Rooms are very nice and clean. Outside of the building doesn't do the inside of the rooms justice. Main complaint was the extremely loud music from multiple parties going on in the building

The bar and restaurant area was very nice but I was overcharged for drinks during happy hour. The waiter charged me full price. My companions mentioned similar experiences in the past. The ambiance was really quite nice but out of principle I can't recommend this place for dinner and drinks

Excellent location, great service and friendly staff. Wal-Mart is next to the hotel. Breakfast has many choices and are delicious. My two queen beds room is spacious. The only thing that seems missing is no fan in the bathroom.

Loved our stay, great room, great pool, perfect location. Awesome price it will be my go to place from now on.

I really like the restaurant (Max) at this hotel. The vibe is nice with an upscale interior design, the service is good, and the liqour and wine selection is large. The food is good with some dishes being very good. The presentation of the food tends to be on the creative side. I had the fries and sliders which where Meh, but the Thai chicken was great. I will continue to come back and try other dishes.

My mom and I have been going to this hotel the past few years for our credit union banquet. The food is really good for the most part, except for the salad, which tasted bitter. Everything else was great, including the staff and the venue.

Great beds, fabulous pillows and the restaurant is awesome!

I've been here for lunch several times,and the food has always been very good and reasonably priced

Had a valentine's package booked, upgraded to better room unfortunately they put us right next to the maids closet. Got no sleep they were so loud late into the night and early in the morning. We had a 2pm check out but gave up on sleep around 9am and just checked out. We stayed away form the restaurant, way too many people so we ordered room service. Lots of confusion around our dining credit and food was cold when we got it.

Always consistent and exciting! One of my favorite brunch spots in Spokane.

I have had drinks and dinner here several times. Great selection of top shelf liquors and craft beers. Food is always great.

Nice room, very clean. Good freeway access, nearby shopping. We stayed here last year and got a room facing the freeway, this year we paid a little more and got a room facing into the courtyard, definitely worth the 10$.

This place is always clean & staff is extremely courteous helping me with any and all my needs within reason, my last visit at the Mirabeau Hotel, I forgot my bag outside in the parking lot & the gentleman working the front desk (Travis) ran outside an promptly retrieved it, before anybody had an opportunity to take anything. & held it up to the front desk for me. you won't be disappointed with this place I would recommend it to anybody staying in Spokane area.

These guys are the best! We had a fabulous company party here! They decorated the room, and made a Santa's village themed photo booth for all to take pics in the hallway! The food was great. We've booked at the casino before, and the casino comes nowhere close to the food and service we received at Mirabeau. They accommodated every need! We will definitely be back for years to come! I wish I had taken more pics of our room. There were beautiful snowflakes hanging from the ceiling. The tables were festively decorated and tables were perfectly set!

The room is beautiful. Clean. Desk service great. We chose not to have breakfast delivered, but such a nice option. Overall, very nice.

Stayed several nights here, and it was pleasant. There was some noise from nearby room doors closing, but the noise level wasn't a bother. The room was clean and cozy, and the WiFi was good. The stoplight at the entrance to the hotel made getting onto the main road easy. There are some large stores (Walmart, Fred Meyer) nearby, which made shopping convenient.

A great independent hotel. Not expensive, and a good location.

The food was decent but the fact that we had to get up and ask for the check and boxes after waiting for 20+min was absolutely rediculos. Then the manager and the waiter just act like it's no big deal and happens all the time.

This is a very nice place. Good food and great staff.

Max restaurant has awesome food at great prices hard to say that the uptight the little loosen up a little and enjoy life the prices at the hotel prices are worth the spin side

It was a great short mini vacation. Close to were we were planning to go see and walk the trail. They loved my Lil service dog very dog friendly

We waited all night for our drinks, my dinner, when everyone already had theirs, and finally our bill. Our server never checked back with us to find out how our meals were. My husband said it was the worst hamburger he ever had and I had a bone in my fish and chips. We were a party of eight for my birthday and felt bad I had picked the Max.

Great wine selection! Go on Wednesday ... half priced bottles!

Smaller confrence rooms. Seems to be an older hotel.

The room was big and clean. I went to the hotel bar during my stay since they were open late and there was a huge storm outside. The food was not great though and the waitress was not very friendly. She looked over worked and my food order was wrong. But the atmosphere was lovely and overall I enjoyed my short stay there.

1st Wed. Event offers an artist and a winery to try. Light appetizers and half price wine makes for a nice time to meet friends. Exceptional service and outstanding food.

If I'd been there for a different event the rating would probably have been higher. I was there with a large crowd and so it was hard to carry on a conversation. But the food was wonderful.

They fixed my handle to the tub that was broke and let me have a toothbrush. Very clean and very accommodating!!!

Happy hour from 3-6pm. Great drinks and disounted appetizer. The Lavender hisbiscus tea is a favorite.

Just stopped in for breakfast. Service was excellent as usual and the fod was very good. I had an omelet and it was done to perfection. I had special requests and they were carried out to the "t".

We actually went to the restaurant they have for our xmas party. Our boss took all of us there for dinner and it was amazing.
The staff was great and the atmosphere was amazing!

My office holds our annual awards banquet here. The food is very good and the staff are excellent.

Classy place: though feeling a little dated. Nice restaurant and lounge in The Max and plenty of conference rooms.

There for a large event with dinner. Staff were helpful. Wait staff were amazing. Looking forward tho next year.

Came here for a staff party. Food wasn't as good as everyone on social media says it is. Big disappointment in many ways...even right down to the hard as a rock bread rolls. I probably won't ever return.

We had an excellent weekend at the Mirabeau! The pool is nice, but was pretty busy at times. Beds were comfortable enough, but there was no fan in the bathroom. It took a bit for the steam to subside.

Dated feel, but clearly remodeled to high standards. Clean modern feel. Accommodating customer service. Decent pool, spa, fitness facility. Enjoyed my stay.

After 9pm they have half off appetizers and drink specials. Very good food! The cheese fries are amazing and so are the sliders.

Have been here a few times in the past. Have never had an issue. But this time had very poor service from the bartender. Was overcharged on our drinks and when we asked how much they were each the math still didn't add up. Refused to take the extras off but she had already ran the card. Didn't tip but then two days later when I saw the statement there was a $15 tip. Called spoke to a manager in the restaurant area and was told I had to be mistaken and that wouldn't have happened, then was told there was nothing that they would do. Won't be going here again on principal.

Very high quality hotel at high value. And "the Max" & their happy hour...sometims I pop in there just to play "international man of mystery"!

Very disappointing and horribly discusting.. Rooms were filthy. We pulled back the sheets to find little black hairs .. called to request new sheets. The comforters had red stains and were almost gray.. supposed to be white and bleached ?? Had to requested them as well. Took 45 minutes to receive new bedding.. the lady seemed so irritated to bring us new blankets. After driving all day don't seem right to have to make your own bed . We did, she handed me the blankets and walked off. The halls smelled horrible.. Indian food.. and mold.. discusting.. worst costumer service ever. Tara?? Was the rudest most stuck up hotel staff member we've came across. We told the day manager and all we got was sorry, hopefully your next will be better !! Horrible.. do not recommend this hotel unless your on drugs .. shady people walking around your vehicles.. one was taking pictures.. WTH. Try the Holiday Inn or Marriott.. the extra money is definitely worth it. This is not a highly rated hotel as they list.

Very poor service. After ordering dinner we waited approximately 45 minutes before asking our waitress about our appetizers...10 minutes later the main course arrived. Asked again about the appetizers and apparently the waitress forgot about them. They were brought to the table shortly thereafter. By then we were eating our main course. When we selected Max's for dinner we were looking for a formal/fine dining experience with professional service...that is definitely not what we experienced.

The rooms (BLDG 4) was large enough and the bathroom were pretty new. They have different buildings for guests room and in some buildings (BLDG 2) the rooms were small.

We had the Max burger and the Gorgonzola burger. Both were fantastic. Very juicy. We haven't had a burger that good in a long time.

One of the worst, over priced meals I have had. A $44 filet that tasted like gas from a gas BBQ. I have had several things catered from here and it was amazing. I do not or understand how the DR can turn out the junk it does, and with such a snobby waitstaff.
