The location and the looks are at least 4.5 stars. The staff is no more than 2 stars. The outside definitely needs some sweeping and landscaping work done. The room was clean, however the AC unit was barelly working, also there's no fan in the bathroom. As far as dealing with hotel staff goes, requests are often ignored, not a friendly environment. People who work there seemed like they were hired yesterday.

They had a hiccup on the road in the past. Came back to change my rating to a 5* thank you for taking the time and making it right. Shows professionalism. Thank you again.
Great room, fast internet. Business travelers this is the hotel to stay in. Originally gave it 5 stars. I knocking it down one star because room service kept coming into my room without knocking. This was before I checked out and all before 9:30 on a Saturday. One time ok the cleaning list for some reason had me checked out already. The fourth time is a little over the top.
Oh lord did I have the WORST experience here. I've been here tons over t he decades, but this visit was b-a-d. In the end, theh made it right.... Briefly....in the early afternoon my mother and I popped in. They brought me the wrong order and moms burger was dripping red.(she ordered well done) I asked them to recook another to go, so she could eat it later (or order took over an hour to come out and there was one other couple in the whole place) They made it right...no second charge for the burger and free dessert for mom(I passed). Passed experiences here have been good. Theh were just having an off day!
So far so good. More of a compact exec. King...less then we hoped for. Friendly desk and greet staff. Good Guys car show bbq is cooking. Smells yummy :)
I went there for Christmas eve with my family been going there for years first time the service was bad took 15 min for a pop took even longer for our apps to come we had them after they our dinner came out so our appetizers came out for dessert and when dinner came out our steaks where burnt but first we had to wait seven min for the steak knives only to cut into over well done steak and the waiter never came back to check if we need anything pretty much during the whole dinner and every time he came around he keep saying last call the kitchens closed so then when we sent back one of the dinners and the kitchen was closed so one of us had to go jack in the box for dinner we where waiting for a manger to come out see what was going appetizers for dessert burnt steaks he never came out and when we called back it took from Christmas eve till 2nd of jan before the GM Andrew Rooney called back with such a bad attitude I think he is prejudiced against anyone with dark skin he told me that we always came in and gave things back so then I asked like what I never gave back anything so then he tells me YOUR PEOPLE always has a problem no such thing we been coming there for years and we never had a problem with anything so if that's not racist I don't know what is
One of the best hotel experiences I've had, even though the place is under construction it was still very clean a great price and no problems or difficulties from the construction
Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center offer a great place to stay. They are their to help you, and they will not disappoint. If you ever need a place to stay in Spokane, I would recommend them!
The hotel is extremely good and typically well-priced. However the checkout process was a mess. As a result my bank card has about 700 dollars funds in hold. We've stayed here many times but may not in the future. Be leery of the checkout process!
We got this hotel because we wanted to get a good nights rest in between out long drive from seattle to Yellowstone. By 3 AM my friend was up and walking out to her car to get her camping air mattress. It woke me up, and I knew exactly why. The beds are literally like a massive pillow and sink down into the center of them. The edges of the mattress are 5% more firm (because most people don t sleep on them) and I know a mattress like this because I had a really old mattress that I just got rid of because over 10 years the middle sunk in. I looked under the cover to see what kind of condition the mattresses were in, and there is no way the mattress in our room is even remotely updated. I m laying here right now on the very foot of this bed because it was the most supportive area I could find. I slept all night with my feet hanging of and my back is in serious pain from this OVERLY SOFT BED. I actually don t think I ve ever felt a bed this unsupportative before, like I said it almost feels like a huge pillow. No back support and you will wake up with serious back pain. At 3am we called the guy at the front desk, he said his screen was down so he couldn t look up other rooms with a pull out couch or something but he did happen to know that the room next to use was free. So he came down and let us feel it. That was nice of him but It was the same super soft back breaking bed feeling. He also mentioned, hmm thats weird we had the same complaint in a totally separate wing last week. He offered us free breakfast vouchers but I already paid for those when I booked. I ve read through some of these messages and see that many others have had the same issue, maybe it s time to update the beds??
In other less painful news, the rooms are clean, spacious, the front desk guys was nice, price was good....but not at the price of your back. This is very unfortunate because the location is perfect for traveling through
Love the Mirabeau. I stay there often. The staff is really great and it is locally owned I believe so there area often local based events there like wine tastings. The restaurant is the best part of the hotel - ask for the Max fries.
We were there for a business meeting. The wait staff was punctual and accommodating. The facilities were clean. Based on my experience, I would stay there as a guest of the hotel.
Food was decent, my 6oz steak couldn't have been more than 3oz, but the sides we're good and the people at my table seemed to enjoy their dishes. Servicer was very slow, took the server three tries to get my bill right. I've been here before and it used to be better.
The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the bar it's self is nice and some of the wait staff were nice. Our first waitress was wonderful but at the end of her shift the girl that took over for her was a bit rude and checked on us very seldomly and we sat there quite a bit with empty drinks... The food was WAY over priced and was very small portions of super bland food. We ordered two appetizers (and would have ordered more had the second waitress come and asked) one shrimp skewer and one beef Satay skewers. The shrimp was bland and was only three shrimp on two sticks and the beef satay was four small pieces of steak that was like chewing on leather...Needles to say I was not impressed and more than likely not going to go back again
The Mirabeau is a wonderful than you to dine, relax, and stay. They do a great job with their martinis and specialty cocktails. I love the fact that they host are Indians baseball players giving back to the community. I would recommend the dining it is nicely presented and well priced.
Nice rooms, the elevator took its sweet time going up and down in building 4, they might want to get that checked LOL. Breakfast Vouchers are only good from 6am - 9am first breakfast only, I wish the front desk would have told me that, we missed breakfast saturday morning went to Denny's to eat and used our voucher Sunday morning. nice hotel.
Favorite in Spokane. I have to update as I have to warn that their cross contamination is terrible. On 3 or more occasions I have had terrible reactions from Gluten. Please do NOT label items GF and contaminate them.
The bed room was great and updated. Everything is very well maintained but its showing its age. Except the bedrooms, they have new TV's and new beds and carpets are clean.
The check in seemed okay enough at the beginning, but the moment we ordered our food the woman on the phone was very dismissive and a little rude. We had ordered the "Indian" burger and Top sirloin steak, the steak came out pretty well but the burger seemed to be unfrozen and or boiled, which made it well done. I'm not one to nitpick but for the prices this hotel is asking for, a little bit of finesse wouldn't hurt. My mother has an accent so it is quite obvious that we get a lot of "can you repeat that?", However there is a point where it becomes clear that it is for purely the sake of being quite frankly mean. The only saving grace of this establishment would be the singular respectful and kind server who, even with no cart, took all of our food (which were enormous portions no human could consume) to our room by hand, without even the mention of a tip, (we did anyways. ) needless to say, we will not be returning anytime soon.
The max is a great restaurant. The service staff needs a little help. We were a younger table of gas and there were 5 of us. I felt that the server felt like we were not going to spend very much money and didn't care to spend it the quality that should have been spent. My way friend asked if he could swap something on the menu the server informed him yes the food came out and it was not what he expected the server said that he informed him incorrectly and told him he could pay money for the chicken that he thought it was going to come on the meal. We had to send it to entrees back at $40 a piece. The food was amazing. They definitely should have slowed down the service. We bought appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts. I felt that with all the things that went wrong they should have offered to comp something. My sister and ice check was 210 not including the other 2 people at the table.
I have been coming here for a few years and I have not left unsatisfied. The bartenders and the wait staff are attentive even when busy. The happy hour menu is really good food; seared ahi, tenderloin bites, chicken satay and more at great prices. I enjoy their seasonal drink menu, and they always have a huckleberry drink!
We tried out the happy hour and the few options that were on the menu were tasty-very small portions except the sliders which were like four small burgers. Only beer was in the happy hour drink list which is disappointing. They were out of angry Orchard. The breakfast and service the next day were GREAT!
Beautiful and peaceful Hotel from the 1970's. Beautiful windows, surrounded with brick and wood. Tastefully renovated rooms large parking lot and nice courtyards walking distanceto shoppingand food ......I'm just a truck driver passing through and definitely overslept and really enjoyed my stay.......as I walked through the halls after checking out I noticed hit songs being softly played on the speakers Cannons "I was on fire" seemed to match the smooth vibe of the Hotel. To bad I actually have to go home .
What can I say, great food and great service. The classy atmosphere is another plus. The staff is attentive and friendly. The place to go for a great dinner or a relaxing drink.
Very nice hotel, staff is very helpful and friendly! Try to stay here every time I'm in town. There renovating parts of it and you would never know from your room inside.
I'm staying here now, at first I was a bit put off by the construction project surrounding the front of the hotel, and the need to walk a bit to get to the lobby to check-in. However, I've seen nothing but hospitality excellence and a dedicated staff through my interactions with them and also seeing the product of their work. The wifi here is better than any hotel I've stayed in years. The beds are great, and decked out with nice linens and numerous nice pillows. The ice machines work perfectly. The TV works without hiccups. Now I am going to go for dinner at their bar/restaurant Max, which has live music from 9pm on Saturdays.
Our favorite hotel in Spokane. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Lots of parking. A little outside of town but very easy access to freeway and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
We attended the partner g for progress benefit dinner. The food was exquisite and the wait staff was exceptional. Our event was in the main ballroom. It was great.
It is very sad that the "hero package" that is offered here only works if your military, police or firefighter. I called and since I work on an ambulance that doesn't count and I couldn't get the rate. I will make sure to spread this throughout EMS. Funny thing, other hotels and establishments recognize EMT's for these types of promotions. I will gladly take my money else where.
I was at The Max restaurant for a professional development training. The facilities were clean as always, and the staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. As usual the food was amazing as well.
