This is my third visit. The beds are so comfy and the Max is incredible. Love it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, professional and relaxing environment with a nice pool.

We attended a wedding and stayed for one night. We opted to stay in the honeymoon suite and while the Jetted Tub was amazing, the bed was well used and warped in the middle. I was disappointed to find out that even though I paid for one of the most expensive rooms and wasn't given the option to purchase a voucher for breakfast the next morning. It wasn't until after I paid for breakfast was I informed about it.

Loved this Hotel for location and great staff and rooms. The only thing I would change would be the matteress were way to " worn " . We enjoyed the spa and will definitely be back again

Room was enormous, bed so comfy we didn't want to get out of it lol, loved the balcony & the awesome retro look, 70's-80's but still modern day...the only thing I can complain about would be that I thought they had a free continental breakfast but the breakfast we paid for was great, so I guess I really can't complain about anything. Will stay again!

Great vibes, nice lighting and ambiance, very helpful staff, and a stupendous gluten free menu! Highly recommended, will be returning.

My husband and I had dinner there on Friday. We both ordered cioppino and it was delicious! Our server was Jennifer (Jen), she was very attentive, but not annoying. We had a delicious dinner and nice evening. We were joking that we wouldnt come back because there weren't any dinner mints . The manager heard us and found dinner mints pronto! Dinner mints or not, we will be back!

The last three visits have been disappointing. The food has not been up to its usual standards. My breakfast was burnt, I sent it back and it was even more burnt. Additionally the waffles and smoothies had little flavor.

It was a very nice hotel the room we had was really nice and very prompt service was a plus a Tad pricey

Great place to stay! VERY comfortable beds, everything from glasses to robe's are top of the line. Amazing swimming pool/hot tub open all year. Great staff always willing to help. Had a wonderful stay.

Stayed at Mirabeau Park Hotel over night and really enjoyed it! Beds where very comfortable and despite the hotel being full the rooms where very quiet! Entrances to rooms from parking areas where convenient and the location was close to other stores and businesses. The lounge had an extensive menu with options in many price ranges. We also listened to a live band. Our room had a mini kitchen and both the bathroom and kitchen had nice granite counter tops and tile flooring. Some rooms include a really nice balconie. The pool and hot tub are great too. This hotel was a terrific value!!!

Nice event room. The food was a little over priced but otherwise had a pleasant time.

Everything about the Max is five star. The service, food and atmosphere are consistently excellent. This is one of our favorite spots to dine.

Was at best a decent experience. The mid shift hotel staff was very rude over phone when I called to confirm reservations, but the night audit was great and even while overwhelmed stayed calm and offered great service. The hotel is clean and boasts a very nice pool and grassy area with benches, great for a picnic.

The downfall for me was the food from the Restaurant Max. Their breakfast hash browns are the single biggest disgrace to the potato in existence. All of the food was cold except for my omelet. From the time I placed my order to the time of delivery each day was right at about 20 minutes. Including a 3-4 minute walk from the restaurant, this leads me to believe that a majority of the food is prepared early and sits there until someone orders it. My cinnamon roll was cold and hard the first time and when I realized there wasn't a microwave in my room, I took my breakfast back to the kitchen to have it heated up. The hostess was new and fetched the manager who immediately took the food and offered to have it redeliveried to my room. The man who delivered the food was awesome and was very polite and kind. Was upset because of good reviews I read on the restaurant.

Overall the service was good, aside from one front desk rep, but the food was atrocious. Plan to eat elsewhere and make sure to keep your car locked, there are a lot of parking lot lurkers here.

This hotel is amazing. Great rooms, great restaurant. Never had a bad experience here.

The service was great! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was hot and delicious! The best drip coffee I've ever had in a restaurant! Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel. Excellent food in The Max. Great meeting rooms. Superb service. We hold a monthly event there since 2016. I wouldn't want to be at any other venue.

Stayed for 2 nights on a weekend business trip. The rooms were a little older but we're very comfortable. The linoleum in the bathroom was cracked. We purchased the room through hot wire at $75 a night, including tax.

Excellent breakfast. I highly recommend their "Build your own Bloody Mary" bar. There is everything you could want in a Bloody Mary and more!

A mixture of old and new. Rooms kinda have that old building smell . Flat screen TV, and really good water pressure. Two sinks, one outside of the bathroom, Internet signal is very strong and the staff it very nice. I would stay again as the location is right off the freeway and one exit down from the mall.

The food at the buffet was pretty good and the atmosphere was very nice. The desserts were awesome especially the gingerbread cake which is to die for.

I was dead in their parking lot and early in the morning a guy came and pounded on my window telling me I had to leave and I asked him fine a jump and he reluctantly jumped me.

The rooms were immaculate I was extremely impressed with how clean Everything was they had a pool and a hot tub that both looked very inviting as well as a very nice gym with both cardio and weight training machines.

The only cons I experienced were that the hotel rooms where I was staying was a little outdated. However you can tell that they update the hotel regularly but do itnin sections so if you are staying there and that is important to you make sure you request a more updated room. Also and this was the biggest con the bed my wife and I slept is was very uncomfortable for 2 people one person would have been fine but I am a bigger guy and the bed would sink in on my side of the bed making my wife slide almost on top of me. So although I slept fine my wife had a very bad nights sleep.

Overall I would give the hotel a very good rating but they may want to get a new mattress in room 333.

Perfectly perfect. Everything on the menu sounds wonderful, and they excel at the basics as well. I have never been disappointed. Perfect service, perfect execution, and I already gushed about the menu. The selection stands out as well. Can't think of anything to criticize.

Family was in town and they stayed the night there. Nice rooms, pool was extremely busy and packed though, had to wait till late in the night to use it. They could have a bathroom close by instead of having to go back to your room to use one when your down at the pool

Great hotel, my family loved it. Only complaint for parking from construction and the elevators suck.

Easy location off of I-90. Parking is decent. Restaurant and bar are fantastic but overall dated with a broken up floor plan.

Booked it in advance and got a steal deal! Was surprised of how nice it was for how ling its been in the area! The staff was so sweet, and the room was big & spotless!! Definitely will be staying here from now on!

Food at the Max was amazing and expensive. Room service charge needs to be communicated every time. And shouldn't be there if the dining room is closed. The restaurant should have anticipated more calls and added an additional employee to help with calls for room service and customers walking in. Manager on duty was not enforcing masks for a large group of people who wanted to order from the bar. Menus should be provided in the room without having to ask for it.

The hotel room I received had a broken air conditioner. The room was incredibly hot, it must have been that way for some time. They got me a new room in about an hour and it was upgraded to a suite with a king size bed and a two person shower with 6 shower heads.

I put the do not disturb sign on my door but housekeeping still tried to come in, waking me from my afternoon nap. Internet is free and fast but it's not secure and there's a firewall so you can't visit certain sites... But Playstation hooked up and connected fine.

Service staff was helpful, although one counter receptionist looked like she had too much on her plate.

What a great place to eat, I can't say enough! We were in Spokane for 3 days and by far this was the best meal I had and I had some great meals. The Steak was perfect and the accompaniments were spot on with a great flavor profile, I really liked it a lot. My wife ordered the salad with fish and WoW! I ordered the cheesecake with blueberry sauce and loved it as well. The waiter had a french accent and I felt he was genuinely a nice guy and enjoyed is service. Overall best experience and food we had all weekend.

Relaxing place to wait for traffic to thin. A bit pricey. Nice wait staff.

It was very nice. The ballroom used was nice. Except some pieces on the chandaliers were broken.

My food is always good. But the drinks pre measured. U will not get a strong drink here. But the martinis do taste good. Strawberry basil martini is my drink of choice here. But its a fancy menu.

There is currently a lot of construction going on at the hotel. The staff is pleasant.

I went for a company party and all of the event staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great and the party was a hit!!

Rating low due to staff. The food was pretty good. Sandwich was made incorrectly and we let the server know at the end of the meal due to the fact we rarely saw him. The place was empty but it took forever to get our meal. He admitted the incorrect sandwich was his fault but did nothing. Won't be back.
