I want to share with you what happened to me with Cassa Geometri.
On 13/04/2018 I made a request, via pec, of the valid DURC (I state that, being in installments of a debt with the cashier, I am not allowed to request the DURC through the reserved area).
On 03/05/2018, not having yet received a reply from the Cashier, I always forwarded a second request via pec, after which I repeatedly telephoned the surveyors cashier to be able to talk to someone and resolve the matter.
No one ever answered me (after 6 call attempts) much less I was contacted after leaving, as indicated by the recorded voice, a message asking me the reason for the call, to leave my phone number to be contacted.
The day 04/05/2018 at 9:02, after n. 3 attempts to call, I finally managed to speak to an operator, who initially told me that they did not have the first request on April 13, and after finding it he simply told me that I had to be patient as there was it was also the bridge of May 1 and therefore the offices were a little clogged.
At this point I decide to physically go to the cash desk offices where I am received by an employee, who, after I explained the problem, asserted that a lot of time had passed for him too without having received an answer.
Another employee of the cashier was called in to be able to draw up the blessed DURC who also told me that "for the record, since they are not public bodies, such as INPS, they are not due to respond within the times established by law, but that it is lawful wait about 30-45 days for the coveted Document ".
ARE WE JOKING!!!!!!!!. Perhaps their gentlemen have not understood that without the aforementioned DURC, we are not paid for certain assignments.
So what do I do at the end of the month? am I going to eat at random from the employee? will I pay the house loan?
Instead of going around it, it would have been enough to simply say "he is right, it was our lack, we will do it as soon as possible".
