Comfy beds. Great rates. The Max has AMAZING food!!! Service from the moment we walked in has been wonderful. Staying in the king executive suite corner room. It's very spacious. Separate seating area with a glass wall that surprising blocks out a good amount of noise. There's a TV in the bed room and in the sitting area. The wet bar is beautiful. Has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 3 sinks, and an awesome shower. I now must get the same set up at my home.

First of all, the decor is so cool. Second, I have never had anything but excellent food at the Max. Finally, the service has always been great. We love going as a family. The kids love the food and it is a nice atmosphere for my family.

Work on the parking lot makes getting to the MAX a little hard, but the food and service was some of the best around. Jennifer provided wonderful service and made sure everything was to our taste. I had the Dungeness Crab Cake. Nicely seasoned with a touch of heat. My date had the Max's Satay Trio which was beef triyaki, coconut chicken and chipoyle-ancho prawn. We shared a plate, that came on two plated, a nice touch, Beef Tenderloin a la "MAX". Cook med-well. Melt in your mouth. You will have to try MAx at Mirabeau for that special someone. Pricey but well worth it.

The staff are outstanding, friendly and helpful. My food was not at all worth the amount they charge. I can't understand how you can charge 30+ dollars for a steak that I could get at Denny's for $12. Thin flattened overcooked meat with a glaze that tastes/smells like bad body oder. I would have questioned this but when I walked in the restaurant itself smells like the glaze so I know they use it on all the steaks. I'll be avoiding this establishment in the future.

My wife did like the salad she ordered and the deserts are good if not slightly over priced. But I can't get over how one of the more expensive item on the menu could have been prepared so poorly.

If only I could rate them base only on the service.

Great food as always, great atmosphere but service can be slow. To long from being seated until drink/appetizer order then a fair wait again for both. Came with another couple to visit and catch up but it was just to long. Would've ordered another drink but knew better. Last time was a group of 8 so attributed it to party size but another visit just wife and I. If you're headed to an event beware!

Good food and great service. My wife and i moved to Spokane three months ago and have been desperately searching for a good place to dine, two + hour dinner, with mixed results.

The manager walks the floor and even busses tables to interact with guests. It's clear they want you to enjoy and be happy.

Even though we don't like everything on the menu or how they prepare everything, they're more than worth checking out. Just know there is live music starting at 9 PM Friday and Saturday.

This place was wonderful. The room we stayed in didn't smell like smoke (there's a first), had a small patio, quiet, tv worked well (and had a remote), plenty of towels, and it smelled fairly clean (ie; you can smell a bit of the detergent/sanitizer which isn't always a bad thing). The staff was accommodating to the issues we had at check out. The room service was a mixed bag. The food was quite good.

This hotel has all the makings of a real 4* hotel. If the surroundings were better (including a better entrance/exit; that Chevron sharing space with it is killer), this place could be in a resort setting. The pricing is deceptive. The hotel felt far more expensive than what they were charging (there's a reason for that that I don't want to explain here.) Would love to stay here again.

I thought the facilities were really nice. You could see that they were bring updated, but still were not dingy or dirty. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast in the restaurant; it was delicious and the wait staff was very attentive. My four year old had gun at the pool and the price reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was very nice! Beds were very comfortable, layout was very accessible. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Bar had lots of drink specials and the martini list was excellent. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and very nice. Everything was very clean. Shower was GIANT. absolutely would recommend.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very courteous. However, we weren't able to stay because the room we booked through Priceline didn't show up in their system. Priceline ended up sending us to a different hotel because the issue couldn't get resolved. The staff was very nice about it, though.

I was sooo impressed with this hotel. Having traveled to Washington, and never heard of Maribeau before, we were a little hesitant... But upon arrival, and entering our room we now consider this our new favorite Spokane hotel!!

Room was nice. I was worried it would be outdated as the outside looks older. However it was slightly above average. The beds were extremely soft. Which was the only down fall. The sheets were soft and cozy. The tub was big and great for soaking. And you can't go wrong with an outdoor pool with a heated deck. They also have a nice little convent store with a decent selection of beer. Only other irritating thing was the faucet in the tub. It was not easy to get a good tempture of shower water. Other then that I would for sure stay again. Staff was very nice!!!!

The Mirabeau Hotel is a ritzy yet affordable place to hang your hat whether for one night or an extended stay.

The staff is very friendly and eager to be of service to guests.

Our room was perfect. The bathroom was separated with a door which enclosed the water closet, shower, and sink from a little coffee station. The shower and floors were nice tile with a rain shower head. The coffee station had a bar sink and a little coffee pot. The room had a hair dryer, robes, nice flat screen TV, small refrigerator, and a microwave.

I loved the sliding glass door that opened to our own private lanai.

The on-site Max Restaurant is classy with a great menu and it's staff is also eager to please guests. The eggs Benedict was delicious. They have really GOOD Coffee with real cream!!!

The parking lot is ample for a trailer and very well lit which provided me comfort knowing my vehicle was in a well lit spot.

I can't wait to brag about the convention center facilities to the Spokane Home Builders Association they are renovating the hotel now so I know my next visit will be even nicer

Beautiful hotel, very quiet, clean with all of the bells and whistles. House keeping quick and professional. Pool and jacuzzi ALWAYS CLEAN. The jets are very powerful. Felt like a good massage.

Gym never full and the beds are extremely comfortable. Spacious rooms with a vanity bowl and mirrors. Could not hear conversations of other ppl talking through the walls.

Cable television and a restaurant is attached to the hotel. Lots of room for parking and nothing is too big or small to ask for. They gladly assist you with a friendly smile. Free wifi , they also have a shuttle that will pick you up from the airport.

We went to the Thanksgiving buffet, and I was very disappointed when we were crammed into a small room .The tables were way too close and there was no leg room. The atmosphere was certainly lacking in that little box of a room. I was thinking the buffet was $42 a person, and I could have done better at any other restaurant instead if being crammed in like sardines. The food was fair and the prime roast was tough. I won't be going again soon.

Melissa was so great! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I create a plan for our wedding reception. We referred our family to stay at the Mirabeau Park Hotel. Their crab artichoke appetizer is beyond delicious! I'd give a 10 star, but I went with the only option, 5 star!!

The first time we ate at the MAX was at Thanksgiving. It was absolutely the best dinner. We went there 3/2/19 for my birthday dinner. All three of us were so disappointed. The pear salad looked and tasted like they used weeds for lettace and the main courses were small and not so tasteful. My dessert was a slice of flourless chocolate cake. It was so small we even took a picture of it. Looked like a green bean. Will probably only ho back this Thanksgiving if last year's chef is still there.

I stayed here for two nights when I had some car trouble. It was a wonderful experience. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rain shower was relaxing. The front desk staff had no trouble checking me in a little bit early and the complimentary breakfast was the best free breakfast I've ever had. I would exuberantly recommend this hotel.

Great stay in executive king room. We had a fridge, microwave, patio, couch, computer desk, and a large bathroom. There was a vanity in the bathroom as well as a second one right outside bathroom. Chevron convience store right next door with ample eating options in walking distance, a walmart and shopping plaza 5-10 min walk and a HUGE outlet/shopping area with a inside mall in the center like 1 mile away. A little tired looking, but we knew what we were getting for the price which was excellent. They even by chance, had a room ready around 11- so we checked in free of additional charges.

If there is a special Holiday going on...make sure you place a reservation... otherwise you will be seating at the bar...wich isn't bad for me but if you want a more formal dinner or date...i highly suggest you to make a reservation. I was there for Thanksgiving day and the place was full. Other than that, the service is always great, food delicious. Oh and the day live music is a bonus usually at weekend nights.

Second time in 6 months have tried their restaurant. Super slow service. Over 20 minutes for anyone to take order then another 30 minutes to deliver. Due to the slowness, had to ask (before it was delivered to the table) to please package to go, as my class was ready to resume. Opened box, looked like fod was literally dumped into the box and food was lukewarm at best. Last time I will try to eat here. Next time will bring my own lunch from home.
