Fabulous views, great wine list by the glass, no appetizers or food in the lobby/piano bar. Food so so in restaurant.

I was here on feb 2015 to have lunch with my freinds who were visiting from China, we ate at the studio resturant. Good food, grest service, and excellent view.
I was here on jan 13 2017 to watch the sunset while I sip on my Rose....
Was in a rush to not miss the sunset... while on my way inside from parking all the staffs gave me good smile. I went to bar and this amazing guy Eric helped me out for a drink... he also served me some delicious snacks. I wen out on the balcony and enjoyed the sunset and the piano that was bwing played inside. Oh the atmosphere was so delightful.
The view was woth a million from here.... the beach excess, fire pit, service everything was excellent.
You do not have to stay here to enjoy the view and drinks
A must go place... if you are not in a rush, but want to enjoy peaceful piano n sip on good drinks.

Laguna beach is beautiful. The beach is clean and fun to spend time At.

Beautiful and modern, this hotel has all the right touches for a trip away from home. The pool area is comfortable and has plenty of chairs with a pool assistant and food/drink service that will come right to your seat. The grounds are clean as well and the view of the Gulf is beautiful with beach access right off the property. The WiFi was surprisingly good, and the staff is more than willing to help with luggage, restaurant accommodations and local hang out places.
The pricing is quite high for this property. Food and drink prices are exorbitant for a beach resort and one would be better off bringing their own drinks to the pool area vs the average price of $10 for mixed cocktails. Also, the beds are a little too soft for my preference and only one type of pillow was offered. For a hotel this expensive per night one would except more bedding options as offered at other comparably priced resorts. The rooms and facilities are rather clean, however our room s bathroom was slightly overlooked as the floors were not swept prior to our arrival.

Nice place to walk around even if you don't stay there

I travel a lot for business, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in for the service, location, cleanliness, and price. Everyone employed here goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, including all front desk staff, bell men, and maids. There is a supervisor here name Jordan W. who I felt exemplified professionalism, leadership, and customer service. I saw Jordan do just about every task from taking phone calls to pulling luggage.

We went to the beach. It could get very busy and hard to find public parking especially during the weekends.

The resort is absolutely stunning. It overlooks several different sections of rocky beaches and cliffs overlooking the water against the horizon. There's also a cool grass/park area for picnics right next to the suites from Montage resorts. Random facts: There are several ramps leading to the beach, so it's handicap accessible. Parking limit is 3 hours at $1.50 an hour. There's a large park/playground across the street.

Ultimate in service and serenity. Rooms are so expensive. We used amex points. Rooms are well appointed, staff is accessible for all your needs, and you feel like you're miles away from everything while there. Staff at pool is excellent as is the staff at beach access.

A must go if you are in the area, great view and an amazing location.

I was here for a weekend getaway with wifey. 1ar time there, she enjoyed herself and the vibe. The staff are exceptional they are very attentive, the pool and the lounge are amazing. The vibe is very relaxing, feels like a true 5 star vacay. Parking is valet only and they so being your car very fast. I would come here again for their brunch which was well prices and delicious

Beautiful and peaceful! Laguna Beach is much less crowded than Newport and Huntington.

Impressive, but pricey. Went on a company trip, so it was paid for, but still made me pucker. Similar levels of luxury are available in Laguna at more reasonable prices, especially when it comes to dining. The staff and grounds were great and the beach access was impressive, but so were the surrounding establishments we walked to.

Outstanding location and staff. We ate at The Loft overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Magical. Food was very good: simple and honest cuisine.

A very elegant lagoon with villas near the sea. Accessible beaches surrounded by palm trees. From the pedestrian promenade on the cliff you can enjoy a postcard sunset.

What a special place this resort is! A great place to go and just walk around and enjoy the day. Restaurants are delicious and the lobby bar is very relaxing with best service and amazing views!

A definite must stop in, when your in town!

Insanely crowded. Too many wild rabits. People smoking though not supposed to. Maintenance trash trucks driving fast around on narrow walkways. There are about 40 other beaches in 5 miles up and down PCH.

I had reservations but ended up waiting for 1.5 hours before being served. The manager did come talk to me after 1.5 hours passed to apologise but a little too late.

I would give this place 1000 stars if I could! I have been a regular here for 15 years and my infatuation continues to grow! Food, music, drinks, hiking, golf and the amazing compound is a must do!

This place is heaven on Earth! Customer service is excellent and the ocean view is amazing!! We have 2 small children and upon arrival they were given a stuffed animal a piece then macarrons were delivered while we were swimming. Very family friendly!

Great beach, bit of a heavy wave that can pull you so be careful. Soft sand. Good tide pools. There are plenty of parking pay lots but they're tiny. Be prepared to park on the street

One of the best luxurious hotels of southern Californian, hit on at night when their fire place is on by the beach bay and you'd find some quality time by the fire, you can also take your marshmallows to bbq when with loved ones.

It was ok. I was here for a few nights for my birthday and I have to say, while nothing was bad I felt underwhelmed.

Very beautiful. The food at one of the restaurant was wonderful. Too me room are a little on the high side but if you can afford it, very nice place to stay
