Most relaxing stay at a hotel. The outdoor heated pool was great. The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant was amazing. The construction didn't even bother us.

They were out of crayons for the kids, though not a real biggy. The one main issue I did have was when they brought me my Fettuccine Alfredo it had chicken on it. The chicken cost extra (4 or 5 bucks) and being I'm a vegetarian I did not ask for them to add the chicken. Otherwise, the food and service was good. We'll likely be back.
This was the absolute WORST place I ve ever stayed.. first, the woman at the front desk told me she was going to put a $80 hold fee on my account, but my card wouldn t be charged..the funds would be released the next day at checkout.. she charged me $100 and overdrafted my bank account, totaling $80 in added bank fees. The customer service here is horrible!!!! The manager was unwilling to do anything to help me..saying it was my fault that I signed to the charge, even though it was the employees fault for incorrect information. IT GETS WORSE...one of the managers, dragun, offers to refund me $30 from my $90 room charge as well as offer me a complimentary night since I was unable to travel back to my hometown since my account was overdrawn and in the negative...when I get ready to go back to my room, I call up the front desk to make sure everything is good and I get ANDY who is supposedly the GM...he cusses me out and tells me that I need to pay for another night or get my stuff out of their room immediately; I try to explain that Dragun had given me a complimentary room and he informs me that he is very aware of the situation and will not be doing that anymore...two hours later, front desk calls and says that Andy took care of the issue no charge for the room and come on in to get the room key. I wake up in the morning to my account being again overdrawn and an additional $80 charge for the night prior that was supposed to be complimentary. I have a flat tire to tend to in their parking lot now as well...I wouldn t doubt that someone working at that hotel purposely placed a screw in my tire..
Front desk employee, Jason, refuses to help me and will not get ahold of dragun or Andy who supposedly are the only people who can do a refund and now the two men are claiming that I was indeed charged and correctly, even though I was told it was complimentary and never ever was told that my card was going to be charged for the night never got a total even so never authorized or signed for it!!!! They do not care, they are SCAM ARTISTS SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!! Now I am stuck with $200 in fees and charges, my mind is blown with this level of crookedness and unprofessionally run slump! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAYHERE YOU WILL HAVE YOUR CREDIT INFO STOLEN AND BE CHARGED INCORRECTLY!!!! I have receipts and bank statements to back all of this up or lack of receipts!!! I was charged for additional nights and nights not authorized then refused help by management.
Went to mirabeau for easter brunch. Felt like a bunch of cattle being lead in for the dinner bell. No atmosphere at all. Food was mediocre at best, prime rib dry and tuff, all the breakfast was dry except the bacon was sitting in fat. Deserts were dry and all tasted the same. 15% was automatically added to your bill for gratuity and you still had to get up and get drinks yourself. Get your food buffet style, get your drinks yourself... so I guess the staff made tips clearing plates. Asked 2 staff members where the restrooms were and they couldn't tell me, said it was their first day. All in all wasn't a pleasant dinning experience and way over priced 75 dollars for 2, that was with gratuity automatically added in. Will not be going back!!!
Great location, great service. Nice and clean rooms. I will go back again.
Facilities were nice but the HVAC was extremely loud and distracting
Really nice hotel, extremely clean room and updated appearance throughout.
Excellent. We were able to get hors d'oeuvres along with our wine and that was good. The service was great!
Good hotel with in house options for food, drinks and music in the evenings
If you have business in the area, this is a good choice. My room was large and comfortable.
Customer service is awesome. Rooms are nice and clean. Hot tub is great.
Clean rooms, large convention center, friendly staff.
I was in the middle of the night and was in a emergency needed somewhere nice and safe to stay so I went online and found this hotel and booked it on hotel.com ..then realize it was for the follow day because it was after midnight. So I called the front desk and asked for help to get it switched for the nights I needed.. and the guy named MIKE anwserd the phone and was so rude to me...he spoke slow and spelled out the words pretty much and I never felt more insulted in my life when calling a business before...he was hands down the rudest front desk clerk I ever spoke too...he told me he couldn't help me and pretty much hung up on me...I hope that the mirabeau would look into this and correct the situation because I would have gave y a full 5 star for everything this else was great.. but he was so rude I would never recommend anyone to go there due to the extremely rude staff named MIKE worked Saturday nights around 3 am. Please fire that guy...I would
It was nice until the maids started vaccuming above us at 7 am. They aren't quite as they're cleaning. It's rude.
Expensive, very long wait and not what I ordered. The food was good but they highly overvalued it.
Undergoing parking lot renovation, noist, lots of vibration. Wouldn't want to pay full price this week
Great place to stay. The room are large and cozy. Overall the room was clean. We did have some minor problems with parking as there was a car show going on, leaving limited parking spaces for guest. Had to circle the parking lot a few times to get a spot.
Nice place for events it's a great to sleep if you are looking for SO rest
Rooms were nice and roomy. The beds were comfortable and there were two sinks in the room. One in the bathroom and one just outside. Overall comfortable stay.
Hotel rooms are a great price for the quality. Food is very expensive.
Very nice the food was great will stay there again!
Ok is how I would describe the food. I have had hotel based restaurant food that is fantastic and some that is ho hum. This falls in the ho hum category. The wait staff needs to be more attentive as well. We waited long times in between drinks, orders and food. We waited even longer for the check due to a large party coming in. They seemed to not know how to handle a group of more than 10. You could seem that it seemed to. Really throw them for a loop. If your staying in Spokane Valley, and it's your only option for food it will work. Their are better dining experiences in the Valley.
My experience there was wonderful, great customer service, great amenities
So far (1st night early review), this is one of the best in the Spokane Valley. Starting with front desk professionalism, great facilities including pool, jacuzzi, and workout room, restaurant and cozy bar (have not tried yet), the rooms are spacious, modern, and the beds very comfortable. I deducted a star for some fairly obvious needs, like upholstery and carpet cleaning ( the latter noted throughout the hotel, not just in the room). Duel sink (separate from toilet area), spacious, modern tile shower and floor), safe, fridge and microwave round out the room essentials. Noted security driving frequently around the parking lot. High marks, we'll hopefully be back another trip. Oh, and Spokane Valley Mall, Walmart, Ross, TJMaxx, Old Navy, and Kohl's all very close by along with other favorite stores...thrift stores, too...make this a great central location.
Attended a banquet. Food and service was excellent.
Best place in town to stay,
Amazing accommodations, rooms are clean and lovely. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Restaurant is top notch. Wonderful service, great hot food. GOOD COFFEE, that's a big one in my book.
Will be recommending the SHBA to this location.
While expensive the food is pretty good. My personal fav is the peppercorn steak.
Really nice place and we got here and went to the lounge and there was a live blues band playing and the bartender was a cool lady sms could answer all our questions about the local places
Food is really great, entertainment is great but the place is empty by 10pm
We had a meeting there with about 50 people and the hotel offered every service we needed. They even offered to set up a few tables outside the main meeting area got the few of us who kept having to step out.
Great food at a decent $$. And of course wine wednesdays are fun. First Wednesday of the month is wine tasting and snacks from 5 to 7.
We were there for a birthday party, the service was excellent and the food was very good!
It was a nice atmosphere, except that they still had Christmas decorations out. Not a big deal, just one of those small details that makes an impression.
Very nice and clean rooms. Really cool pool and hot tub
Good price, good clean room. Only small complaint was the very out dated look of the exterior and hallways, but the rooms are very modern so it's not all too bad
Don t waste your money here. Plenty of better options nearby. Service was average, food was cold, prices were above average.
We were there on 14 June with large tour group. Checking in was easy,
rooms very clean and comfortable......and quiet.
Always great service and food. I need to add to my review. I had the soup & salad. It was a cold chilly night and I haven't felt well. It really hit the spot. Their Calm Chowder is Outstanding. Perfectly thickened with just the right amount of seasoning. I had a bowl of chowder and it filled me right up. Had to leave a little left over. I was sad to have not been able to finish it all. I had the Cesar Salad to go with it. So very Yummy!!! You have to try this it is just perfect!!!
Beautiful hotel! I was surprised to see what the rooms had to offer. The outside of the hotel is aged looking but the rooms are very up to date. Nice robes and slippers. The beds where 4 stars in my eyes. The only thing that I had issues with was the navigation around the building. It was definitely maze status.
Parking lot remodel going on currently, excited to see when done, nice atmosphere and close to freeway
Fantastic atmosphere, relaxed place for a drink, band is not overly loud so you can still talk.
Decent hotel with pretty good rates. Rooms are modern enough, nothing fancy really but clean and comfortable.
Ate at the Max. Food was good. It usually has decent service, but this particular night the service was below par.
Burgers were absolutely amazing and were able to accommodate/customize well and the sweet potato fries are the best. Breakfast is also great! Service has been great each time!
The Mirabeau park hotel and convention center of Spokane valley is a constant pleasantry every year that I've attended both a event in the convention center and staying the night in a room.
What a cool hotel. We stayed at the Mirabeau Park Hotel only for one night, but had a great experience. Visually it reminded me of David Lynch s Twin Peaks, it was cool but with high quality amenities. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. Dinner and breakfast were good too. Very easy and quick check in process. If I m ever in the middle of nowhere I will gladly stay.
Simple room with lots of space. Nice to have two sinks. Only drawback was a shower with no tub. I would stay again as the price was reasonable and close enough to downtown with at 15 minute drive.
Hosted a great Christmas work party! And great food!
Nice courteous staff, attended the starving artists event the process was very professional and streamlined
Always a favorite place for dinner and happy hour!!
We visited the restaurant Max. Dinner was excellent and the service was good. Timely and attentive. We were checked on often and never had to wait long to get what we needed. Big food portions and the great flavor made the prices worth it.
I am happy to say that I discovered MAX restaurant they have. Went their with colleagues. Mussels Chardonnay w/ Grilled French Baguette was awesome and so was Chicken satay. For main dish I ordered Chicken Piccata on Fresh Linguine. I will recommend that if you like Italian food. My colleague had ordered Pepper Corn Steak and it certainly looked mouthwatering.
I also enjoyed their food presentation. I will go there again when I visit next visit Spokane. The price range is above average but certainly worth it.
Beautiful hotel and conference center.. definitely recommend this place
Had Thanksgiving in one of there banquet rooms. which were very nice and nothing was out of place. The food was amazing and service was adequate. Would love to stay a weekend here.
We went to The Max at Mirabeau which is the restaurant in the hotel. We were celebrating a friend's birthday. This celebration just happened to fall in the middle of the busiest weekend for most restaurants (Valentine's Day weekend). That being said, they had a limited menu with only a select few of what I assume they deemed their Valentine's specials. You would think that they would be prepared ahead of time for the busiest restaurant weekend of the year but they weren't our group reservation was at 730. I arrived at 745, but most of the rest of the party was already there when I arrived. That being said, I would expect there would have already been water and bread at the table, but there was none. Initially, none of us were sweating it and were trying to go with the flow being understanding that they were busy. But when 8 role around and our waiter hasn't checked on us, taken our orders, gotten us water, brought over the free bread, nothing. 815 rolls around and he finally comes to.take our orders for drinks, appetizers, and the meals. Mind you we still haven't gotten water or bread. 9 o'clock rolls around and we now haven't received our drinks, our appetizers and salads, the water, the bread, nothing. Problem becomes that we have other plans for the birthday girl at 10, so at this point we're all getting ready to leave after having sat their for 2 hours not to eat. When they realize we're starting to leave they suddenly start to come over, apologize, being water, and bread and butter and let us know that our food is being "plated". So we take the bread and butter and the drinks. half the drinks we have to send back because they were improperly made. It's 930and still no food. It's a few minutes after 930 and appetizers and salads start coming out. A few of our girls ordered Caesar salad and the dressing on it literally tasted like someone mixed together whatever white-ish dressing they had and dumped on the salad. Some got chunks of bleu cheese, some could taste ranch, but none of it tasted like Caesar dressing. About 15 mins after that main courses started coming out. And I don't think anyone at the table was particularly pleased. Being that they had a limited menu you would think plating good food would be easy, but nope. The pasta I ordered was over cooked and because of that it tasted like mush. We all left shortly after that and I kid you not, walking from our table towards my car, before even leaving, the restaurant I got a very bad case of diarrhea and spent 30 mins in the bathroom with a very painfully upset stomach. Suffice it to say, I will never eat there again. Smh.
Super fast check in. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Lots of parking. Big tv. Check out at 12 was amazing. Will definitely go back!
Great hotel, and restaurant. Always excellent service and atmosphere.
Love Mirabeau park hotel. The rooms are clean. The have bathrooms by the restaurant and ball room.
Great service, waiter very attentive, the Buffalo burger was seasoned well and very filling
Loved the room, bed was super comfy. Dinner was great and so was breakfast. Restaurant was beautiful. Staff were really pleasant.
The location worked out for me as it was close to where I was going in town The outside of the place was a little rough, but the inside of the room was relatively nice. The beds need to be replaced. They were too soft and were sunken in the middle.
I called to make a reservation this evening at 8 o'clock. The women I spoke to an the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes and then was annoyed when I asked if someone could help me with room costs for the weekend. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anyone who really wasn't really interested in giving me information that would create income for the establishment that pays her. Just a little dismayed.
A beautiful facility that if allowed will drain your wallet and leave one smiling
Had dinner and drinks for a friend's birthday, excellent service, great food. Very attentive wait staff even though they were extremely busy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat. We will definitely be back soon.
The hotel was under construction so the front desk was difficult to get to as well as parking and finding our room. The hotel is set up weird so navigation is not easy regardless of the construction. No breakfast is available unless you do room service or visit the restaurant. Wanted a cup of coffee and it was $4. Not sure of we will return.
Drinks and good appetizers, lots of parking if you don't mind a short walk
The chefs there are amazing/very talented, the food is so good that I just don't have the words to explain it and most of the waiters there are nice, others are very nice.
