I had a wonderful experience with Miller auto body today. I happened to be in town and they got me in right away to have an estimate done on my car. I didn t have to wait very long I had prompt and courteous service. I recommend working with Miller auto body!

The people at Miller were great to work with. They truly wanted to help me make a decision that would satisfy me the most, and there was no pressure placed on me at all. They were very honest and professional, and I had an overall great experience!

I love the fact that everyone there is so hardworking and will keep going no matter how hard it could be .

Great place to get your next vehicle!!! Worked with my poor credit awesome and friendly service. Great car I've had it for 7 months and I have not had any issues. They even wash your car with every full service oil change. Love this place.

I was very impressed with the entire experience at Miller. We had heard some ads on the radio and knew that Miller had a great reputation so we checked them out when my husband and I decided to find more fuel efficient vehicles. Gina really listened to our concerns and wants (my husband wanted to not feel like a soccer mom, and I wanted something sporty) and found us two great vehicles! We loved the hassel free buying! I hated the way our parents used to vehicle shop and haggling with the sales people for hours.. this experience was less stressful and actually made it fun to shop their store.
Once we picked our vehicles, Jake in finance was really great in breaking everything down so that we could understand it all and we didn't feel like we were being talked down to (which is a sigh of a relief as a woman). The entire team was really patient with us, didn't just push for the sale, and actually seemed to care about us walking away happy.
Thank you Miller team! We will recommend to you friends and family and will be back when we decide to upgrade vehicles later in life!

Everyone was very helpful and all the features of the vehicle and dealership were explained very well. The transaction was fair, straightforward and honest.

I HATE BUYING CARS - It's not just cars, I don't like sales people at all. Shoe salesmen, vacuum salesmen, Ginsu knife salesmen... They make me nervous, and I assume I'm going to buy something I don't want or need.
However, if every sales person was like Nina Xayasane, I'd probably have a lot more "stuff". She was welcoming (even when I was 30 minutes late to my appointment), knowledgeable, helpful and patient for the entire process. Not the slightest bit "slick" and applied absolutely no pressure. She made it clear that making sure I was satisfied was her only priority.
I thought for certain that when I was "handed off" to the financial side of things, my feelings would change, but Jamie Nelson came through as well. The extended warranty process was way easier than I thought possible.
I would recommend Miller Auto Plaza with only one caveat - if it's your first time at the dealership, expect to see boats, boats and boats when you walk in the door - no, you're not in the wrong place; you just have to wade through them to get to the cars. ;-)

This place is AMAZING! GREAT place for family's because they have a indoor play area's(see photos). They also offer you soda and snacks as you wait(see photos). The sales associate really was helpful finding us a mini van. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great place to buy a new or used car and they also sell boats. I believe it's the biggest show room around.

First time customer for Miller Auto Plaza. After online research, we decided to learn more about the Nissan Murano up close and personal. Don't think we have ever had a more pleasant experience shopping for a vehicle! (That is saying a lot for senior citizens who have bought a few vehicles.) Truly appreciate the "no pressure" style. Listening to what we were looking for in "must have" features, and presenting us with a match versus trying to convince us we "needed" to buy "Model X" was refreshing. The salesman, Adam Maciej, was very pleasant and patient through all of our questions and the entire process before we "signed on the dotted line". He even helped with last minute adjustments like setting the driver preference before we drove our new SUV home. We will be very happy to recommend Miller Auto Plaza to any friends that are in the market for a new vehicle and suggest they ask for Adam.

Talk about a smooth running operation! The week prior to our vehicle purchase, I had called to inquire about a used vehicle (as we would travel about 3 hours to see it), and talked with Scott Kerfeld. Scott was very friendly and personable, and right away I felt confident about the purchase of the vehicle. Upon our arrival to St. Cloud the following weekend, we met with the group at Miller, to experience the easiest and friendliest car purchase we have ever gone through. From the initial test drive and vehicle run through with Charlie, the vehicle pricing and trade-in discussions with Mike Mueller, to the finance work with Joe, it was a great experience. My husband and I left feeling very happy and relieved at how simple the group at Miller made everything! We traded in two vehicles for an outstanding gently used GMC. We would definitely recommend Miller to anyone, and when we are ready for our next vehicle, Miller will be our first stop. Thanks again guys!!!

As our family expands, we needed to find a larger vehicle to accommodate everyone, including the two dogs! My mom is a longtime customer, purchasing 3 GMC vehicles over the years through Erik. We were looking at the GMC Yukon and decided to make the drive up from the cities to St. Cloud per my mom's recommendation. We could not be happier that we made the trip! We love our new Yukon XL! We told Erik our needs and he fulfilled them and then some. There was no pressure or sales pitch. The explanation of the vehicle features was greatly appreciated, all questions answered, and discovering a little glitch and finding the solution on the spot!

Financing was a breeze as well, with all options outlined simply so we could compare apples to apples, making our financing decision easy and clear. We traded in our 2008 Pathfinder as well. We had a price in mind that we would accept, and the offer was exactly that price! Perfect! No haggling, no negotiating, just straight forward. What a breath of fresh air! Thank You!!!

Dan...AKA the "wolf" provided me with an outstanding experience helping myself lease a new 2014 GMC Sierra. I've owned my vehicle; which I bought from Miller, one year. In that one year I have had many trials and tribulations using services other than Miller. Each time I turned to Miller for help. I have never been disappointed. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else, ever again. Dave, Katie and Dusty in the service department are so kind and patient and always informative. Keeping me educated on what is needed and not needed for my vehicle. Jane in the cashier department is a hoot! I love the way she salts the popcorn just right.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Miller Auto Plaza in St Cloud.

They repaired my vehicle quickly and got me back on the road

GMC charges some of the highest shop rates in St. Cloud, MN. I needed a wiper transmission replaced which should ve taken a total of 30 minutes start to finish. I was charged $260 for labor. That s $9 PER MINUTE. I argued with the service tech for 30 minutes about pricing and he attempted to cut me a deal with my parts but I m convinced they just tacked it into service fees. I do not think I will be returning. I can t ever remember the hourly rate being this high. I ve had a handful of other services done here, but this one absolutely cuts all ties with GMC. It is just not ethical to charge so much.

Great, friendly, helpful staff. Service department is above and beyond! We work with one salesman, Eric A. who is always ready to do his best for us. Miller is the place to go for your automotive needs!

Great place! I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else! They treat us right!
