I had an excellent experience purchasing a 2017 used Lexus IS 300. I needed it quickly, so my sales rep, Keith Mickens, was able to put a deal together within 48 hours. Everything came through as promised. I was very pleased with Keith's and the finance department's attention to detail. There were no surprises, and no "hard selling". It was a simple transaction made possible by true professionals. Thanks Keith!

Keith Mickens was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in getting. I would recommend anyone I know who is interested in an Acura to go visit this dealership and ask for Keith specifically he was very patient and he showed us all of the best options within our budget . I liked how he was very personable also.I m very happy with the car and the service we received.We initially came into the dealer looking for a specific car and left with a better one!Thank you soo much!!!

This is the worst place ever! They sold me car signed all my paper work okay great. Then next thing you know I get a bill from a bank that I DID NOT sign for. I was so upset! I call them and instead of saying they will fix the problem they tried to convince me that having a different bank is not a problem, they don't see an issue, it will be too much to fix, blah, blah, blah. They ended up fixing the issue when I told them that I would come and give them the car back and get my lawyer. After the issue was resolved the temporary plates on my car expired. I've been driving around with no plates for a week now and I'm still waiting. Accompanied many people on the search for cars plus my own and this is the worst service I ever received in my life. I will not be recommending this place to anyone ever.

I loved working with DCH Montclair Acura! I personally worked with Ann and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with answering all my questions. When it came down to getting my acura serviced she helped me with that as well. The whole staff makes you feel like part of their family :)

Amber, Keith, and Lora are phenomenal and they made my experience from start to finish phenomenal. I entered skeptically and can say without question that Keith and Lora were extremely attentive to my asks and not interested in forcing me into in any direction I was uncomfortable with.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied. Laura was also extremely helpful and friendly during the financial process. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They work to make everyone happy.

Bought a used Altima last week. My salesperson Barry with super helpful throughout the whole process and we had a deal in almost no time in a very professional manner. No hidden charges besides the standard "document fees" that most of the dealers charge. They detailed the car and took care of few extras (oil change & brakes) without me asking for.

I went to DCH Montclair Acura today for a used car. Anthony Bollotta, their Pre-Owned Sales Manager was professional, friendly, straight-forward and helpful. He was easy to speak to and discuss my needs. He made the buying experience very easy and pleasant. I test drove a vehicle. I liked it and bought it. I recommend DCH and specifically Anthony to anyone thinking about buying a car.

This is the second car I bought in the last six months from this dealer and that should speak for itself. I was very happy with the customer service and Harry Jones is always a pleasure to work with. No add pressure and tells you exactly what you need to know. I ve been to many dealers with the bait and switch and not once did this happen here. Hands down best dealer I have experienced. I also worked with Hamad who got the deals done quick and was super professional. He is always busy but made time to get me in and out due to my hectic work schedule. A hundred thumbs up to this dealer. Go ask for Harry Jones if you are in need of a car, you won t be disappointed!

Tim, Hamad and Walter are straight shooters with down to earth, excellent service. I left my previous dealership for DCH Acura and am here to stay for all my vehicle needs from now on.

They did not try to sell me anything. I told them what I wanted, they gave me a more than fair price (compared to Wayne and Denville I visited previously) and I was out with a beautiful 2020 Acura RDX that I am in love with. No tricks or gimmicks!

They were also very attentive. They were busy, but somehow made me feel like I was the only one there!

I will recommend this dealership to everyone I possibly can!

My experience with DCH Montclair Acura was great. They have very friendly and very professional stuff. This dealer has large car inventory to choose from and provide hassle free car buying experience, The process was easy and quick. And the service Walter provided was excellent.

I was extremely satisfied with the people working there. Not a dull moment at this dealership! I took my Honda Civic here to fix a nail in my tire. I will keep coming here for other future services.

Buyer Beware!! This dealership has extremely rude and obnoxious sales people. My husband and I sat with Tony Karatzia Senior Sales Representative after test driving a Acura MDX 2016 which was certified pre-owned but had several imperfections on the body. We expressed how we like the vehicle but the deal breaker was the dent in the crease of the door.. Tony went on to explain how the dealership would not honor a discount due to the exterior. We then decided to leave but he asked us to wait so he could present our concerns to his boss . He returned after a few minutes and said they would fix the dent but it will cost us. he also insulted my buying tactics by saying stretching my dollar was something a person of lessor would does. Ultimately he tried to get a sale and could not justify why he should with a car that drives nice but has ugly imperfections on the outside. He tried to make it seem like it was my problem and I should live with it. Its wasnt my problem there are plenty of MDX cars with Certifications and no imperfections on other dealers lots. In his frustration he continue to make insults to the point my husband stood up and said I had enough. When he saw we would not give in and were leaving he stopped his tantrums and fits and ran to his boss as if we were going to report his behavior.
Not at any time would I ever think that Tony Karatzia behavior did not represent the Acura DCH Dealership in Verona NJ for which he worked for. Tony Karatzia communicated the only way he knew how to communicate to us he was at his best, he could not have done any different because that is all he knows. We walked away because we were not doing business where we were undervalued, underestimated and marginalized. It was shameful on his part and a financial lost and shame on the dealership for hiring such a poor example of a salesperson.

All they care about is making a sale the car that I almost purchase from them was low on oil,low on antifreeze they also try to hustle me by selling me the car way more expensive than it was supposed to be. I was there for about 3 hour and they still was trying to sell it over 3000 dollars over the Kelley Blue Book the sales rep didn't answer any of my questions correct he had no knowledge of the car overall bad experience.

Bought an MDX from Harry on Friday. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Absolutely no pressure. He did an excellent job of understanding that I already knew a lot about the car and quickly focused in on features which I was less familiar with. I already own a TLX so he was knowledgable enough to provide a detailed explanation of the additional features this car had over the TLX. Car is for my wife and she knew much less about it than me so he focused very nicely on her needs and questions. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from Harry.

They'll say whatever it takes to get you in the door, once you are there the game changes, there are better and more honorable acura dealerships out there and this isn't one of them. Don't get tricked by this one.

We have purchased and leased cars from Montclair Acura since 1991. We have had a great experience in buying and servicing our vehicles over the years. The people there are great and professional at all times. We have never been given a round around that is typical of other dealers.
We quickly agreed on a price for our latest vehicle without the back and forth that is the typical car buying nightmare.
We will be purchasing our next vehicle there also.

First and foremost I would like to say that I hate...

First and foremost I would like to say that I hate anything dealing with a car dealership. But recently Latoya Davis in service made my thoughts totally different. I was greeted within 10 seconds of walking thru the door. She explained the accelerated service program to me and I never even knew I could be in and out in 30 minutes. It also made it much more comfortable that she was a woman and understood my concerns. Please go and ask for her when you arrive. Thanks so much!

I purchased a Nissan Rogue there, against my better judgement, had the option between that dealership and another which I should of went with.
The sale representative Walter and the manager Anthony hunt me and my boyfriend down with a good deal of $1,000 off the car since the only issue was cosmetic.
They provide all latest worked performed on the car, smooth talked me with great customer service.

One week later, check engine light came on!
The main issue was the transmission and air flow circuit range performance.
I called Walter, he told me drop off the car they will fix the issue at hand.
Few days later, no answer as to when will the car be ready or even if they even fixing it.

Great customer service turned into straight to voicemail and rude receptionist from service department.

I could cry right now because my gut told me to go with the other dealerships and I didn t listen.
I bought a car and a week later I don t have it.

Currently seeking legal action because New Jersey have lemon laws

People be aware of this dealership and don t fall for the gimmicks!!!
