They need continental breakfast.. Then I would have given thus hotel a 4 star.

Ambiance is superb. Service is above and beyond. Menu is very difficult if you are a vegetarian. But I did have a very wonderful salad. Would be nice to see one or two more soups or salad options for non meat eaters. Otherwise fantastic all around.
It was comfortable but having to reserve the pool was an issue and we weren't told that you have to request housekeeping when staying multiple days.
Very nice. A little noisy the last night since our room had doors that could be used for connecting. Rooms.
Max at mirabeau is where you wanna be at great service, food and entertainment.. come see for yourself..
Excelent food and presentation. Enjoyed conversations with our charming waiter, Eros. Comfy, quiet romantic booth. We will be back again!
Excellent selection of spirts and wine. We went in for Happy hour appetizers and drinks. Appetizers servings size very small, example edamane had maybe 10, the brie was good but small portion, crustinis were really tough not just crisp which they should be but old. Drinks were ok. Service was good. Beautiful lounge, restaurant. To bad wish we could have had a better experiance.
Build your own bloody Mary bar at brunch! Yes it was fun and delicious. Also eat the bananas foster waffle and prepare yourself for a nap.
Great stay!! Food was great but a little pricey. Hot tub and pool are open upon reservations
Enjoyed our stay and will return on next trip. Staff was very nice and rooms are nice and clean.
Staff was incredibly friendly and rooms are incredibly clean. Would recommend staying here to anyone!
Stopped by to visit an art show. Staff greeted us and we're very friendly.
Nice facility but the food was madiocre and a bit pricy.
Love it. Amazing rooms and amazing reasonable prices for the kind of hotel it is.
It was under construction and parking and checking in was a bit challenging, but I think when construction is done I will give it 5 stars!
I love the Max. Great service and atmosphere. Tiffany is a great and attentive server.
The hotel was a beautiful and wonderful place great Liting and wonderful red wood walls all to be expected from such a wonderful place . The restaurant has fairly good food spend dining worth the wait.
Stayed were while working out of town. Nice rooms and good food.
Currently has work being done to the parking lot. Looks very nice from the outside. Kind of more spendy but not extremely ridiculous. Definately give it a shot.
This was a fantastic hotel. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, full size ironing board and iron, and two robes that were very warm and comfy! Could hear some noise through the walls but overall it was a quiet hotel.
Stayed here many times, beautiful rooms, excellent staff great location.
This hotel is a diamond in the rough. So well maintained - people are constantly cleaning the public spaces. It's old, but so clean. Amazing buffet breakfast, and we are picky! Staff is so nice. Pool is clean, big and heated. I would absolutely stay here with our family again.
The hotel was very well kept and clean. The Max restaurant is fantastic!
We stayed here a year ago, were very pleased, rated it 4 stars because of some HVAC issues. This year, we're in the same part of the hotel, but the rooms are delightfully remodeled. LOVE the new electronic climate control, comfortable beds, spacious room, fridge, microwave, and kitchen-style sink outside of the thoughtfully redesigned bathroom.
While their parking lot is being re-done and the parking situation is a bit of a challenge, the rest of the hotel is GREAT! The breakfast was a one of the best we've seen, which includes cheesie scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes cooked to perfection, and fruit among the highlights. The coffee was GOOD. The food could've been a little warmer, but that did not stop anyone from going back for a second round ; ) The pool area and hot tub were also a plus!
Like last year, the staff was friendly and helpful from the person who booked the room over the phone, to house keeping staff, front desk people and even the guy keeping an eye on the parking lot.
The hotel is incredibly nice and a great value complete with bath robes, real glasses, and yes, I said this already, comfortable beds! We've now made Mirabeau Park Hotel our place to stay in Spokane Valley.
We had breakfast after church. Awesome service and food. Atmosphere was great too
I filled out an application so i only made it , to the front deask and then around the corner, I get A Nedo Like Fredo Bandedo , Ora About the place.
What a classy Hotel and Convention Center. Very clean!!
The Jazz music was so obnoxiously loud everyone was having to talk over it. Half of the food with really good. The brussel sprouts were severely overcooked. There was a squash medley I took...when I bit down on my first bite it had this weird crunching sound and texture. I then realized that the danish squash had the hard outer shell still on and it was to be eaten as the pieces were very small. HORRIBLE!! The service I would rate as a 5. The buffet a 3 the music -10. Dining music should be calming and conducive to conversation especially in a finer dining establishment. I had taken the flyer for the Santa breakfast and thought about bringing all the grandkids....nope...going to choose another option...overall I think the 2 rating was generous. I'll remember this as a very unhappy Thanksgiving dinner with my husband.
The food is always delicious. Their bloody Mary bar on the weekends is amazing as well. I always enjoy their laid back, but classy environment.
Great value, better than some other places that were much more money.
Service is very friendly. Rooms are good, lighting is very low and no bath tub. Parking area is great lots of space even for tow vehicles. (pet friendly, food is decent) (upgraded from 4 to 5 stars just for the service and food it's terrific)
Great bartenders. Food was substantially less appealing than in the past.
Remodeled. Clean. Nice on site restaurant and bar. Gas. Grounds are being landscaped. Showers have no curtain or door. Found it cold and drafty.
Held a half day training here for our company- the whole process of booking the room, equipment, & food was effortless. Everything turned out great and really liked that the catered lunch option was more than just an entree and a side. There was a meat and cheese plate, anti pasta, Caesar salad, and multiple main course pasta dishes and chicken parm. Had great reviews from the employees as wel. Thanks Kyle F And Melissa C. Will be booking for future events as well.
Yummy! Hardest part was trying to figure out what the best appetizer was my favorite was the beef tips. The wife's favorite was the fries with feta cheese and balsamic vinegar on them. If you haven't tried it yet do yourself a favor, and go give this place a try!
Older but elegant and comfortable with wonderful staff!
There was a small fire at our duplex and had to be out of our place by Wednesday for 24 hours while the duplex was being deodorized to get the smoke smell out. This meant packing up all the pets and quickly trying to find a place to stay. We picked Mirabeau because of the convenient location between both of our jobs.
Checking into the hotel was a breeze. Jayme was wonderful and knew without us even asking, that a room on the ground floor near an entrance would be easier on us to take the dogs out to the pet stations.
Perfect place to stay in Spokane! Hot tub. Heated pool. Max's restuarant! Giant portions great for sharing! Delicious food. The incredible staff. The beds. The breakfast! (Get that option)
Incredible value for everything you get. The location is perfect.
Food was warm at best, poached eggs were hard. Coffee was warm.
Service was exceptional. Price was great for what you recieve.
Loved it. Good food good staff comfy and clean rooms
Very curious staff. Had problems with the wifi in our wrong of the hotel, but they moved us to a room in a deterrent wing where the wifi boomed strong.
Event in one of the conference rooms, place was clean. Although a little dated.
This is one of my favorite Hotels! For the price it can't be beat.
Great place for meetings. Food is always great as well as the staff.
Went for drinks and dinner. Waitstaff having a rough day. Got two dinner orders out of 8 wisely wrong. No good resolution. Others at our table liked their food but orders took a long time. Would need to be convinced to go back.
Nice classic feel. Loved it, except for the dog convention going on which meant some barking dogs, and yes it's dog friendly!
I was a vendor at a vendor fair on 2/8/2020. The convention center was a great place to have a vendor fair. I sold CBD oils and hemp products. Great turnout
Currently undergoing construction in the parking lot.
Room was spacious. Nice looking bathroom with a shower. Separate sink outside of bathroom. Had a fridge. Enough storage and closet space.
Used the computer and printer during my stay. Nothing bad to say other than they need to update their elevators. Way too small, I felt that 3 adults with small luggage was already tight.
Great breakfast, generous servings and friendly service.
We had a great stay!!! We stayed between the 24th-27th of July. John, the manager made us super comfortable and accomated us!! Great customer service. You can tell he really cares about the hotel and guests. Will be staying again.
I stay there 3 to 4 nights a week for work and could not ask for a better motel
Went for a friend's wedding reception and the wait staff and food were incredibly attentive.
Food was good. A little loud. Plan to make reservations!
We will not be going back!!! Our balcony was so dirty we couldn't even use it. The carpet in front of the slider was also. When I told them about it all they said was sorry. While I checking out they charged my card twice then couldnt figure out how to fix it. Also 3 other people had complaints while checking out also. We will not be going back or recommending this place
Awesome place to have a couple of drinks and an appetizer!
Best Eggs Benedict I've ever eaten. Loved the mid century decor and ambience.
The place has a great lounge and staff are attentative. Great dining atmosphere for a quite get together with friends or family. Live music was nice during the later hours. Although prices for drinks are rather spendy, its a nice place for a decent stop on your night out on the town
Great food and service. Locally owned. Best patio in Spokane Valley!
Great place for small classes and corporate meetings
Got sliders on happy hour was very good. But then it said well shots was 450 so I asked bartender can I get well margarita for the 450 since all ur adding is mix and said yes then my bill it said 775 so had I known that I would have not gotten that a gotten a shot of tequila
The location was nice. The rooms are very brand new and feel very comfy and warm like you're in a 70's den persay. The showers were very nice with marble floors. The food service is probably 9/10 with fresh made and room delivered pizzas which is a huge plus. Overall 5/5 experience.
To be clear this is for the hotel. I love Max s restaurant, it is fantastic and have gone there many times when I lived in Spokane. Main reason I booked the room. The hotel on the other hand...
Front door did not have a seal on it - could hear everyone in the hallway as if they were in the room. Found hair in the shower. Terrible shower head, broken sink drain, rusted flood drain, bag over smoke detector, and smelled musty.
Poor service, cold food, and messed up orders. Not the first time it's happened. Won't be back for a long time!
Another seamless check in at the Mirabeau. Front desk staff always polite and helpful. The room is spotless and nicely appointed. This is the only hotel I stay at in Spokane, I highly recommend it.
Good overall service and quality. However, the price you pay for what you get is a little high.
Restaurant is very nice! Food was incredible and the salmon especially delicious!
The desk clerk who checked us in was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked about the live music that was advertised on a flyer there on the counter. He didn't know anything about it, but assured me that it was not going on at the moment. Then I was disappointed that we didn't get a room with a view, as I'd requested when I made the reservation directly with the hotel staff. We were promised a room with a view of the "mountains", and instead were given a ground-floor room with a view of...a dirt and cement courtyard. The room itself was spacious and very nice. The floor in the entry/bath seems to be marble, as it was very cold, and I recommend bringing your slippers. :) I thought the bed was extremely comfortable--my boyfriend thought it was way too soft. If you like a plush bed, this is the place for you. Room service from their in-house restaurant was fantastic--the burger is amazing! Layout of the hotel is strange--it's clearly an older building that has been remodeled and retrofitted, but honestly, it's still one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Weirdest thing about our stay this weekend was the water--there's got to be something in the water. I don't know if it's a water softener or what, but the soap would not rinse off. I got out of the shower still feeling dirty because I couldn't get "squeaky" clean. Also, the shower has virtually no place to set your shampoos and everything, so you are constantly having to pick them up from the shower floor, and no ledge to put your foot up on for feet-washing or leg-shaving. Like I said, it's weird because it's a nice hotel, and the materials are quality, but there seem to be strange design flaws. Like the sink in the bathroom--it's way over-sized, and there is virtually no countertop in there. So, three stars for materials and comfy bed. I left off two stars for customer service flaws. :)
ALWAYS QUALITY & PHENOMINAL FOOD! GREAT ATMOSPHERE & SERVICE! There's NOTHING I have tried that I did not like.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Stayed there several times. Don't care for the $75.00 incedental charges(refundable if no damages). Otherwise nice place.
