It provided a perfect environment for our school's Senior prom.

Had dinner at their restaurant. Was very happy with the service. Accommodated celiac and milk intolerance well. The waiter was very knowelegable. Felt very comfortable with what he told be about the menu.

Spokane Valley staple hotel. Meeting spaces large to small. The restaurant is just OK

Clean and spacious. The bar and restaurant is spendy, but the food looked delicious.

Deplorable language among the kitchen staff. Disappointing and highly unprofessional behavior.

They have great food and really reasonably priced apps during happy hour.

Michael was a fantastic waiter - friendly, accommodating, and courteous. I had the daily soup (loaded potato), crab dip, and Caesar salad. All were fabulous. The stand out had to be the seasonal chai apple cider with brandy - DELICIOUS! I would definitely recommend eating here.

Nice place! Cheap room rates made me nervous, but I was wrong? This place is classy! Definitely worth staying at if you're in the area, I will be staying here next time I'm in the area.

The rate was good but I think it was a "lost leader" as they recouped their losses in the restaurant!

The rooms are very nice. Rooms have balconys with chairs. Nice lounge and great pool. Outside eating area off restaurant. We will definitely be back!

It is kind of old but still very nice. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We had to reserve the pool because of covid. Breakfast was good and very friendly service!!

normally this is a go to place for a girls night or casual dinner. my last visit was terrible. i literally had to send back every food which i never ever ever do. i hate being that person. but the food either looked spoiled or was cooked the day before

Complete lack of Hospitality from the staff with the exception of bartenders and waiting staff at the restaurant. One of the greeters at the front desk, Jessie, was dismissive and short tempered. Laundry is paid for in quarters, roughly 3 dollars for a full load; when we were looking for quarters Jessie was not helpful in the least bit in helping us find some after she gave us less than enough for a full load. After we went back to inquire if she could help us find some more because what she gave us wasnt enough, she rudely replied "you took all my quarters." The manager of the restaraunt in the morning greeted us with a tired, impatient attitude without any visible effort that she wanted us to feel welcome. The showers dont have doors, only one peice of glass that reach half way across the opening, so expect a wet floor and to get cold water on you turning the faucet on. The food was excellent, my compliments to the chef, the bartender, Renny was her name I think, who went out to her car in the middle of her shift to get us quarters, and the waiting staff who were all wonderful and frankly the only professionals I encountered. If hospitality and a positive energy is important to you, I suggest you find a different hotel, or just stop by the restaraunt in the evening.

The room was nice. Had our own patio. Smelled like my grandparents place.

The Max is amazing! Especially for Sunday breakfast and their staff is super friendly - Kim and Lori really took care of us!

The brunch here is glorious. They have a variety of meals to choose from which have some interesting combinations. Prices range from $8-14 on average for brunch. There are some higher priced options. The bloody mary bar has a lot of different sauces, mix, and garnishes. The servers were very nice, cheerful and attentive. The restaurant itself is very classy and clean. I would definitely go back. If you are looking to go here for dinner, keep in mind it is a higher end restaurant. Further, their martinis are delicious and there is dancing when bands are playing live.

5 stars for the max restaurant inside this classy hotel -- inviting yet high end foods and service.

Happy hour is our favorite time to go here. You get half off drinks and appetizers between 3-6PM I believe. You may want to call to confirm this. The food is always great, I just have one complaint. The sour smell inside. It's not overwhelming but could be better. By better I mean non existent. I would love to see them fix this so I can change my review to 4 or 5 stars.

Check in was easy and quick. We were given several options for rooms and they were very accommodating. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the location is great with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The onsite amenities are great and the outdoor pool is a great way to cool off and relax in the summer.

We sat outside on the patio and if you go at the right time it is shaded. Service was nice. Food was amazing. The potatoes with the pan roasted halibut was delectable. They didn't devain my shrimp 100% which grosses me out. Ribs were tender as was the steak. The banana dessert and apple dessert are worth the overeating.

Great location, food is good, maybe just a bit overpriced...but the ambiance makes up for it. They have a Bloody Mary bar on certain days. Free parking is a plus too.

Went to dinner last night with a group of 10 to celebrate a friend's birthday. Server was friendly and attentive, or so it seemed. Orders were taken and bread was brought. Eventually, orders were brought out--all except mine. They looked delicious. I continued waiting until a friend eventually mentioned to the server that I had not received my order. The server was horrified that my order had not been turned in! Because so much time had passed and people had been eating for a while, I asked for clam chowder, something that didn't need to be prepared. I was tired of waiting. Although I wasn't charged for the soup and didn't expect to be, I feel that more should have been done to make up for this mistake. The server apologized profusely, but dinner was disappointing. The clam chowder was delicious, but not what I wanted.

Rooms are all redone and wonderful. They did a great job turning an older hotel to a modern one! Great job

My company frequently uses the Mirabeau hotel in Spokane, WA. This place is second to none. Great customer service, clean rooms and great food in the restaurant. Recently I called and made a reservation. I didn't look at the email confirmation and the clerk must have set the date wrong. It was set for a month earlier. When I did not arrive for the earlier date Chris the sales manager called me personally to make sure everything was okay because I had missed my reservation. I called him back and we fixed the error for the dates. I was really impressed that he took the time to reach out to me and make sure I was okay. Thank you Chris! If you haven't stayed here before I highly recommend you do.

Clean, modern rooms. Nice pool & spa area - lounging for 20. Many hanging flower baskets add to cheerful & friendly atmosphere.

Room was spotless and food was great as well as our personal server, Janelle. Fun to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves for a whole hour!

Calling it like many other recent people. Service was terrible. Food was just as bad. No real response from two managers and server. Blown away that a 4 or5 star establishment could have such lousy service and managers that don't know how to take responsibility or know how to handle a situation. Valentine's day disaster that they should have been prepared for. Loved the place in the past but as others have said, what is going on with the place? I own and run two businesses but not like that.

Mirabeau has a great feeling to it... It's not your typical hotel but more open and spacious feeling. Would definitely recommend.

Food is overpriced and not even worth half the price. The only good part is Jeremy one of the bartenders.

Stayed here for 2 days during remodel of exterior and courtyards. They did a great job managing the noise and the parking. This is the busiest time of year, and service was excellent all around.

Great room for a great price. The hotel is showing a little wear but it is extremely clean. The service provided by everyone I encountered was incredible. The breakfast buffet is a FEAST. The person I was traveling with was allergic to dairy and upon hearing it, a gentleman working the buffet made her a dairy free breakfast without us even asking!! Bed was 3.5 out of 5 for comfortability. I will definitely stay here again.

Here for a banquet. The foodvwas excellent and the staff was great. The bartender even took the time to learn my name and speak to me very respectfully. Banquet rooms are a LONG way from the front door. The hotel had an exceptional rate. ($89)

Nice looking place, friendly staff. Tina in accounting & front office is great, she's very helpful, friendly, works hard to make sure everything is good with your stay. So go, go now they are great.

Wonderful convention center but was in the middle of a renovation which made it difficult and confusing to enter.

Max's Sunday brunch is great. The eggs Benedict are awesome every time.

Couldn't have had better service! We changed our minds about appetizers and they gave us one free!!! The waiter was worried the fries were too crispy so they brought extra orders to be safe! This place corrects mistakes before they happen! not to mention the food is amazing.

So old fashioned. Beds way over used. Too soft! Dark. Why is there no art work in the guest rooms? Sometimes the pool is open. Sometimes not. Out dated sad property. It s obvious that the owners are also old and outdated. Please sell and let this property soar! PS after speaking to many staff, they agree, under paid, under appreciated

Great room. Bed could have been better, but happy with our stay. Got a great deal on Priceline.

Only there for 8 hours for a work seminar but everything was great!
