The first time we ate there it was great service, amazing food. But the next 2 times was poor. They wernt busy, but it took forever for some one to seat us. Ordered drinks but took 15 to 20 min to get them. They brought the wrong food for my daughter, so she ate half of mine till hers was remade.
Easily the largest room of the 8 hotels I booked for our holiday. It was a bit of a hike through a maze-like hotel to get to the pool.

Got my booking off Agoda.com - fairly priced, nice, good sized clean rooms and comfy beds. Well lit at night, safe feeling, open parking lots and the rooms have sliding glass doors for easy access to good grass areas for pets or outdoor patio access with chairs for smokers. Our room was SPOTLESS when we arrived. Our bathroom didn't have a bathtub - only a shower. So if you need one then please try to verbally request at front desk if possible. The restaurant was a tad pricey, BUT it was 100% delicious and you DEF get what you pay for in terms of food, serving size and customer service from staff. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again! Such a pleasant experience for us!
We attended a viewing party for Terry Fossum, Kicking & Screaming. There we lots of people, lots of fun, drink specials. Overall a nice setup and accommodation by Max @ Mirabeau.
Very nice hotel, great service but the walls are paper thin, you will here every voice, every door shutting, every knock, everything.

I've been here many times, and surprised myself that I have never reviewed! This evening was delightful, as always. Excellent service, as always. Tonight I chose the Creamy Crab "Maccheroni" with Applewood Smoked Bacon. It was very rich and delicious. It's made with Dungeness crab, Cougar Gold cheese, and a white truffle herb gratin. We had seared ahi tuna for a starter this time, but I also really love their clams! It was such a nice time, as always. I highly recommend!

My 11 year old son stayed here when we went to Silverwood. We loved it. I was so surprised how nice it was.. very upscale, modern, I just felt classy staying there.. and under $100! So nice.. I'm going back today for my second stay..can't wait for my boyfriend to see it.

This hotel has been around a long time. The rooms are very nice, havent been in the pool or hot tub since it has been closed due to covid. The restaurant is delicious. The creme brulee is out of this world!!!! The location is perfect right off the interstate and close to places to walk to if needed.
The Max restaurant has good atmosphere, good beer, helpful staff- great place to watch a ball game with good food.
Cozy, nice and quiet hotel. Great service, very professional employees, very comfortable place to stay. Rooms are very clean, no noisy, perfect sleep. There is a restaurant and bar(it is called 'MAX'). Very enjoyable. There are fitness and laundry rooms. You will love to stay this hotel!!

The food was mediocre, and they forgot a side that was supposed to come with one of the dishes. The waiter also took our food away when we weren t finished. Everything on the menu was $40+.

really nice hotel, room service is quick, the MAX is delicious and has a huge menu. the rooms are nice, the balcony is amazing to sit on, it's pet friendly which is so convenient and the guest service is kind
This hotel still seems dated even after renos. My room (3206) has no air return vent and became very hot at night no matter what the thermostat was set at. The front desk staff was friendly other than a younger skinny guy with brown hair who worked at night- he was rude when I lost my room card and i wasnt even dealing with him.
Always clean and comfortable! Lots of parking and close to stores restaurants and such.

Always outstanding service. The voodoo pasta dish is incredible, a little spice, creamy and delicious. Best rib eye steak. Lovely atmosphere on the patio on a beautiful summer evening.

My husband and I stayed last night, I cannot speak highly enough of the managers & the hotel. I made a mistake on the booking and the manger I worked with yesterday helped us get the room sorted, I was so thankful for her time & help!
The king room was really nice, nice size bathroom with plenty of soap/towels/general amenities. Comfortable bed, and it was nice having a lower balcony which leads right to the parking lot.
I ll leave them a separate review, but the breakfast was really tasty. Honest I was surprised at how much you got to eat. (voucher provided from hotel = limited breakfast menu)
My husband is a trucker, and they allowed us to leave our full rig parked while we stayed.* There s a lot of shops within walking distance & there are a lot of the LIME scooters in the area (be prepared: you ll need a helmet & it s $1.00 + .36 a mile).
*they have a good size parking lot, but spacing is limited for a truck. They do not have truck parking, but they allow what they have space for. There s a Pilot not far, worse case it s a short Uber ride)
Had Sunday brunch on the patio. Bonnie was our waitress. She was awesome!!! Explained portions of everything and made perfect suggestions for us. The service was prompt and friendly. Definitely a place we will be going to again!!!
We stayed one night here. It was super convenient. The rooms were nice. The beds were super comfortable. We had a balcony, it was a great night :) easy to find and the hotel staff were super friendly!
It is a nice hotel and conference center. Our company Christmas party is held there every year. My only complaint is that it is set up like a maze. It is very confusing to navigate around. But the staff are very friendly. They have good food and live music on the weekends. I always enjoy my time spent there.
I appreciated staying here as for the place is clean, they have good food at the restaurant, the staff were nice. I would totally recommend staying here and will return if i stay in Spokane. Good job Mirabeau

I had a Visa gift card that is supposed to be accepted.everywhere and they wouldn't take it. Also the drinks and food were only ok.

As usual the staff (Front, Restaurant, Service) always top notch. I got a King room with cooking top-glad that they offer it. Am all the amenities have always been working fine . Good job everyone keep it up and we will be back

Waited a longtime for food even though it was slow. Tuna had good taste, but wontons were cold. Martinis were not good and we're packed with ice. Will not be returning.
Nice hotel, looks like they've done renovations before and updated the place nicely.
Held an 80th birthday party for a family member and it went off flawlessly.
Stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights and was very impressed. Although I never got to experience the events at the hotel or the pool and gym room it was still very welcoming and seemed very up to date. The hotel had a well kept outdoor pool and a small gym that was by my room. The breakfast was much better than any hotel I've stayed at for a while and the bed was very comfortable and had several pillows and sheets you could use. The only downsides of this hotel were the thin walls that allowed me to hear other people that were down the hallway (although at night it was pretty quiet). I'd definitely recommend this hotel! :)

Hotel has one of the best complimentary breakfast I have had at any other hotel. Max's Restaurant is located inside of the hotel.
Great place for business meetings and great rooms. Love the open areas.
