I am very satisfied with the repairs on my car but I was rather disappointed when they said I could bring my car in right away but then found out they sat with it for a week until parts came in rather than let me drive my own vehicle until parts came in since it was very much drive-able. I was just frustrated because of the expectation that was communicated. I would have been more than happy to wait until after the holiday weekend to lessen the load as the shop was very busy. Everyone was very pleasant though and the quality of work was phenomenal!

I have never been more disappointed in service ever in my life. Brought my car in for a simple oil change and left with more problems, brought my vehicle back and they screwed it up even more. Finally talked GM to letting me bring it somewhere else and was told miller sure did screw up my engine to point that I now have to replace it because they tried covering it up. No good. I am not happy at all.

Corin is a wonderful salesman, He is professional and friendly. I enjoyed every bit of my experience at Miller Auto Plaza definitely a 5 star experience. I look forward to buy ing many more vehicles from Corin/Miller Auto Plaza in the future. My latest purchase is my 4th vehicle from Miller and I am always in awe about the quality of the detail my car was beautiful and spotless. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Corin, he goes above and beyond to get you what you are looking for.

We purchased a car over the weekend and it was such an easy transaction. I had been shopping online, made contact with the Miller team and they were quick and friendly to respond. Upon arriving at the showroom we were greeted and Steve our salesman was right there to show us the vehicle and answer any questions. I love how great the service was from start to finish and that the Miller Team all work together. Thank you for making what could have been a long process one that was easy and comfortable so I could get back to enjoying my time with family

Everyone was great. Eric was extremely thorough when explaining everything involved with leasing, and went above and beyond to help keep my monthly payments at the number I was comfortable paying. He also made sure to teach me how to use all the new features in my vehicle. Overall, excellent experience.

I like the place, nice indoor showroom, free coffee, ice cream, popcorn, etc. My son bought a car years ago. I've bought from other dealers, no complaints here, just always found the vehicle I've wanted at better prices at St. Cloud Toyota. They don't sell many Toyota's but not a problem for them.

I recently purchased a 2014 Sierra from Miller Auto, and was taken through the process by Ray in the used car sales department. Ray was incredibly patient and transparent with me throughout the extensive evening of test driving vehicles and taking a look at a wide spread of different trucks to ensure that I was being put in the vehicle that worked best for my life and budget. The perks of buying a vehicle in a commission-free sales environment encourages the employees to put you in a vehicle that is the best fit for you, regardless of the price, and that is exactly what I experienced with Ray. Being able to take the time that I needed to think and decide which option worked best for me without feeling pressured or rushed was paramount to me driving home in precisely what I was looking for. Also, I want to give credit to Adam the Business Manager for being a very polite and genuine employee by making the final steps of the purchase regarding warranty and financing smooth, quick, and painless. I will come back to Miller Auto because the price was right from the beginning and I truly feel that I was treated with respect and appreciation throughout the entire process.

i have never had such a wonderful exp buying a car then i did from this dealership. Gina went out of her way to help us find the right type of vehicle. then making sure it fit our needs and getting both the new one and are old one home. i never met a more helpful sales person and someone who really did care we were happy with our new car. i will forever be great full.

Bought a Nissan Pathfinder yesterday and I am beyond satisfied with both my new vehicle and the service I recieved. I worked with Mike and Ray and they were both incredibly kind and helpful. Buying a car is of course a bit of a process and even when they were both working on the paperwork and getting the vehicle ready Ray kept checking in to see if I needed anything and update me on where things were at in the process. I would definitely recommend Miller Auto, especially to someone who is a first time dealership buyer!

Corin treats us so very well and he almost feels like one of the family. He does a great job for us which is like a magnet pulling us back to Miller's for any future purchases!

It was my first time buying a car, I m a 23 year old female so being lied to about cars happens to me a lot. Dominic made sure to always be fully transparent with me about the cars I looked at and after a trip to my mechanic I was told that the car was in amazing shape. I fully trust Miller and specifically Dominic Bowers and will definitely be purchasing any future cars with them and would tell anyone I know to do the same! They really went the extra mile to make sure i was happy and at ease with my new car. I appreciated the level of integrity I experienced with them as that isn t so common at a lot of dealers. Big props to Miller Auto Plaza for the fantastic experience!!

Outstanding customer service! Outstanding pricing...

Outstanding customer service! Outstanding pricing, way below the TrueCar Price website! Pro-Military, who honored all military incentives without questions. I m saying this because there were a couple of dealers who gave me the run around even though GM offered the military discount on their website. Lastly, well worth the drive from the Twin Cities!
I started looking at the GMC Acadia online and did a fair amount of research before giving out my information to be contacted. I got a few emails and before I had a chance to look over them Adrian called. I honestly didn t want to talk to him at that moment, but since he was on the line I decided to let him know my intentions. I told him that I would purchase a vehicle if I was given a good price, but more importantly that I wasn t going to purchase anything if there was a back and forth price hassle. He sent me an email with a quote right after the conversation which was a great price. I replied back letting him know that I was in the military and he instantly lowered the price making it even better. The other dealers couldn t even come close to what Adrian offered. He even threw in some extras and offered to have my vehicle delivered if I didn t want to make the drive. My kids love our new 2013 GMC Acadia Denali.

Adam was outstanding to work with. He provided a very fair original quote for our new car purchase as well as on our trade. He was very up-front with his prices...no hidden fees or attempts to confuse the process. The information he offered was precise and accurate. No confusing lingo, just very straight-forward. He provided the information needed in a timely fashion without being pushy/aggressive. Adam was the perfect person to work with us on this process. We could not have asked for a better rep or a better car buying experience.

Once again Miller has shown itself to be customer-oriented. They installed a hitch on my SUV a year ago, and the first time I tried to connect the wiring it turned out that one of the blinkers didn't work. It is unclear why or when this started happening, probably it was a defect from the factory. This led to a very stressful day as we were in another state trying to rent a Uhaul trailer to help a family member move. But the out of state dealer fixed it, and then Miller fully reimbursed me for the charges, taking unquestioning responsibility for the faulty wiring which had to be completely replaced. I could not possibly have asked for a better resolution; Miller has once again earned my loyalty.

Professional and easy to talk to staff, Chris and Harley were helpful and fair, enjoyed my visit there. One star short of five as the vehicle had an obvious seep of fluid in a drivetrain part that should have been noticed and fixed before putting on the lot, but they did assure it would be fixed before buying. Could not find common ground on price and trade but would definitely visit there again

I had a wonderful experience leasing my 2015 Buick Encore through Ben Woltmann! From the moment I walked into the dealership to driving off of the lot, everything exceeded my expectations. Ben was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to make any decision I wasn't comfortable with. He took the time to go over everything in my vehicle with me so i'm aware of all the wonderful features my Encore has to offer! Ben was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor which I really appreciated while I waited for my vehicle and paperwork to be ready. He was also patient and friendly with my 11 yr old son and all of his questions. ;) In the past, I have not liked car shopping but I would definately shop through Ben and Miller Auto Plaza again. We bought a 2014 dodge charger from miller about a month ago. We are so happy with the car and outstanding service that we got, and Daniel Schlichting our salesman was great to work with. Miller has earned my business for years to come.

Sadly, i'm having to edit this review and change my rating after there was a major problem. In the middle of May I started getting parking tickets for the car i traded into miller in the beginning of April. It was 4 tickets totaling $240, and it was out of state. I called the number on the tickets and they said that since i was the registered owner, the tickets came to me, and it was up to me to prove that it wasn't my car at the time of the tickets. I called Miller and they claimed that it takes 60 days to transfer the title, so they did nothing wrong and the manager said "well, what do you want me to do about it?"
Next was the first hearing by phone, where I had to wait by my phone for 5 hours for an attorney to call, meaning I had to take off a day of work. The bill of sale wasn't good enough, they wanted a certified copy of the title history of the car. So, I had to take off another day of work so i could go up to the DMV for the required documents. Once i got there they gave me a 4 page application, and said i would need to mail off for it. So, I mailed them my 10.00, and my 4 page application for a certified copy of the title history. Last week i got the papers and emailed the attorney the documents, and then had to take off another day of work to wait by my phone for 5 hours for the attorney to call so i could have my case dismissed. All in all i had to waste 3 days of my time and a considerable amount of effort for a car I didn't own, and was traded to miller. I also did a little research while at the DMV and found out that miller should have put a hold for resale on the title , and had they done this the tickets would have never come back in my name. According to the DMV they have 10 days to do this after i trade in the car, so after all it was millers fault the tickets came back in my name.

After my last hearing on the phone i called miller and talked to the general manager, explained what i had been through for the car that was traded to them, and asked how they were going to make this right with me. Their response was to offer a free oil change! I live over an hour away so the gas to drive there would cost more than the oil change itself. That's what my time is worth to miller, nothing. Chance the general manager also had the nerve to say "you should have called us sooner" My counter offer was to turn them into the DMV for not doing what is required of them by law, change my review to reflect how they do business after they cash your check and there is a problem, and to not ever spend another dime there again. Looking back I'm very sorry I gave them my money.

Update 3: I had some warranty work done on my charger, and while looking at my papers i noticed that miller started the extended warranty on the date of purchase, not when my factory warranty runs out, cheating me out of 10 months worth of the warranty i paid almost 2k for. I'd call to complain but i would just get the run around again. These people are a bunch of crooks, plain and simple.

His name was Tim and he was extremely helpful and willing to answer all questions and was very helpful in getting my old car traded in and getting the stuff done to get me into my new one. Very satisfied with how I was treated as a valued customer by him. I will definitely be back again soon to upgrade my other vehicles.

Everyone that helped us buy a new car at Miller was excellent! We were helped right away and it was easy considering the huge commitment a new car can be. They answered all our questions in an honest way and didn't try to up-sell us. Felt very comfortable and was impressed by all the amenities their dealership has to offer, for example a play area for kids and refreshments to keep everyone happy!! Miller customer FOR LIFE!!!

I always have a great experience. The staff are friendly, they do an excellent job of explaining any problems or concerns to me should there be any, and since I wait at the dealership I am in and out in under an hour which is wonderful. The waiting spot is nice with an assortment of beverages and a TV, with Wi-Fi access which is also wonderful.

Wow!!! What can I say...?

Wow!!! What can I say...?
First off; the initial vehicle photos and description posted were spot on which intrigued me to make contact, once I contacted Abby via chat for info I was contacted by Scott. Between Abby, Scott, and Joe all my questions and requests were answered over a course of a week (this included putting the vehicle on a lift for under carriage pictures and running injector tests etc... I then decided to commit to this vehicle so we booked a flight.
Miller Auto sent Bob to pick up myself and a friend at the airport in Minneapolis which is 70 miles away one way! Bob was very courteous and brought us to the dealership in a timely and professional manner and we enjoyed his companionship all the way. Once we arrived, we meet up with Scott, went for a test drive, asked multiple questions, checked things out etc There was no push what so ever by anyone during this process.
Joe provided my credit union all the required info before we left and it was a snap financial transaction was 15 minutes tops!!! BTW this vehicle also came with two different limited warranties; one of which I was aware of and the other was a bonus when doing the paper work, I definitely appreciated these both knowing we were going to be driving this vehicle back to Colorado (this may or may not be your situation on the warranties).
Once we were on the road Scott contacted us during our travels to see how we were doing and also initialized trial offers of XM satellite as well as On Star
I have never experienced this from any other dealership in my life and probably never will.

I can't say enough how great the team at Miller is...

I can't say enough how great the team at Miller is! After having been completely ignored at a rival dealership my family drove to Miller Auto Plaza and within 1 minute we were being helped. Boden Lorette was kind, courteous, and helped me find a vehicle for a lot less than I had planned to spend, but which met all my needs and then some. The finance department was very professional and got us a fair rate and terms on a loan, and the extended bumper to bumper warranty was priced so well that I couldn't pass on it. They have a giant play set which kept the kids occupied for quite a while, and nice warm cookies, popcorn, & drinks to keep the little ones from "starving" . The massive indoor show room where we found our new vehicle was definitely a plus as supposed to having to walk the cold wet parking lots all day. I definitely had the best vehicle purchasing experience ever at Miller Auto Plaza. Thanks again guys you will be getting my business again in the future!

This is about the 5th vehicle I have bought from Scott Kerfeld and he continues to deliver on his promises. Scott does not "sell" a vehicle to me. He listens to what I am looking for and asks questions about what is important to me. He then presents vehicles that fit my criteria and lets me make the choice. It was another great buying experience with Scott!

This is our third new vehicle from Miller Auto. The first one we bought from Jen however she left Miller for a different job. We then met Mary Schmid. She was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with her. She was very professional in her job as she was determined to make sure we got the vehicle that would make us happy. She was not pushy. We had the opportunity to take our time and decide what we were going to do and, of course, Mary wanted a sale, however it was our decision to make and she made that very clear. She has been there for us. She always returns our calls and keeps us informed. Mary is a real asset to your organization and deserves a star for the year. Thanks Mary.

I have terrible credit, have previously paid 14% interest for a car. They warned me right away that it might be close to 9% but they were pretty confident in the banks and credit unions they regularly work with. 20 minutes later I'm signing for my car at 6.2%, I was in the door at 3pm and out the door by 5pm. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

I recently bought an Acadia from Harley Fitzgerald and it was the easiest car purchase I've ever had. I was shopping alone with both of my children and he helped me move car seats for a test drive and completed the paperwork while they played on the huge play structure and ate popcorn and ice cream. The entire experience was easy, low pressure and actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with Miller.

I brought my 2015 Sierra with 63K miles on it beca...

I brought my 2015 Sierra with 63K miles on it because the air conditioner wasn't working.
The lady called me back after drop off and informed me that the condensing unit was out and that
it would cost me $1500+ dollars to fix it. However, they're on back order, GM doesn't have any
and it could take from a week to several weeks to get one. I was very disappointed but told her to order one. That evening I meet up with two of my buddies who each have 2015 GM's. They told me they had the same thing go out on their trucks. They said that GM should have had a recall. One of the guys had his fixed for free and the other was out of town with his vehicle
and paid in full!!!! After hearing this I was upset that this was not explained to me. That very
next morning that Miller Service person called me and informed me that, OH you're lucky we
found an after market one and can have it here today. However, it's $200 more than the factory one. After which I informed her of what I had found out the night before. She quickly
said she'd turn it over to David and see what could be done and get back to me.
In about one hour she called back and informed me that it could be done for $600 +.
I said fine..... The next morning a part mysteriously appeared and the vehicle was repaired.
Just seems like extra profit was the name of the game and they were about to do whatever
it takes to make it. I owned my owned business for over 40 years. We never took advantage
of people like that. Shame on the Miller Family.. Frank Klein

We had a great experience buying our 2016 GMC Acadia! Justin was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions and getting back to us very quick! The facility is awesome for families since it has the indoor play area and snacks for the kids. It made the experience much easier and less stressful. We will definitely be coming back to Miller to purchase our future vehicles!

I decided to downsize from a Buick Enclave. After reading tons of reviews and poring over a dozen websites, I decided on a Nissan Murano. I found one online at Miller's website, drove 3 hrs to look at it....unfortunately it had been traded to another dealer, however Mason Brademan found me another on their lot...we took it for a test drive and I loved it! As an "older" single gal, I don't want to be taken advantage of.... I do my research in advance, I knew my Buick's trade-in value before I went in, I had the figures in mind that I would accept...and Miller was right on, first offer! I was so pleased to not have to haggle, plus they split the expense of having a trailer hitch installed. Mason was awesome and a pleasure to work with as well as the finance people and everyone else I met. I'll be picking up my vehicle next week.....excited!! Thank you Mason....and Miller!

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Miller Auto Plaza was amazing and I needed to share. First, I want to give a shout out to Scott Anderson, Steve Nelson and Mike Schmit. These three guys went above and beyond to help my wife and I get out of vehicle that was sucking the money right out of our bank account. We bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima and we couldn't be happier. This is the 2nd vehicle we've bought from these guys and I will never go anywhere else to buy a car! EVER! If you're looking for a car and you don't stop by to see these guys then you should seek some sort of mental health help Immediately! Seriously guys, THANK YOU!

I recently purchased a 08 GMC Canyon from Miller Auto. I had not planned on purchasing a new vehicle but due to my engine dying in my old vehicle out of necessity it was about time to get a new vehicle. I found a couple compact pickups I was interested in, and Alicia Vossen was very friendly and helpful throughout the experience. I was in and out within a couple hours, and all of their staff including Alicia were very courteous, professional, and friendly in speaking with me and helping me throughout the whole purchasing process. It was helpful having an idea ahead of time of what I was looking for, and Alicia assisted in finding the vehicle and bringing it in from the lot (it was very icy that day) to check out and take for a test drive. The atmosphere was friendly and hassle free, I would have no reservations recommending Miller Auto and Alicia Vossen as a salesperson.

Service after the sale is the worst! They are super nice before you give them your money. After you give them the money good luck even getting a phone call back. Update: After I posted the bad reviews they took me seriously and returned my calls and we got everything sorted out. I really appreciated that. What I didn't like is they hustled me to take down the review. It was almost like we'll get this all taken care of "if" you take down the review. Well they did take care of me but I feel the review should stand. It's honest and I will still never buy a car from them again. The effort it took to get their attention will never be forgotten.

Ben Woltmann was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. we never felt pressured to make any decision . He took the time to go over everything in our vehicle with us so we were aware of all the wonderful features our Enclave has to offer! Ben was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor which I really appreciated while I waited for our vehicle and paperwork to be ready. It was a pleasure seeing and working with Bob Yozamp again after all these years.

I bought a 2010 GMC Arcadia from Miller Auto, and had a wonderful experience both on the sales side with Billy and on the subsequent customer service! A month out when it started to get cold outside, and we turned the heater on we discovered the passenger side was blowing cold air. Based on my research this could have resulted in a $1k repair depending on what it was! I took it in to Miller to get it fixed regardless of whether it would be taken care of by Miller (we live in MN this you cannot live through winter without heat :)). Even though my car was technically out of their used car warranty window they fixed the issue on the house. Grateful for the wonderful hospitality and prompt service as well!! Will definitely return to miller in the future!

Isaiah Handy made our process seamless. He listened to what we were looking for and made sure to show us only what we wanted to see. No pressure and was willing to stay late to help us. He even took the time to go over all the display options and help make sure my wife understood how they all worked. The whole process was low pressure and they worked with us to make our deal work. Thank you Scott and all the staff that helped make us feel comfortable. This is our second experience with Miller Auto and I would go back again next time I'm ready to trade, upgrade or purchase.

My husband and I went in not expecting to buy anything since we were only going to look around. Aaron was super helpful in helping us realize we were looking at too big of a vehicle. He helped us find a perfect vehicle while answering all our questions with easy to understand answers. We left with a wonderful, safe, and amazing new Nissan for the lease price we needed.

I saw a nice used SUV online and emailed the dealer. Steve Nelson responded within hours and said it was still available. He set up a time for a test drive and looked it over and sent me more pictures. I lived about 85 miles away from the dealership and Steve had everything worked out for me. I arrived, checked out the SUV and got a great deal. I wasn't able to take the SUV that day, and Steve arranged for delivery after it was prepped and detailed. Very happy with Miller Auto. I would recommend them to anyone. After looking at the dealership, I would also trust my vehicle for service and any repairs.

Everything went great with the purchase of my new GMC Acadia. My wife loves her new car. Justin and the sales team were great to work with. They are fast and professional. Had to fit the whole transaction in 30 mins. to meet my schedule. They had all the paperwork and vehicle ready to go. I was in and out in no time. Will be back for my next vehicle.

The employees and service are great and the employ...

The employees and service are great and the employees always go the extra mile to help find answers to questions or any concerns. Had a great experience........ came back recenty to get my boyfriend in a new truck, he had just as great of an experience. I give Miller Auto Plaza 5 stars. They were very informative, and worked hard at finding the vehicle I was looking for for a price and terms I could afford. They went above and beyond my expectations. The service department is very thorough as well. All in all a great place to get a vehicle, we'll be coming back for our next vehicle for sure!
