We had been shopping for a new Buick Enclave for several months and knew exactly what we wanted in the vehicle. We worked strictly via phone with Adrian, the Internet Sales person and could not be more satisfied with the experience. He found the exact car we wanted and quoted a very fair price. There was no haggling necessary and absolutely none of the pricing games some dealers like to play. He was professional and responsive at every turn and today our car was delivered to our door. I would highly recommend dealing with Miller Auto and Adrian in particular. P.S. We have the same name but are no relation. However, it is nice to have "our" name on the back of our beautiful new Enclave!

I went to Miller looking for a small SUV. I had looked on the website beforehand and had found a few SUVs that interested me so I stopped down and was connected with BLAKE BENTS to help me out. Blake was great throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I wanted to have a night to think it over before I made the purchase and he was more than welcoming to the idea. I didn't feel pressured at all that I needed to make the purchase that night and that was great. His manager, however, was a different story. He was rather rude and he was also pushy. I came back the next day and met up with Blake again and discussed a few more questions I had and test drove the vehicle once more. When I decided to go ahead and discuss numbers, we had to meet with his manager again. His manager was, once again, rude and I felt like I was wasting his time. I m not sure if it is because I am young, or female, or what, but I did not feel like he was the slightest bit interested in working with me. I did really like the vehicle though and did go ahead with the purchase. I worked with Joe in finance and he was also very nice and helpful. Overall, I would recommend Miller to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. The staff (most) was very friendly and helpful, especially Blake (thanks again for everything!).

Steve Nelson is a no pressure, easy going guy that tries to get you the best deal he can. Ask for him when you go in, he will do you right. Miller auto plaza was filled with friendly people and nice show room. I would go there again and buy a vehicle from Steve.

I just bought my second vehicle from Miller in St. Cloud. I saw it on the dealer website. The car was used and when I arrived at the dealership to see it, it was as advertised. I worked with Steve Nelson and he took me through the vehicle and I was happy that he talked about the features of the car but also pointed out a couple of flaws, which is to be expected on any used car. I was also happy that he took the time to learn the vehicle (it was not one of their brands) and could talk about it knowldgably. Great experience through the process.

As a ex technician and car enthusiast, this was my worst vehicle purchasing experience, after making my second trip to pick up diesel truck. Dealership tried selling a truck knowing it was just in at service department for low coolant issues and needed head gasket. The finance manager was very rude and almost made it seem like it was our fault. And would not work with us to purchase a truck that needed repair. He still stated its being sold as-as. That was very un-ethical and never will go back to this dealer. They could have got plenty of business from us since our company is growing and we needed 5 more trucks but their loss. The slogan should be no star service.

We will NEVER be do business with this dealership....

We will NEVER be do business with this dealership. We came in to test drive a vehicle and before we left for the test drive, the salesman indicated that someone else had been in looking at the vehicle earlier in the day but they had gone home to think about it. The other party did not put money down or begin any paperwork, so the car was fair game and our salesman indicated it was "ours" if we decided to purchase it. During the process of test driving he car, we decided to pursue the purchase. When we returned from the test drive, much to our dismay another salesman sold the car from underneath us. We were very concerned by this and when we questioned this with the sales manager, he showed no remorse and indicated the other buyers were there first, even though they left the lot to think about the sale, nor did they put down any money on the car. Bottom line is that the sales manager did not stand behind his employee. The morals, values, and principles of this business are not in line with any company I prefer to do business with. We went across the street to Tenvoorde Ford where we were treated with respect, kindness, and ultimately ordered a brand new vehicle. Thank you Miller Auto Center for driving us to your competitor where we bought a better vehicle, at a better price. Glad principle won this time.

After spending many hours and days talking to staff about buying a vehicle I finally decided to purchase one. When we started to talk numbers the salesman was very nice and easy going as for the sales manager Bob he was the rudest person I have every spoke to he actually raised his voice at me and made a very easy decision to walk out of Miller and never step foot in there again. I then decided to drive an hour to the cities and actually talk to someone that would work numbers and treat me with respect. I had heard other rumors that Miller was horrible to work with but I ignored them and gave it a shot anyways. I would NOT reccommed Miller to anyone!

I have been consistently pleased with the service I receive when buying or servicing my vehicle. I love the "no pressure" approach used when buying and the fast, reliable service I receive when bringing in my car for maintenance or service. The service group explains everything very thoroughly, gives me all options and the prices are fair. I like knowing I can rely on their staff to take care of my needs.

Todd helped me lease a new car from miller nissan in st cloud and did a wonderful job. He had different options for me to choose from, answered all my questions thoughtfully and fully. He was very friendly and attentive to what I needed. Any issues that came up, he fixed immediately to do what was best for me. It was the best experience I have had at a dealership, all thanks to Todd. He did a great job, and I will return to him when my lease is up for another lease.

From the very first step into the door to handshake at the end, we knew we were part of something special. Our new Nissan purchase couldn't have gone more smoothly. Having working a dealership in the past, I thought I knew the process quite well. However, these guys have perfected it. Everyone was pleasant and courteous to work with. We truly felt that every employee in the building was happy to see us. We also had the chance to meet the owner, Tom Miller, who we were surprised to see there on a holiday (Memorial Day). It was nice to know that even owners take time on holidays to "gut it out" with their employees. Kuddos to the four employees we had worked closely with during our transaction. While I'm sure they would have liked to have been elsewhere on the holiday weekend, no one would have ever known the wiser. Thank you Miller Auto Plaza - you've earned some customers for life!

I have been going to Miller for over 7 years, and ...

I have been going to Miller for over 7 years, and every time I come back I'm less happy than I was the time before. I was in on Tuesday. I had an appointment for 2:30pm, and arrived at 2:10pm. They said they were running behind so it would be 1.5 hours. I mentioned having lots wrong and to check it out. The service advisor wasn't too pleased when I wanted them to look it over thoroughly (not sure why not, more money for you guys in the long run if needing repairs). After waiting over 1.5 hours for just an oil change, I get out to my car and they didn't even wash it!! I am highly disapppointed as I was rushed through the door with talk, but it took way too long just for the oil change.

Update: Almost a year later I get an annoying call about your customer appreciation event. This spam call brings my review to one star.

Went in to look at a used truck that was listed on their website. The representative who we talked to wanted to run a credit check before he would even show us the vehicle. Maybe I don't look like their typical customer. Anyway, went to another dealership that day, found what we wanted and had a new truck at the end of the day without being made to feel second class. By the way, my credit score is in the low 800s thank you very much.

I got an interior shampoo on my vehicle from the body shop. I wasn't too satisfied. Some staining was still very visible almost as if they never attempted to clean it. Spots on my roof were cleaned but it left a residue and messed up the fabric. Other than that, the employees are friendly and helpful. I just dont think I would bring my vehicle here for detailing.

I think the whole Miller Auto Plaza is a bit overwhelming and one can easily be confused with all the options. However, the service has always been outstanding. I just recently leased an Altima from AJ Thoms. I told AJ my terms up front and he was able to direct me to a vehicle that fit all my needs. We are more than please with this experience and the service AJ provided. I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone looking for a vehicle. We will return! Thanks AJ!

I had an appt at 10 AM for a car repair, but due to my child being ill I couldn't make it in. Katie Dockendorf made it very easy for me by saying it would be fine to bring it in after my husband got home from work and that Miller would provide me with a vehicle for use overnight (free of charge/replace fuel), and I could pick my repaired vehicle up after my husband got home that day. That made everything easy. Not only that but Miller set me up in a 2014 Buick Verano! It was fun to see what a "fancy" car is like to drive. So thank you Miller Chevy Service Department for making it all work out in a way that worked for me!

Just bought our third truck from Erik. Our latest purchases were a Terrain in May and my husband just bought a GMC pickup. Erik was great as always - very helpful answering any questions and going through all the technology on the newer vehicles and letting us know all our options. Miller Auto always has a great selection so we both got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Miller Auto for their customer service, pricing and great selection. Love our Vehicles!! We worked with three dealerships as we sought to replace an 11-year-old car. Miller was, by far, the best experience of the three with great customer service from Dani Priebe right through to the financial end of it with Joe Handeland. We also worked with Steve and looked at a new Nissan and also considered a Lacrosse Buick. When we changed gears over a weekend, Dani just took it in stride and had the two vehicles we had identified on the web ready for us the next night--the night we purchased the 2012 Impala. Joe was great with the financial end of things and made even that experience positive. As I said to Dani in an email, where else would Deanna get a hug over buying a "new" car? Only at Miller's.

This was the first experience that my husband and I have had with Miller. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with the helpfulness and knowledge of all the staff. The professionalism and care that we received from Justin Stedham, Mike Mueller and Adam Maciej was exceptional. Justin told us everything we would ever need to know about our new truck. Before Mike thoroughly explained how leases worked, we didn't realize that it was even an option for us. Adam was diligent about getting us the very best rates for our financing. Describe your experience at Miller Auto Plaza. We had been looking for a new car for a few months. Steve Nelson made it very relaxed for us. He was very personable. My husband stopped in a few days before we actually purchased the car. He like the fact that him and Steve sat and talked about other stuff before they actually started talking cars. When we went back on a Saturday to purchase the car we called before hand to make sure Steve was working. Gina Bowers is by far the greatest person I have ever dealt with when it comes to purchasing something. I have dealt with multiple dealerships, realtors and other saleswoman but she stands out in every aspect. Right off the bat she struck up a conversation and only cared about what I wanted in a vehicle and not what she thought I could use. Not only did she make me feel super excited to go through the long process but she made the long process go by a little faster by talking to me about anything and everything. I feel like I met a friend when I purchased my Rogue(: she was genuine and understanding about everything. She really exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know! Also, Dan Omdahl...or 'Dan Dan the Miracle Man' as he should be known as!! He was crunching numbers all day and when something didn't work he didn't give up on me but he came up with other options that we could try. The longer I sat there the more doubtful I got but he ended up working something out and I am absolutely in love with my new Rogue! Buying a car can be intimidating in many ways, especially when you are someone like me that needs to worry about a trade in vehicle, financing, etc. I worked with Harley at Miller Auto and he was able to draw a solution for every curve ball thrown his way to get me the vehicle I wanted; going above and beyond the service I was expecting. He was there for me and nothing less. He made the whole process easy and stress free for me in a time where I really needed it. Harley is a great assest to your team and I will recommend him and Miller Auto to anyone needing a vehicle!

Dealt with salesman Scott Kerfeld and his boss, also named Scott. Sale fell through, but both were extremely courteous and professional. No pushy sales tactics, were open to negotiation, and gave me straight answers. Best thing I can say is that I trusted them, which is more than you can say about a lot of used car salesmen. Would recommend.

Where do I start? Incredible service. When I first walked in I was greeted by two nice ladies that helped me find my salesman. I went in there knowing what I wanted and he got me the vehicle I wanted for a fantastic deal. The financing department is super helpful and surprisingly fast and they made everything easy for me to understand. I was in and out in just a few hours with a nice and new vehicle! They gave me free winter jacket for shopping with them. The salesmen aren t pushy at all. They work with you to find you a good deal within my budget and great interest rate too. I will never shop anywhere but Miller in the future. This was the best experience I ve ever had. Thank you Miller for the 5-star experience!

Scott Kerfeld was very professional, but at the same very welcoming and friendly and not pushy at all. We would definitely recommend that if you are looking for any sort of vehicle take a ridge to Miller Auto Plaza and visit Scott.

I want to personally thank all who helped me on Thursday the 1st of November!! Long story short our only vehicle broke down and the guys at miller auto plaza helped me out so much! I applied for the financing online and got approved and just before I left to go to st.cloud Harley from Miller auto called me and asked what my price range was and what type of vehicle I was looking for. He had a few picked out ready for me to look at when I stepped into the dealership. I was very satisfied with the selection of vehicles. I actually drove my vehicle off that lot the same day! I will definitely come back for another vehicle when the time is right for us. Also the free ice cream and popcorn for the 3 crazy kids that my sister and I had with helped us keep them entertained while we waited. ;) So if your looking for a vehicle I would highly suggest Miller Auto Plaza!

We purchased a new GMC Sierra pickup right off the showroom floor from Ben Woltmann. The dealership did a great job of presenting the best of the best on the floor, and my wife fell in love with the truck. Ben did a GREAT job. He was courteous, knowledgeable of the products, explained all of the features, was patient with our questions, did a great job of representing GMC and the dealership, and we could tell he was passionate about his job and about providing the best possible customer service that could be available. I am a happy, repeat customer of Miller Auto! They cannot be surpassed for exceptional customer service as well as respectful, no-pressure sales!! I highly recommend ADAM MACIEJ as an associate if you are seeking a wonderful experience! He is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicles and thoroughly explained the many functions of the 2014 Quest. The general manager, Steve also added humor to our experience. From the very beginning of our search for a new vehicle, we were made to feel at home. We enjoyed meeting and visiting with owner, Tom Miller, as well as Dan, Bob, Mr. O'Hara, and Mr. Schueller...all pleasant and accommodating. We couldn t be happier with his performance of customer service and professionalism! After having a not so great experience with our previous vehicle, he made sure that we were taken care of. Billy was awesome. He was personable, knowledgeable, and polite. I hate buying new vehicles because of the long, confusing process! This was the easiest, nicest, stress free experience I've ever had. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tom. He talked to me and told me after the car is sold, that's when Miller's job begins. Talk about excellent customer service! Harley was a no pressure type guy he answered all my question and concerns right off the bat, he knew his business. Harley truly gave me the feeling he was working for me as a used car buyer getting me the best possible purchase price. A lot of our dealing was done over the phone due to my location, Harley was very responsive getting back to me regarding offer price and questions. A day after I purchased the car something came up with the car that was a concern of mine. I called Harley that morning he had the answers to my concerns (new car operator error) no problems with the car. Harley and Miller have done fallow up calls several after the purchase to make sure all is well and if not what can we do. One more time Harley was looking out for the buyer.
Yes, by all means I would buy from Miller Auto Plaza and work with Mr. Harley Fitzgerald again.

We recently purchased a 2012 Edge SEL from Miller. The car had all the required options plus many more. We were looking to purchase either new or used but found this Edge with very low mileage. Thanks to all the people at Miller that helped with the purchase. Dani, Scott, and Joe. I would especially like to thank Allen Theisen. If it wouldn't have been for him we would never come into Miller in the first place. It was also nice to be able to take advantage of the special year-end sale Miller's was having. I would highly recommend Miller's to anyone seeking to purchase a new or used vehicle

Having dealt with Randy Barthel on a previous purchase one year ago, we went back to him when we started looking for a new car. Randy was great to work with; answered our questions or went and got the answers when he didn't know them. Randy and Kelly worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted. We will definitely go back to Miller for future vehicles, and would recommend them to anyone.

The customer service at Miller is phenomenal. Steve Nelson was such a great person to work with. He really made my cat buying process hassle free!. He was very respectful of what I wanted and what my budget was. If your in need of a new/used vehicle, Steve is your guy! Highly recommend!

Justin Stedham was very honest and responsive. Over a week period, he established a trusting relationship as we discussed trading my vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle from Miller GMC. It takes a lot of trust to be willing to drive over 1200 miles round trip to complete a sale.

After the sale, he helped us setup our OnStar and Sirus accounts as well as showing us every feature of the new truck.

I would definitely recommend working with Justin. He's definitely an asset to the Miller company.
