car I was interested in was waiting out front and ready for a test drive. I was greeted by my first name from James and other associates as well whom I never spoke to. James handed me over to Mo Wilder, the sales person who took care of me during my visit. James, Mo and several staff members were very professional and courteous on what seemed like a busy day for them. I was looking at a 2004 model and although they sell several brand new high end cars I was treated as though I was their most important customer. I would highly recommend Montrose Nissan of Hermitage, PA to anyone looking for a car and I would especially recommend James Chismark II and Mo Wilder to help you along the way.

I traveled over an hour after speaking all day with their sales team on a Nissan Rogue. When I arrived, their sales associate, informed me the vehicle was sold the night before and the customer right before me had the same thing happen to him. Sale Manager Mike Jr. said they would work with me to make this right, offered another Rogue at the same price, and told a clean CarFax. Upon evaluation the vehicle needed brakes and tires, and 3 accidents on the CarFax. I asked why Autotrader had the vehicle listed as certified. Suddenly, the offer price was no longer the price. This back and forth went on for 72 hours with Montrose's story continuing to change. I was never offered an apology.
It is apparent there is a combination of complete incompetence and the promotion of shady sales schemes. Do not waste your time traveling or visiting. After reading other's reviews, there seems to be a pattern.
I reached out to the GM prior to posting. The dealership informed me he would be in in the afternoon. That evening, I receive and email from him stating he is at a training for the week, but will call me the next day. As shocking as it is, I didn't receive a phone call.

Went in with GF. While vehicle was serviced everything good. When I m waiting room heard racial joke about Asian from Salesmen. Asked in service who manager was and pointed at guy who made joke!!!!!!! Apparently head manager! Tall skinny goofy how do you like it?

I recently purchased a Nissan rogue hybrid and absolutely love it. It has great features for a reasonable price. Emilio and Brandon were very informative and made the car buying experience a positive one.
Took my Frontier in for an oil change. To my surprise they charged $52. It has never been more than $29. That wasn't the worst part. The girl said just be lucky you don't have a Titan it's $30 more. She could have cared less.
I've bought my last 3 cars from Montrose and referred numerous friends and family. Each time saying that I'd get a $50 gas card for referrals. Never got 1!
My biggest problem is the different service writers. You guys really had some good ones that took care of the customers only to get rid of them. I'll take my business to Boardman Nissan from now on.

My wife and I had been looking at a used Infiniti at a dealer in the North Hills suburbs of Pittsburgh. After doing a quick internet search, we found the same model with the same options that had fewer miles and a less expensive price. We sent them an email and after a few text messages with Steve, their internet sales manager, we were on our way. It's about an hour away, but it was well worth the trip. The car was ready and Wayne and Emilio at the Nissan store couldn't have been nicer. They gave us a very fair deal on our trade, and in no time at all we were driving away in our new car. If you live in the Pittsburgh area, you owe it to yourself to check these guys out. If I'm ever in the market for another pre-owned or new car, I will definitely be back to Montrose.

My experience was excellent. The salesmen, Charlie Fornataro, went the extra mile to see that my purchase of a Colorado 4wd truck would happen. Kudos to the rest of the team that excelled in my experience pleasant and productive, rather than painful like some of the other dealers that I stopped at.
