Not a bad place. Conveniently located. Decent restaurant. For Spokane out laying area, actually pretty nice.

Nice hotel cafe overall. The smoked salmon was sweet rather than savory, not my preference but others might enjoy. Service was very slow, allow time.

Great location near freeway, public transportation, shopping, food & gas stations. The parking lot at the front door is under construction making things difficult to maneuver around though if you don't know where you're going but they have an employee outside to direct you where you need to go.

Been wanting to try this place for years because it's close to our house. Finally on Fathers Day gave it a try with the family. Our food took 1hr 15mins to come out. They brought out some peoples food before others. Our 4yr old got hers last (about 5mins after everyone else, so we all waited). Her plate was so hot it could have burned someone (it was just a pancake). My wife's food was very cold and had obviously been sitting for a very long time (she thought it may have come as a leftover from the buffet). They charged us $3.50 for a cup of coffee, and charged me for one even though I didn't order one (I didn't notice until after we left). The staff were nice and running around frantically since it was busy. The waitress did take my wifes meal off the ticket and brought us scones for waiting so long, but some in our party had a flight to catch and almost missed it. In total we were there over 2 hours. Some of the food that was fresh was good, but the other plates that had been sitting were not great. We have no reason to go back. We understand fathers day is a busy time, but the management should have been more prepared and not have peoples food come out at different times, some cold, and a 4yr old should never have a hot plate brought to them.

Under some construction, very nice place to stay while on the road

We came into town for some interviews. The hotel room was gorgeous, the bed super soft. The rooms are large. My little one had fun running around. Just a few negatives--one of the phone buttons was stuck and it kept turning on, the restaurant is expensive and the fridge wasn't cold. But all in all a pleasant visit and we'd stay there again.

The menu is extensive, and I've never had anything there that I didn't like. The wine list is very comprehensive, and they have some fun craft cocktails. The service is top notch!

Great happy hour yo meet up with a friend after work! Food was amazing! Service was excellent, atmosphere was laid back and welcoming. I will go again!

Very nice! Friendly helpful staff and clean rooms with a nicely appointed bathroom and shower. Great breakfast and the staff there were great. Highly recommend staying here!

Update 2: Returned today for lunch with my wife. The food was again incredible and the service matched! Very happy.

Update: Manager reached out and really listened to our concerns. We'll try it again. Moving to 4 stars (was 2).

We loved the food. Our dinner plus dessert took two hours though due excessive waits at every phase of the process. Seemed odd because they truly weren't that busy. Simple tasks like drink refills or getting to-go boxes took over ten minutes. I'm not really sure how the service could have been this slow. So sad to see great food ruined by poor service.

Cool place in the Valley with great food at a reasonable price.

Very good food and an impressively large menu. Some dishes are a bit spendy though. I would recommend this for a nice lunch or dinner.

Great banquet food and facility. The chicken was so delicious and the staff were very friendly, we had a great time.

My girlfriend and I love getting brunch here. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is excellent as well; fresh and good portions, healthy options.

Great hotel. Have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are clean, smell good and the beds are amazingly comfy. Would recommend it to anyone. The front office is extremely helpful as well.

The food is good, the restaurant is large and comfortable, and our waitress was fairly nice. My only complaint is that the menu was almost overwhelming. If you're planning on coming here I would look up the menu in advance so you don't feel like you're being rushed.

I regretted not staying at Motel 6 for half the price. For $149 I expected much more. Rooms were large but they were dark with hardly any electrical plugs and the carpeting was old and dirty/musty smelling. They did bring a fridge to the room when I complained about the lack of one. The pool was out of order.

Nice place, but really lax with covid protocols by both staff and guests. Did not feel comfortable staying here.

The room is as beautifully appointed with nice amenities, but they are in construction and we had to enter from another door. Then we had to find our room which seem like a puzzle because there was a multitude of different floors and it was difficult to find our room. But to top it off, I couldn t find my paper work and thought we had had our breakfast included with our room; the receptionist told us no. But now I did find our paper work and YES there is breakfast, free WiFi and parking.

Very nice bar. Bartenders were nice a pleasant. Beer was tasty and the open face stake sandwich was very good. Ordered it medium rare and that's exactly how it was served hot an juicy.

Reasonable prices considering the quality and quantity. Service was phenomenal, there was a rude guest yelling at the staff every five minutes during a holiday, while that guest was disruptive, I was extremely impressed that this did not take away from the attitude and service we received. They were able to keep up with the rude guests demands AND still provide us with exceptional service.

We went for the Thanksgiving Buffet, it was surprisingly calm and well set up, (admittedly, we had reservations)
The MAX is an excellent restaurant and bar, with top notch desserts and alcoholic drinks. I have also been to the meeting rooms for various things, one being a bead show. The meeting rooms are slightly hard to get to, but they are excellent.
They could improve on parking, as there is not enough for big events like the bead shows.

Called to see if they had any weekly specials, told no. Decided to stop by anyway found out they have a happy hour. Tried a couple items off their happy hour menu, clam chowder was okay and the steamed clams we're over seasoned with too many vegetables and seasoning for my taste I wanted clams. And the clams I did find were tough an overcooked. The service was excellent, beer was cold.

The Max had good breakfast in a cute atmosphere. They offer a bloody mary bar. Our server was great too

This place gorgeous. We went for dinner to Max restaurant. The hanging flowers were huge! The outdoor seating was cozy and so relaxing, among trees and flowers! The food was superb! You must get the bread and garlic butter with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Also the clam chowder is excellent. I don't know about the rooms, but I am certainly willing to book there. I would love to try breakfast!

The room was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and willing to help only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the hotel is like a maze inside and I had trouble finding my room however this could've just been me

The motel in all is getting a little old, but still nice

Good place to stay. Only problem is no vending machine with candy. The only way to get a light snack, other than restaurant is to go to front desk or walk across parking lot to gas station.

With the construction going on they are a little short on parking for events. Until it is done get there early to find parking. It was clean in the ballroom we were in.

Great place to stay rooms are great close to shopping and the restaurant in the hotel is great too

Way too much stuff on the menu, but the items I've had are all excellent. little bit prices, but a great atmosphere.

This place was perfect for our stay. We came over the snoqualmie pass to take in the local attractions for the weekend. It has the potential to be so much more. According to their website they're in the midst of updating and remodeling, but you can't tell!
However you can see a definite juxtaposition between the original design and the upgrades they've made, but it needs some work to really bring the two styles together in an cohesive manner.
Once they do I think this hotel would be a great destination location.

Outdoor pool but it's open. Hotub is outside but open. Nice hotel.

Accommodations was five star the restaurants pizza made my wife sick vomiting and diarrhea after consuming the the buffet breakfast also leave the little bit to be desired as for the accommodations and superb

Take it from a guy that stays there every other day because my work has a contract with them. The clean up crew doesn't get enough credit for how good of a job they do the rooms are always clean and for that I give it 5 stars

Stayed here for a week and will definitely return. Rooms are spotless, the breakfast at the restaurant " Max" was amazing. All of the staff we came in contact with went out of their way to welcome us. We were almost sad to leave for home...

Enjoyed my stay, bed was comfortable and room was quiet even with connecting door couldn't hear occupants. Dinner at MAX was good and staff were attentive.

Food was delicious, but it took longer to get the creme brulee than out did to get dinner. Some dishes seem a little pricey.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable, a bit old. Good location, nice area. Breakfast is so-so. The hotel room is clean for show. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Disappointing in every way; service, cleanliness and food quality. It was so much better just a few years ago.

Decent food, decent atmosphere. I enjoyed the peppercorn steak very much so and my partner had the duck and loved it. The calamari was disappointing and their prices are a little high.

We missed happy hour but would consider going back to try that, seemed like some good deals!
