Attentive servers, good food, plenty of table space. Our family had a party of 7, and were seated right away, the Friday evening rush didn't appear to be an issue. Drinks came quickly, the entrees took about 20 minutes. One of the older kids ordered a chicken dish that was too spicy, so the manager personally brought her chicken strips (and didn't charge us, which I didn't know til later). A very nice dinner experience.

Was there for a business meeting with my company. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The buffet style breakfast we had was 2.5/5.. wasnt terrible, but it wasnt amazing either. Very accommodating to our group. Would have another meeting here in the future

We had dinner at Max, the hotel restaurant. The service was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was tastey. Our only complaint was the bill as the food was a little overpriced for what we had.

Stayed in rooms 4103&4101 with 4 kids and 3 adults they gave us a double king and double queen suites that joined. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the staff is great. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel when we certainly to Spokane. Would recommend to others.

Plenty of parking everywhere on property even for a tractor trailer. Food quality was fantastic in the restaurant and rooms are very comfortable and staff was exceptional. Definitely worth the stay and a repeat customer when in Spokane

Standing ovation! Staff is incredibly flexible, accomodating, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was well presented, delicious and memorable. Seafood was fresh and seasonings were sublime. The cioppino had a tad more salt than I prefer but it was an excellent recipe! I would highly recommend the Max, especially for a festive evening.

Nice quiet place. Rooms up to date and clean with some under renovation. On site restaurant is great and views of mountains out back are nice. It is very close to the road and there is some noise but you cant hear it in the rooms. The rooms are great and the location is fabulous. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed my time here and I hope you do as well.

Stayed here once before but in a different wing (C wing). This time we stayed in D wing and we're disappointed to find the room was much less to our liking. It was less comfortable and had no bathtub. Decided to ask the front desk if they could change us to a room with a bathtub, they very graciously upgraded us to the honeymoon suite (C wing again) at no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again but be sure to ask ahead of time for a room with a tub.

They were very accommodating. Parked my truck there and stayed in a room for the weekend. Max's restaurant, while a little overpriced, was delicious. Melissa at the front desk was awesome to work with. Plenty of things around within walking distance.

The host could have smiled at least once when greeting and seating me but Jeremy, my server, and the food did more than make up for her. Jeremy was prompt to get me coffee and water and right away I knew this was going to be a good experience. He was very friendly and not awkward like some waiters can be. To top everything off the food was great. I got the caprese salad, french onion soup, and some fries. Since this was my first time at the restaurant I look forward to going back to try other menu items and hopefully all the wait staff is on the same level as Jeremy, customer service wise.

The Hotel was great, the rooms were spacious. As we are in a ti.e of a pandemic I felt okay, safe, and healthy during my stay here. The complementary grab-n-go breakfast is good and has 4 different options.

Look trashy outside / outdated. Pool and hot tub is outside so not available in winter cold winter. They have a restaurant in the hotel so no continental breakfast which was already sad for me. Then the dinning staff was a bit rude.the room did have a comfy king size bed, walk in shower, desk and computer, computer chair, comfortable chair. Two sinks, microwave, mini refrigerator, two white robes, an iron, iron board, a mini safe, mini coffee pot, a total of 6 glasses. The toasts tasted really good and you get cute little 1 oz jellies in thier own personal jars.

A fantastic evening. Janelle was our server for 10 people and there was never a hitch. Explaining Happy Hour prices, fetching wine lists, describing appetizers and entrees, and serving everything and everybody perfectly. We'll definitely be back!

This Hotel is absolutely, hands down the best in the Spokane area. The staff is very professional, but not in a cold, distant way. They're warm and friendly. They take care of your every need. The rooms are bigger and always very clean. There's Sliding glass doors to a patio in every room.
The Hotel restaurant Max's is excellent. Try the pizza.

Stayed here on two separate occasions within four days of each other, and I was totally impressed both times. Easy to find with fast access to I-90. Quick and easy check-in with friendly staff. Restaurant was open until 1am both nights we were there with great burgers. One room opened up into the middle courtyard and the other had its own private balcony (2nd floor). Comfy and clean rooms with lots of space to relax. Anytime I pass through Spokane again, this is where I'm staying.

We were here visiting family and the room was very well cleaned, spacious, and very comfortable. Location is great if you're looking to stay in the valley, one exit east of the valley mall and within walking distance of some useful stuff. We had a good, quiet night's sleep. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good, too.

Being from the coast, I appreciate great seafood and the Max definetly delivers! I had the filet migon, which was perfect, and chowder that competes with the best I've ever had!! I added raw oysters and lobster to totally treat myself and it was worth it. The service and atmosphere are excellent as well!

This is a fairly good place to hold semi large conferences. They have a large area where contractors from all over Spokane areas gathered to hold an irrigation training, and presentation hosted by the Toro company. It was available to hold approximately 204 people, and their rooms include 235.
