Mirabeau Park Hotel Review

Very nice property. Clean and modern. Food was subpar. It was a banquet. Crammed in a room too many people. Food was in a different room to top it all off.

Grew up in the valley and never been here before and always drove by it, friend invited us. Got here at 10:05 for happy hour the staff didn t take our order till 1025 food didn t come till 1110, we only ordered starters and I can only imagine how long an entree would take , then the chicken satay wasn t even a complete dish, was missing the rice basket. No communication from the staff as to why the food took forever until after we complained. Staff didn t really seem to know the menu or kind of what was going on. Drinks took forever to get too. Food was good but very expensive. Portions for chicken satay were really small. Honestly won t be back

Just absolutely awesome here! Customer service all the extra accommodations with the clean large room accessable to east and west I90 plus a little farther north takes to to Trent which is a little highway other areas of the Northwest! I have stayed many different kinds of hotels motels resorts, from chains to mom and pap! I love this place I will miss it but I will be searching out a monthly pass or anual pay to live because I would make this home if they would let me! It's the BEST with dining you can't get else where!

Nice hotel great employees three stars mainly because of poor internet and bedding

Delicious food, generous portions, and reasonably priced. The service was EXCELLENT - professional, very friendly AND efficient. I was in a huge hurry, but knew exactly what I wanted. The waitress listened and said it wouldn't be a problem to rush my order - and she delivered, without anything lacking in quality. I look forward to going again.

Staff are helpful, and the conference went well with their assistance.

As someone who only eats plant based foods, it was hard to find a lot of selection. However, I was at least able to eat here (got edamame and the hummus plate).

My sister, my 7 year old son and myself were there on last Saturday evening, our waiter was exceptional...very patient and friendly! The butternut squash soup was wonderfully seasoned that I had. We had creme buleee for dessert which had exceptional flavor and was enhanced by orange peel on top. All the beverages and food were served in a timely matter.

Spacey rooms and a lot of evening entertainment but the walls are so thin you can hear the people next door as if they were in your room.

The food here is really good. And not too expensive. My wife and I love to come here for dates because It can be nice and quiet during the week. Overall great food at reasonable prices.

Breakfast was nice, but the beds and pillows weren't the best.

All I have to say is WOW! Talk about an incredible experience... We stayed here on out wedding night & our room was lovely, they had champagne & a snack tray waiting for us! We brought our own music & had our first Dance, had drinks & noshings in the dining room (a huge shot our to all of the staff, they went over & above). Breakfast was incredible and we got a totally unexpected afternoon surprise with yet another bottle of champagne & snack tray delivered by the manager. We will return! If you are looking for a special overnight stay, get the Sweetheart Package! Thank you for making our stay so very special

Check-in was the worst... the were so busy at 11pm and only had one attendant. We reserved a king but of course they didnt have one....however we didnt know until we got in the roon that it was a double. Then the toilet didnt work and it took 45min to get another room. The halls and elevator were sketchy but the room was clean. Very deciving on the outside

Service was prompt and courteous. White glove service with delicious food. We went for a special event. Perfect location for anyone, accessible to major roads in the area.

A menu that, while often changing, is always intriguing and tempting. Fairly priced, excellent service.

We went in really late after midnight we're expecting a limited menu option but were happily surprised to find a full menu and full service we lucked out and were able to order off of the happy hour menu the food was delicious we had the Ahi Tuna appetizer and the sliders we ordered the chicken satays with a thai sauce and calamari the service was great the food was delicious and there was a great band playing as well we will be returning

We got in late, and swam in the morning before eating in the restaurant. Great everything! Would go back and am recommending to a company I know who have a need for a seminar location.

This is definitely a 5 star experience for this price range I have done a lot of corporate travel, and have stayed in rooms that cost three times this amount, and did not provide the pleasant experience that I had here for under $100 . Everything was spotlessly clean, and all of the bathroom fixtures were real, actual porcelain, not cheap, gross plastic. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of towels, a real hair dryer, coffee maker, and fridge. The building is not new, but everything has been updated and is well maintained. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant had decent food, and although some items were pricey, there were other items that would totally work for a family traveling on a budget, and there are a ton of other restaurants (fast food or chains) within walking distance. Outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained and the area had a nice ambience. The hotel is in a busy area near a major shopping mall, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of street noise. My only criticism would be that some of the rooms do have sliders that open directly into the parking lot. For us, this was a plus, because we could basically back our car up to the room to unload. If you are really security minded, this might make you uncomfortable, so you could simply request an interior or a second floor room when making your reservation. I would absolutely stay here again.

Reading other reviews I was a little least of what to expect. Needless to say I was blown away. Food was outstanding from the appetizer to dessert. I had the peppercorn New York steak that was Amazing! Our server was quick and never missed a beat. Definitely recommend.

Cakes not to my liking, coconut cake had no coconut flaver just sugar added test no fresh coconut .and all cakes not good .on Thanksgiving we had food .I nothing like there just had some because hungry .my mother in law puke after dinner.:(never visit again sorry .

Always take care of our Special Olympic Athletes with courtesy and respect. Rooms are fine, pool is great. Breakfast is timely and pretty good.

Horrible service! Waited 10 minutes and they couldn't even be bothered to greet us or bring some water to our table. We left and saw 4 employees just chatting away at the front and only one waiter running around handling all the tables. Seems mismanaged to me. I'm sure folks have been coming here for decades, but I sure won't be back!

Excellent hotel! The price was great, the room comfortable and well furnished, and the restaurant was stylish with excellent food and staff.

Clean, comfortable and really nice hotel. If you're wanting to feel lol you're on vacation this is it. Rooms are spacious and quiet. We will be back.

Beautiful place but prices are beyond ridiculous. .we waited til happy hour, 3 drinks, couple of side dishes..bye bye $$$$ If you want fancy food at outrageous prices, it's all yours!! Wait staff was awesome!

Newly renovated rooms, big facility. Great pool for kids. Lots of parking. Some carpets need replacing and elevator could be upgraded.

The service was fine but the beds were just horrible. When we asked to get a different room they said that all the beds are the same and that it wouldn't make a difference. So, after a night a minimal sleep we went downstairs to the buffet to find disgusting eggs and rotten salsa. I would not recommend coming here.

Great place for happy hour and late night eats - service has always been top notch- and food maybe a little pricey but it's been worth it so far of the menu items I have ordered

Very good service, just dropped in for dessert and a drink. The cheesecake was delicious and a generous portion. The chocolate mousse pie was incredibly rich and decadent, so good!

We occasionally go to the Boo and every time we do, we remark on the over-priced, average-tasting food. Good taps this time, though.

Amazing customer service! Lindsay (Front End Manager) was an extreme pro at handling our problems with Priceline. She turned a negative into a returning customer. The place was very clean and the flowers made my wife extremely happy. I highly recommend this place as a place to hang your hat when you are in Spokane. The soaps were a higher quality and made us feel pampered. My 2 only suggestion would be to include a sign in the rooms about the change in housekeeping service because if COVID (see below)and please for the love of entertainment, upgrade your cable package! Seriously we won t even look for a better deal next time we are in town. I like to work at the speed of trust. I trust Mirabeau Park Hotel.

Very clean rooms. Comfy beds and great breakfast. I would recommend.

We had drinks and appetizers in the Max. The wedge salad and butternut squash soup did not disappoint. We also had the hummus and pita YUM. Waiting staff was a little slow but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't bother us.

Staff is friendly, and plenty of amenities.

There's a heated pool, spa, live music at the Max restaurant and bar.

My only complaint is that the laundry room requires quarters, and is expensive for a full wash and dry.

WiFi sucks really bad in most floors though

Very clean great stuff a wonderful Restaurant and Bar you can even do a bloody mary bar on the weekends.

Heard so many great things about this spot but was sadly very disappointed all around. First it took quite a long time between apps, main course and dessert, it was restaurant week on a Saturday so that's not a deal breaker but shouldn't take almost 2 hours to eat. My appetizer was burnt, if you look at the photo you can clearly see its burnt black. Yuck. Gentleman comes to our table and says hes sorry about that and a free wine is on it's way. That took 20 minutes, we were left with empty drinks and no waitress to follow up with and had to finally remind her we wanted refills and a complimentary wine was supposedly on its way. Was disappointed to visit the only available stall in the lady's room to find no toilet paper, instead a Kleenex box. In no rush to come back. Bummer.

The staff is excellent. I've been working with the staff as a wedding consultant and couldn't be happier with how professional and helpful they are.

The food was fantastic! But we ended up having a few to many and decided to get a room for the night. This is where the night took a total nose dive. The room price was comparable to the Davenport downtown Spokane. In hindsight we should have call an uber. Heck: Motel 6 has better rooms, plus you know what you're paying for at Motel 6. In short, if you charge premium prices you better deliver the goods or you'll never get a second chance. Burned me once, never again!

Great place to hang out for happy hour or to just talk one-on-one with a friend. Lots of tasty appetizers.

Disappointed. Have eaten here regularly for years. Tonight treated kids and told them we enjoy the Maxx. Embarrassing that service was slow and food subpar. I always look forward to the Spinach Gorgon zola with bacon vinegarette. It was like eating Spinach soup. So much liquid in the plate no bacon or cheese on it. My daughter ordered the same and it was just as bad.

Had a big room on the first floor in the building in the back. Very clean and beautifully designed room. The shower was big and open with stone tiles and granite counters. Comfy bed, large mini fridge, book reading lights, large tv with lots of channels.
Ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Delicious. The charcuterie tray was huge and had all kinds of meat, cheese, nuts, veggies, and more.
The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. The hotel is close to I 90 so it's great. The mattresses were very different though and if definitively have to get used to the newer style and materials used. But over all a great stay. Thanks

We also had a race issue at this restaurant. The waitress told us (when ordering) that the dish that the one person of color among our party ordered would come after the others. That was a strange thing to say at the time of ordering! How would she know? Then when that particular meal came 30-40 minutes after the others, everyone else was finished. It only came at all from repeated badgering of the restaurant manager. We were a large party of ten. We probably should have reported this restaurant to the Human Rights Commission, but like many cases of racist behavior, there was a certain ambiguity to the situation. Also like other racist situations in restaurants, it begins with the attitude and behavior of the server.It was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant I have ever had.

This is always a very nice place to stay..Hallway carpets could be upgraded, but rooms are upgraded and very nice!

A surprisingly nice restaurant. It does not look it from the outside but wow. Great place.
