This complex is slated for sale. After the sale, JSOnline reports that a major renovation with partial demolition and rebuilding is planned.
These idiots wonder why they are losing subscribers? Now, they won't re-deliver a missed delivery! You can get a credit but NOT a paper! I don't want a goddam credit, I want today's paper!! The Journal can go #%}~ themselves!
If you work with their classifieds over the phone or by email its top-notch service. Not so much at the front desk.
Have made contact and got several voicemails-none returned. Looking for our outside salesperson to run a company ad-no one knows! I spoke to customer service in another country they sent an email that had a non-working phone number and bogus email-clicked on the web link and got many alarms on my computer-malware? virus? What is going on?
Would love to read the paper IF WE'D EVER GET IT!!! Customer service is useless and only provides empty promises of redelivery, guarantees that this will never happen again and hollow apologies. Consumers are warned against paying for goods and services prior to receiving them. Why doesn't this apply to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel??? I'm sorry I had to give even 1 star, but I couldn't post this comment without one.
The Sentinel is a Establishment newspaper. They are not for the people....They are Globalist with the North Union of Canada and Mexico..where labor and citizen do not have civil rights...children workers..The Sentinel support Kasick who is a smart aleck hot tempered man...Kasick who tells seniors to get over it when he wants to cut social security! Trump is going go make America great again! Sentinel you are a demagogue for the evil.
Quite frankly I am tired of not receiving my paper. I called at 8:10 this morning and talked with a customer service agent about not receiving my paper. She promised it would be here by 11:30. Still not here. This is not the first time. Either incomplete or not at all. They want their money up front but then hire incompetent people. Will not be renewing.
Omg Levi is the best he helped catch my dog while delivering papers, i offered to tip him and he refused. 10/10
Cannot get a Sunday paper delivered from week to week, very poor delivery service. Save your money and time and forget subscribing to this rag.
Our sundAy paper was thrown down into a snow ditch last Sunday and this Sunday, making it extremely difficult and dangerous for us to retrieve it! Why do we subscribe to this paper. Wish I could Attach a picture.
No newspaper today !? I understand there was a press problem, they announced papers would be 4-5 hours late. Well, ita now 4:30 pm. I have heard from others in Menomonee Fall that they received their paper late morning. Our neighborhood has not - cant believe the journal would allow carriers to just not deliver!
I expected more from The Journal Sentinel. I received a reminder to update my credit card information July 17th. Since July 20th I have tried to do this but each time I log in it sends me back to the login screen. Apparently there was an update to the system which prevents me from logging in. I've tried on my cell phone, my son in law has tried on his computer and I changed the password at the suggestion from my reply today, August 5, 2020 which did not help. I'm done. Their system is broken and apparently cannot be fixed. In my telephonic communication the third person I spoke with was aware of the update glitch. The remainder of my communication has been via email. I do not give my credit card number over the phone. I have discontinued my digital subscription. I did enjoy it but this hastle isn't worth it.
Does not even deserve one star. They have no product. I canceled my subscription over 6 months ago and they continue to take $ from my account even though I have had no delivery. Who does that??? They do!
You would think with the fact that print is dying they would cherish every subscription they get. They don t. Customer service is useless, half of the time the people I spoke to didn t even know what paper I was calling about. I got hung up on, I got chats closed out before something was resolved. Their response for everything was that they would escalate the issue which never happened. Do yourself a favor and pick another paper.
I enjoy the publications and the reading experience.
your little sister paper called the "jefferson county living" is the biggest waste of trees i,ve ever seen. i,d cancel it if i can ever get through to somebody. their delivery driver doesn,t deserve a paycheck either.
Signed up for a subscription while I was at the Brewers game. Got free sweatshirt. Turns out that it's a digital subscription only no actual paper. Tried to cancel they told me it was cancelled didn't give any confirmation number or record of my cancellation and now I'm still getting my quote-unquote subscription digitally got to call back again hope they actually cancel it this time what a low-budget establishment
I have never been a journal sentinel customer in my life, but from the one contact I had with a sales person I can tell how slimy they are as a company. I was at a Brewers game last year and there was a journal sentinel stand there. They where giving away brewers sweatshirts if you would "donate" $20 to the journal. They wouldn't take cash and a few of my family members wanted them so I asked if I could swipe for all of us. He said that that wasn't allowed and each person had to pay separately. Its obvious now what was happening (he was signing each of us up as members), but at the time I never thought an employee of a "legitimate" company would straight up lie and sign people up for accounts they didn't consent to. Instantly when I got the email stating I was signed up for an account I called to cancel and get a refund. Even still I get emails non stop from the Journal even though I have unsubscribed from all of their emails numerous times. I wasn't even going to write this review, but I'm tired of getting these emails after they already tried to steal from me. Take me off your email list thanks. TLDR: The Journal is dying. Being a slimy company and illegally signing people up for accounts is not going to help save your dying business. Adapt or die, don't steal from the community you are supposed to help.
Customer service is absolute rubbish. I "paid" for one year of the Digital Access, my account was never granted access to the digital edition of the newspaper. I tried for 4 DAYS dealing with customer service via email, phone, and chat. I never got access. They then refused to refund my money because they "do not process refund for digital only subscription as we can only cancel up to the paid through date". My advice, avoid dealing with this paper, if something goes wrong with your account, good luck, you won't get anywhere with their overseas customer support center. If it's not in the FAQ cards they don't have an answer for you.
The last two days the newspaper has been thrown in my large potted plants beside my front door. Plants have been damaged. This is ridiculous. I called customer service and spoke to a woman in the Philippines. I got no satisfaction. I was reminded that I do have access to the online version of the paper. How does this help me?
Called customer service to report that the paper was not delivered. I was told it would be delivered by 11:00 am. Never received the paper. Tried calling back and the calls would not go through. The call would disconnect. Terrible customer service. Ian going to cancel my subscription. Sick of the poor quality and service.
Sent me a letter saying the bill would be $31.00 took out $54.00 when I called sat on hold for 55 minutes then told you will get a refund $46.00, waited 3 days no refund. Called again sat n hold for 1hr told no your refund will be 23.00. Told them to listen to the last call, oh no we have a process and we are leaving for the day. The paper arrives late every day and last Sunday it came at 0900am. Terrible Customer Service
