I had a disappointing and stressful experience. I came to sell my car and spent 2 hours here to be offered a price 3k below the kelley blue book dealer price. I walked out and got my car appraised at 3 other dealers, 2 offered close to the kbb price and one matched it so i went with that. They did not try to low ball me like this place.

My wife & I drove 25 miles to view a Toyota Sienna van advertised online here. I spoke with Tim Jacoby by phone the previous day for a more detailed description of the van's condition. He provided accurate & honest information of this vehicle and assured me it would be worth the trip. He was right! Although Tim had a scheduled day off when we arrived, Keith Mickens graciously stepped up and took excellent care of us. Once we agreed on price, Hamad Matari finalized the deal in a professional & efficient manner. Kudos to the entire staff at Montclair Acura for their proficiency during the current dealership construction... As a customer however, the inconveniences of tight parking & jack-hammering during our deal is the reason why I awarded 4 stars to the dealership, instead of 5.

While leasing a 2016 TLX at Montclair Acura, the process was straight forward. There are no games. The price I was quoted was exactly what paid on the day I signed my lease. NO sneaky moves at all. Walter Goldman was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, down to earth and very easy to communicate with. He is also very responsive to phone calls and emails.

After spending 2K to have my radiator and a fan replaced, the messed me up more than i came in... not happy at all, not a have to replaced my engine due to severe damage done

Our buying experience from DCH Montclair Acura was the best car buying experience we've had so far. Everyone was kind and respectful and met our needs. Ronald Morera was an excellent Advisor and Jaime Borja was kind, funny, and very knowledgeable. Both went beyond our expectations and made our experience enjoyable. Richard Morales was also friendly and respectful. I would recommend this dealer and these agents to everyone.

We just leased our first Acura vehicle and can't say more wonderful things about this dealership. We weren't sold on an Acura vehicle, and were shopping around while we considered other manufactures. However, the exceptional service and response from DCH Montclair Acura swayed us and we chose an Acura MDX.

While other dealerships played games with us, gave us insane pricing, and flat out refused to return calls, DCH Montclair Acura was incredibly responsive.

I can't say more positive things about DCH's internet contact, Sandralie. She would respond back to our emails within minutes, if it took her even that long, even late at night or on Sundays. Sandralie's exceptional customer service kept us coming back to discuss the Acura options at DCH.

When we came in to finalize the deal, Walter was extremely professional. He clearly had a lot going on (we stopped by on a busy Saturday on a holiday weekend to sign the papers and pick up the car), but he made dealing with us a priority and never made us wait. He took the time to go over all the lease documents and made us feel comfortable. He then took additional time to explain the car details and set us up, never making us feel rushed. He is exactly who you want as a car salesman - a man knowledgeable with the car and a straight shooter.

In all my years purchasing/leasing vehicles, I've never had a better experience than with Sandralie and Walter at DCH. When our lease is up and we're shopping around for a new car in 3 years, our first stop will be DCH.

The curbside pickup and paperwork was easy and convenient. Both were professional, knowledgeable and provided wonderful client service. My family and I have been coming to DCH Montclair Acura since the 1990s. Acura produces incredible vehicles, but the experience with buying or leasing a car starts at the dealership. Everyone working there is incredibly friendly, the facility is gorgeous and so well-maintained, it all adds up to a great experience. The sales team works with you like an adult, it s not your typical nonsense and the cliche car sale experience of rough negotiations & playing games. You walk in, tell them what you want & how much you want to pay, and they work with you until you re satisfied. Paul Wong especially is a great guy and it s always a great experience working with him. Excellent dealership, highly recommend!

My experience with this dealership escalated from great (warm welcome upon entry from reception, time to explore showroom on own) to exceptional when I was connected with sales, Richard Morales. An indecisive buyer, I really appreciated his extraordinary patience, knowledge of the brand and guidance in narrowing down to the perfect car to meet and exceed my expectations. His professional manner and expertise in sales providing explanation/education on car features while sitting with me with manual of package options, walking through the lot to actually see the inventory, quickly responding to my questions via text and providing multiple test drives of the cars is the reason I felt confident enough in the car I chose to buy the same day I drove it. A few days following the sale he responded with the same level of professionalism to my questions. I highly recommend Richard and appreciate the assistance he provided.

Robert Westervelt was also supportive and professional during the process. He was friendly and available throughout the process. He patiently answered all questions and provided insight regarding features of the car.

Hamad Matari was very efficient and professional during the Gina ace and paperwork portion of the transaction. He was a pleasure to work with.

I appreciated Shawn Honeycutt, used car manager coming out to explain in person to me the process of certifying the car (had to wait until next day to pick up car to complete this process). He was professional and friendly in his interactions.

Maureen graciously took my money in the end. I have to mention her because I enjoyed her friendly demeanor in her welcoming smile, greetings during my comings and goings at the dealership as well. Her warmth adds to the friendly atmosphere of the dealership.

Was not in the market for an Acura but needed a new car, was driving by the dealership, and decided to pop in. The sales person - Waldo Capcha - was informative, easy going, patient, and believed in the cars he was representing. The 2019 Acura RDX is one heck of an automobile - Acura really elevated their game with the 2019 model. The turbo and the technology are really impressive. Waldo and his manager John Nguyen offered me a fair price for a loaded Acura RDX and I appreciated the fact the price we discussed was the actual price I paid when I signed the contract. I have had pretty terrible experiences at car dealerships in the past so it was refreshing to work with folks who were professional, efficient, and had integrity. Highly recommend Waldo and the team at DCH.

My daughter and son in law spent a horrific six hours of the classic car dealer bate and switch. They waited nearly five hours for the so called finance manager who took the monthly amount quoted by the sales person and raised it by 75%, yes you read that correctly, seventy five percent after a five hour wait. The most abhorrent thing about this is that my daughter is a nursing mom, the staff at the dealership was well estate of this and essentially could care less that a two month old infant was also put through this ordeal. Shame on this dealership, for their heartless con artist attempt. Think seriously if you are going there.

I recently came in for servicing for my car, as well as to have some recall items addressed. Mithun Seeblack greeted me and had my car serviced as smooth as possible. He explained to me about the process and everything that needed to be done with the car. He also found items that were faulty that caused other problems for my car that he took care of, which was great! What topped it off was that the car was done sooner than expected. I was very satisfied, as a customer, and would like to thank him and the team for doing a great job, as I will be a returning customer for my servicing needs and purchases here.

Once they have your money, they don t care. Twelve days and driven only for 5 of those days after I purchased my certified 2015 TLX I had a slow leak in one tire. I believe it existed prior to me purchasing the vehicle since the tire was low and required air before driving off the lot I came back to the dealership. At this point I would ve expected some kind of assistance with the cost of a tire. The nitro bronze tire package (third party) mandatory dealer add on at time of purchase did give me $100 off the tire. Also disappointed the tire had to be a different manufacturer but this was out of dealers controls.
Update: Thank you DCH Acura for contacting me, it looks like we can come to a mutual resolution.

If I were to give the Dealership a grade I would give them a B-, but our salesman was a Terrific A++. Thanks to James for making our car buying experience at DCH worthwhile. Otherwise probably would have walked a couple of times especially after spending some quality time with the woman in finance. All I can say to her is if you don t like your job let someone else have it! But Thanks again James for your extra effort and perseverance! Love my new car!

This dealership flat out LIED to us during our recent lease. We have had 2 TSX and we now have a TLX. The car is horrible and we were old that the dealership would absorb certain costs - they are now denying this. They have been difficult to get on the phone and we were told to "drive the car like a lease"? What does that mean?

We got our new Acura RDX recently though we didn't served right away because of little glitch and maybe everybody is busy but once it got going the process was explained and disclosed by the finance guy named Jaime Borja in a very clear way. I highly recommend Waldo - he went above and beyond to meet my needs without wasting my time. The most pleasant car shopping experience I ve ever had. Customers; when ever you see a great review with 5stars after a poor review with 1stars is obviously an employee of the dealership who us writing that 5star review. My experience was a terrible one. They offered me too low (thousands plural) for my trade in, despite what kbb states. Their reasoning was unrealistic. They do not care about their customers (treat you like they do not care or even want your business) and their cars are overpriced with flaws. They treat you like crap and all they doo is apologize after someone writes a bad review about them. "DCH SALES PERSONEL (Sergio) AND MANAGERS, you can take your scratched interior trim, dirty floor board and squeaky rootored Acura and stick it up your. ....!!

I NEVER write reviews because I just don't have the time to do so. However, my experience with Robert Colon at DCH Montclair Acura is one I must share! As a woman, I was a bit apprehensive to negotiate my first car lease on my own. I've always owned my cars, so this was my first experience negotiating a lease and I was torn on whether to stick with my BMW or switch over to an Acura/RDX. Robert Colon is not only professional, but he went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible. He was friendly, understanding, and patient with my questions. At no point did I ever feel like he was only interested in making a sale. And to top it off, Jaime Borja was equally a pleasure to work with on closing the deal in reviewing all the specifics I had discussed and agreed to with Robert and explaining the contract terms to me. I can't say enough on how great my experience at DCH Montclair Acura was and I'm in love with my RDX. No regrets; they are excellent hands down and exceeded my expectations!
