The I feel it s the best. The service is great. The pool is great for kids and there another one just for the adults. A lot lack on the cleaning.

While employees and other patrons couldn't help but have looks of "what is that black guy doing here", this was a very lovely hotel. The service was too notch! Like providing pool towels at 3am, because we couldn't sleep and decided to go to their 24 hour jacquzi. We arrived at night so we didn't get to see the breath taking view until the morning. It is simply lovely.

Incredible luxury resort and some of the most pristine coastline you'll ever see. Most likely missed by many because it's a bit hidden behind a large fancy hotel. Apparently around $1,000 per night.

The Christmas theme setting with the tree and the lights made the view and environment a lot more beautiful.

We recently stayed there and I think it was very mediocre for the price we paid. I think the owner is very cheap and felt it was a rip off.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful the staff is the best trained, and will do everything in their power to make your stay better. The location is great very close to all manner of activities with the hotel being beautiful both inside and out. The rooms are well equipped. The pool and spa are both amazing.

The service is always exceptional - from the moment your door is opened in the porte-cochere until you depart the property. No request too bothersome or difficult for the staff who do all they can to make every visit a beautiful experience. The rooms and grounds are pristinely maintained and every amenity provided to make you feel as if you are in your home away from home - if home had 5 star cooking and spa services! Laguna Beach has many places to enjoy, and The Montage tops my list. I visit often as I can.

The beach in front of the Montage Resort is also known as Treasure Island. It's a beautiful beach and if you walk North at low tide you can see amazing tide pools and you can walk out on to Goff island rock and maybe see a seal lying on the beach or sunning itself on some of the exposed rocks. Watch out for the sea life and don't step on the sea anenomes. Leave no trace. It is one of the most idyllic and picturesque beaches around and in my opinion it can compete with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Hawaii has got nothing on this beach. So if you're blessed enough to find this beach or this review takes you there have fun

Laguna Beach is where it's at! This hotel has the best cleaning staff Aleyda was a delight

arguably one of the most luxurious resorts in Orange County. The property is stunning, staff is exceptional and overall experience is top-notch.

If you have pasta this is your place, it has a very nice view, a very varied cocktail menu and in the evening live music, that if they put a host on the credit card ... mamina

Visited The Loft for dinner. The wine, oysters and desserts were very good. However, the service and main course unfortunately didn't match up. My sister was hoping our waiter would check in as she did not enjoy her dish, but he didn't come back until at the end when our dinner plates had already been removed by other staff. We visited a number of really wonderful restaurants while in Laguna Beach and high hopes for our dinner here, which was to be a celebration dinner, we were unfortunately disappointed.

I keep dreaming about returning here, after our amazing experience. The food, staff, view, atmosphere, and overall Ambiance was just wonderful! It is pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for.

The service there was very good. All accomodations were made and the entire resort was clean and inviting. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

It s an amazing location! Dinner was very expensive and small servings. We order room service one night and being in a ketogenic diet our choices were reduced. The only choices we could think of was a shrimp cocktail and a gazpacho.
Well, the cocktail was the WORST I have ever had!! Four shrimps in a stick with some stain on the plate (sauce), the gazpacho was sour and I couldn t sleep because it upset my stomach!! And the prices... $25 each. Ughhh, very bad service at night. They really need to hire a better chef for the evening room service. Other than that it was perfect, the pool and the beach were amazing.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. They even gave out free stuff animal to my kid without asking.

You will never find a more accommodating staff. Literally perfection. I've spent about 2 months at the Montage Laguna Beach and I wouldn't choose to be anywhere else. If you are thinking about hosting a business event or other you have come to the RIGHT place! Laura Himmelson (event planning) is spectacular! I can't even begin to explain how wonderful and easy the staff made it to host at this resort.
Regarding the rooms, you couldn't ask for better views. Every room looks out to the ocean! Be sure to watch for whales and dolphins from your window...they come by often. You'll never want to leave once you see how amazingly beautiful the landscape are scenery are. I have spent enough time at this hotel to learn it inside and out, and I don't think I have one negative thing to say after 2 months. That's outside the norm for me! :)

Was there just to check out the hotel and beach. Was a beautiful place with a great pool and restaurant. Would love to stay there if I could afford it.
