The manager or whatever she is deserves to be fired (Rachel) is her name! Worst person to be working there. I booked a room online and she said there was no reservation made. So I made another one over the phone with her... I show up a month later (this week) and she says no reservations and that she doesn t remember me at all... long story short she put me in a very downgraded room, and charged me the same price!!!!! Floor was dirty beds had stains!!!!! She also treats her workers awful I saw how she told one worker to make themselves useful and that they were worthless and that she would fire them! Rachel you need to be fired!!!!! I m an attorney and I know what you can and can t say to your workers. Awful fake smiling person
