Customer service is absolute rubbish. I "paid" for one year of the Digital Access, my account was never granted access to the digital edition of the newspaper. I tried for 4 DAYS dealing with customer service via email, phone, and chat. I never got access. They then refused to refund my money because they "do not process refund for digital only subscription as we can only cancel up to the paid through date".

My advice, avoid dealing with this paper, if something goes wrong with your account, good luck, you won't get anywhere with their overseas customer support center. If it's not in the FAQ cards they don't have an answer for you.
