Bought a Denali that listed for over $50,000.00, July will be 2yrs old. The running boards are rusting and nothing is being done. Cut my fingers today while polishing them. The chrome is peeling off!!!!!!!!!! Notified and showed, Dave in service and have not heard back.

My wife needed a car quick because her car was totaled by a deer three weeks ago and Nina was able to get us that right away. We went all the way to Minnetonka but once we got there and test drive the car we were looking at they were getting ready to closed at 6pm so we didn t get the car and drove home to St. Cloud. While I was driving my wife looked online locally at Nissan Miller to see if there is a car she was looking at, as she was entering her information in there and just a few minutes later Nina called and we were shocked to find out that they are open till 9pm so we went there and the next day we were approved. We are happy and will definitely recommend Miller and Nina to all our friends and family. Oh Jamie Nelson is awesome too!!

I really could not be happier with my experience and purchase with Miller Auto Plaza. My family and I made a few trips in before purchasing and we always had a wonderful time with Blake. I never felt pressured to make a decision and he was always incredibly patient and helpful through the process. My six year old daughter also loved Miller-- mostly because of the play area and ice cream -- Good call Miller! Once I was ready to purchase my 2011 Chrysler 200 Limited Blake and the rest of the team there worked endlessly to make it happen. I love my new car and I love that I found a dealership I can truly feel great about and refer people to, knowing that they will receive the same amount of professionalism with no pressure. Thank you Blake and Miller Auto!!

I really won't ever do auto business with anyone except Miller Auto! After a bit of a mixup this morning the speed in which Blake and Dan took care of me was amazing. Not quick like a day or two, but quick as in 20 minutes. I honestly feel that they truly care about me and will do whatever they can to make sure I'm happy and taken care of. They will definitely have my business whenever I'm in the market for a car-- or maybe even a boat! Thank you again guys, you have gone above and beyond once again!!

Miller Auto made purchasing a new vehicle very easy and stress free. I went in to the dealership to see if they could help me get out of my old car that I thought would be impossible. I was greeted at the front door by Blake Hintz and he started showing me everything I was looking for in a new car. He made everything seem like a breeze and my financial rep. Dan Omdahl managed to get me a great deal on a new 2017 Nissan Altima SR. I would recommend Miller Auto to anyone looking at purchasing a new vehicle because of their great staff and awesome inventory.

The thing that I really like about this place is they try their best to pick out and recommend the best vehicle to you, rather than forcing you to buy it. And in the end, you will find out you always find that the Miller Auto team always have your back, even after you had made your purchase.

Not the cheapest place to go, but you get peace of mind when you take your vehicle to Miller. Very pleasant employees and always inform you about the issues they diagnose (in a way you can understand). I have never had an issue with any of their work and it is done in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to bring my vehicle here anytime I need service.

We had an amazing experience buying our GMC Terrain! Both Nina and Mike were great to work with, and the best part is our kids had two play areas to run energy while we were making our purchase! There was no pressure or typical sales tactics with any of the staff, they were very honest in the way the cars were presented as well as the progress of our transaction. The value presented to us for our trade was very fair and there was no need for haggling. We will definitely be shopping with Miller Auto Plaza for future purchases!!!!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Miller Auto with Corin in 3 years. We just replaced our 11 year old GMC Envoy with a previously owned Chevy Traverse. Just like before, Corin was very helpful. We were very happy with the service we received from Corin. He helped us get hooked up with On-Star, Serius Radio, and tie our cell phones to the blue-tooth built into the vehicle. He has made sure any issues were taken care of immediately. We would highly recommend Corin and Miller Auto to anyone. Another thing that was very impressive was the time that was spent with us by Chance Haakonson the General Manager and Tom Miller the owner. Miller Auto is probably the largest car dealer in the St. Cloud area, but they treat you like a small-town dealer and friend would. Thanks again Corin and don't forget to wave when you go by.

I had been looking for a large SUV for many months, knowing I still had a few months left on my current lease. When I found a Yukon that checked all the boxes of requirements for my family, I went in and took a test drive. The staff was very helpful and arranged for me to take it overnight so I could take extra time to make sure it would work for our family. We decided to proceed with the purchase and the Miller staff was excellent at helping us navigate the early turn-in process of my Nissan lease as well as making the purchase of the Yukon easy. I highly recommend Miller Auto to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

I purchased my last Yukon from Miller Auto. The customer service was exceptional. I had been to several dealers before I stopped in at Miller Auto, and Miller Auto by far had the best customer service. I was so glad I stopped in and bought from Miller. When it was time to buy another vehicle, it was not even a question that I would go back to Miller Auto. I never knew buying a vehicle could be so easy. I was in, found a car, and filled out all the paperwork, and was on my way home in about an hour and a half. I picked up my vehicle the very next day. I worked with Steve Nelson and he made it so easy. Steve is the best! Steve was very accommodating and made sure everything worked out. I'll be back for my next vehicle. Friendly staff, really nice indoor showroom and definitely a lot of vehicles to choose from. Prince was great, he listened to our entire list of things we were looking for in a used vehicle and was able to find us the perfect fit. Very happy we decided to give them a try. Love my "new to me" Murano!

Our sales guy was great but before leaving after reviewing the car we noticed a few issues. The general manager never called like he said he would and we had to reach out to them. The issue will cost about $300 and we are expected to pay that. We wouldn't have made the purchase at the price we did if we would have known this. It was raining when we tested the car so we never noticed the issues until the car was inside ready for delivery. Also the headlights were very yellow and we were told the detail area wasn't able to get them any better, with age and bugs hitting that just happens. The vehicle has less than 22,000 miles, a friend of ours was able to clean the headlights to where they look pretty good. Disappointed in the service on this from the manager and detail area. Again our sales guy was great

Had an absolutely excellent experience. The show room is fantastic, the "refreshment area" is a huge improvement from typical dealerships, and Steve Nelson treated us so well. No pushy car-salsemen behavior, just true, genuine kindness. When we're in the market for another car we'll drive as far as we need to so we can come back.

This large dealership is very clean. I like the fact that they have a play area for young kids. They offered pop, popcorn, and cookies while we waited. There's tables and chairs to sit at while we enjoyed our snacks. Adam talked to my husband numerous times on phone about the vehicles that were on the website. Buying this car was made so much easier and quick.

I purchased a vehicle about a month and a half ago and never felt more played. I was sold a vehicle that had a blownout break caliper, miss bolts from the bell housing and started. Its currently getting fixed and when I went in to see if the car even had a inspection I never even got an answer. I talked to service and the gentlemen got defensive pretty much telling me not his problem, he then walked me to the sales manager and he wasnt much help to. I wouldn't recommend this place as of now because of the shady games that were played.

After a negative experience at a competitor dealer, my 2yr old daughter, wife, and I came to Miller with the intent to purchase a new or used Nissan Frontier. We first met Lindsey Ganske who is a very friendly and knowledgable woman that showed us all the trucks to choose from, answered all questions, allowed a test drive, got us all the numbers we wanted to see, and above all else, easy going and not pushy. Needless to say she earned our business and trust! We came back a week later with my mother and purchased TWO vehicles that we LOVE! We also especially want to thank Lindsey for being so patient with our daughter, and to Miller for being a child friendly dealership that we actually enjoy going to. Our experience with Miller Auto was excellent! We are in the middle of a bankruptcy, and our second vehicle was on its last legs. I was advised to go to Miller Auto by our attorney and see if we could qualify. Boy was I impressed! Steve and Barry went above and beyond in working with us and we ended up with a better vehicle than I thought we could get! I absolutely love our Yukon XL, but never imagined I could actually get into one. Thank you Steve and Barry and Miller Auto!

I was told over the phone that my repair would take 45 minutes. When I got there, the associate with whom I spoke said it would take an hour to 1.25 hours. My pager finally went off 2.5 hours later.
There is a clothing store for men, women, and kids within walking distance. (Across the parking lot, no street crossing necessary)
Had I known I would be there for an additional 1.25 hours, I would like to have browsed a bit.

I really knew what I was looking for, Isaih showed the the features in the Nissan Altima. The dealership gave me a fair and decent offer on my trade and I was very satisfied. I drove away with a new vehicle that day. Next time Miller Auto Center will be my first and only stop to buy a vehicle.

He provided all the guidance we needed on our purchase and worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied when we left the lot. I bought from Miller 22 years ago I needed to look at a few other vehicles by Nissan and test drive, David Ask me what I needed He gave me 2 options Leasing and then purchase, No other dealership had ever mentioned leasing for the last 2 days. What that said I purchased the 2020 rogue SV. I was so impressed with everybody I brought a new customer with me the next morning and she in-turned bought a new vehicle.

I was impressed with the excellent customer service I received when I came to test drive the 2009 Dodge Journey I found on the Miller Auto website. I was a little disappointed with the website that there was only one picture or little information on the options for the car, but once I got to the dealership I was impressed with the customer service provided by Tim Loso. This was the first car I've bought from a dealership and the process went smoothly and quickly. Tim was very accommodating and available when I test drove the car and picked up the car a week later. I will definitely recommend them to others.

This is my 4th lease with Miller Auto and I can honestly say I've been amazed each time. The leasing process goes so smoothly and then you are handed the keys and go home with a new vehicle. This was my husband and I's first experience with Miller Auto. We walked in on a Wednesday evening just to browse, and ended up driving away with a much needed, "like new" vehicle. I have to say it was a breath of fresh air. I truly appreciated the no-pressure style and honesty. Not once throughout the entire experience did I feel like anyone was trying to sell us on anything, or pressure us into making a decision. Tim Jensen was great to work with, and felt more like a family friend. Very knowledgeable and worked with us to find a used car to fit both our lifestyle and budget. Both he and Scott Anderson went above and beyond to work with us on staying within our budget, and make sure we were comfortable with the entire process.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a no-pressure and hassle free car buying experience.

What a group of people. Excellent place to buy a vehicle. Kasai "sorry if I butchered your name" was awesome. Super down to earth guy and he was knowledgable. Been to dealerships where you question a noise on a vehicle and you're reassured that it isn't anything to worry about. Come to find out something is super wrong. "Not this dealersip". Pointed out some minor things with the vehicle and I was given the guaranteed that they would do everything in their power to remedy it. Cant get much better than that. 11/10. Would buy again.

I took my Rogue in for service. I was quoted 1.5 hours for the appointment. Jason got me in early and done in about 40 minutes. Thanks to the crew, I was in and back on the road in no time! I have been driving a Rogue for the past 5 years and I have never been disappointed by my service at Miller. They are simply the best!

The whole experience with purchasing our Traverse has been problem after problem! They are nice to you in the very begin but once we bought our car down hill from there. They told my husband our car should be done on Tuesday in time for his trip, but when time came around to it they said, oh no we never said that. We wanted them to give us a replacement car since they did tell us the wrong information but again, we can not do that since you misunderstood us Then when I went to pick up the car we had a few dings on the front of the car, a missing seat belt cover, and a moon roof installed. The only thing they did was the moon roof. Even after our sales representative told us that they would take care of those small things.

Overall we will never buy anything from Miller Auto

I hate car shopping and I was dreading the thought...

I hate car shopping and I was dreading the thought of going through it again, but the lease on my car was almost up and I was looking to buy this time around. However, in this particular case, I had a surprisingly great experience and could not have asked for better customer service. Hugo went above and beyond to make sure that not only we were able to get the car I wanted in my price range, but took care of my lease without any extra out of pocket expenses that I was anticipating. He even set up a driver to come pick up my leased car in the cities so I didn't have to play musical cars. I usually don't write reviews unless I had either a terrible experience or exceptional experience. In this case, it was exceptional. I would highly recommend Miller and if I am still in the area when I need a new car again, Miller will be the first dealership I go to. Ask for Hugo!

I recently bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from ...

I recently bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Miller Auto & Marine in St. Cloud, MN. While being very accommodating through my problems with the vehicle in the end they did what was in the best interest of their business and have ended up with a very unhappy customer. This is long but full of information you might find useful if you are looking to purchase a used vehicle from Miller Auto & Marine. The problems started from day one when the battery died and left my wife stranded in a parking ramp in downtown St. Paul. Luckily my wife found a handy guy that she works with who took a couple hours out of his night to help her get a new battery in the Jeep. They did reimburse us for the battery but nothing extra for time and hassle. Had they done there vehicle inspection before putting the car on the sales floor they would have seen that the battery was way undersized for the spot it fits in. Then a couple days after that the service 4wd light came on. Which took two trips up to St. Cloud to fix. One part at a time. They put used parts in to fix our 4wd drive on a car that only had 25,000 miles on it (this is upsetting to us). They said it was to control their costs. What about keeping the best interests of the customer in mind. We also were hearing a rubbing in the front when turning sharp. This also took two trips to fix correctly. First they tried an aftermarket part but eventually they put in a factory part on the second time to get it fixed correctly. In the meantime we didn t have our Jeep for about 2 weeks. After all this I start hearing a knock in the engine when it is warm. The Jeep went back up to Miller for over 2 weeks again (10/17/2016 to 11/04/2016). I had to go up there to show them the noise after a week of not being able to hear the noise so I had it set up with them to warm the engine up and have it sitting for a time before I got there. They of course just started it when I got there so more of my time wasted on this Jeep. There service manager heard the knocking but they had to send it to a Jeep dealer who couldn t hear the knock. So in Miller s eyes the noise doesn't exist. When you keep sending the vehicle to others until you don t hear anything, that is not fixing it. So I am left with a Jeep that could break down at anytime. When purchasing a used vehicle from Miller Auto & Marine pay close attention to the AutoCheck they provide with all their used vehicles. Most of the used vehicles on on their lot are Fleet, Lease and Rentals. Some even have been in accidents or have adjusted titles Some are Government owned (which is the same as a Fleet vehicle). Which is what we bought. Very few one owner vehicles (trade ins). The problems with these kind of vehicles (even though they say they re the best maintained vehicles) is that have you ever heard of someone taking good care of a vehicle they don t own. They are usually driven hard (like they stole it). And with the Government vehicles they say you ll be the first registered owner, which is true, but when you go to trade your Government vehicle in you ll have to explain to the buyer that you don t know how the vehicle was taken care of before you bought it. I bought a 2009 with 25,000 miles on it which means it was not driven much and sat for an extended time (could be the reason for the knock i hear in the engine). When you pay as much as we did for this vehicle you shouldn t have this many problems.

Update

Throughout all the problems Miller was always polite and accommodating. I had no out of pockets costs for any repairs. In the end Miller took back the Jeep and we bought a brand new Nissan Rogue. The General Manager Chance Haakonson put together a few great guys for us. The team that took care of us was Nissan Manager Steve Wright, Salesperson Boten Lorette and Business Manager Adam Maciej. Everything went well and we are now very happy with our new Rogue. Thank you to you all at Miller

My 96 Corsica was rear-ended and deemed a total loss, and I barely got anything back for it from the insurance company. Needing a vehicle on the cheap and QUICKLY, I found a 2005 Impala on their website and Nina got a hold of me to set up a time to look it over. For a $1600 vehicle, it was in better condition than I expected, and she did me a HUGE FAVOR with my current financial straits. She really championed for me and took great care of my needs, this being the first time I've purchased a vehicle myself that wasn't from a private seller. Everything was so simple, I didn't feel hassled or pressured or anything. Everyone had a smile on their face and were so nice and helpful. Thinking when I'm ready for an upgrade, I know where to stop first.

I visited this location because I had some quesitons in reference to getting a different vehicle. Steve was very friendly and at ease. He answered each of my questions to give me the necessary information I needed to make a quality decision. I think what I liked best was ... there was no pressure. He allowed me to take the time I needed to decide what was best for me. I've always purchased used cars because used cars just seemed to be so far out of reach.

Today, I am driving a new 2013 Nissan Rogue. I never thought this would have been possible until the day I talked to Steve. Thanks so much for your sharing your passion for you job with me. It was truly a wonderful experience.

The dealership seemed very interested in gaining our business and worked hard to get it. We purchased a new Nissan Sentra and we received an attractive price (good value) and the experience from sales to delivery was excellent! One thing we really liked was the fact that they took my daughter (who the vehicle was purchased for) and I to the service department and introduced her to them back there and now she knows where to go when it's time for the car's oil changes and maintenance visits!

10 outta 10 score with very friendly staff and service that help explain everything that needs explaining to someone who honestly isn't car wise glad to have shopped there and gladly will bring my business there again whenever my next car problem happens

Miller Auto has the an awesome team, Steve Nelson the salesman found Exactly what I asked for never tried to pressure me into something else! To top it off their finance department is 2nd to none Mike went above and beyond anything I could have asked for, he worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal. I would and will recommend Aaron to my friends and family, he is down to earth and was easy to work with. We keep going back to Bob Yozamp at Miller Auto Plaza, because he is the most respectful and respectable guy out there! He quickly found us exactly what we wanted in a car. Also, he introduced us to Adrian, who rounded out our experience by providing great product knowledge. He has excellent teaching techniques (letting us take our time), to learn all of the Encore's great features. We will be back!

I'm not sure where to begin. It was fun, start to finish, and I left with a new "Super Black" 2015 Altima.
I don't think anyone ever gets the best of an auto dealer but we did "negotiate" for quite a while and we were happy with the purchase price when we left.
Hugo met me when I walked in. I had e mailed with him a little. Nice smile, really nice guy. Not only was he a nice guy while trying to sell me a car, he has also been a nice guy since. He listened to what I wanted and led me to the one I fell in love with immediately. A person isn't supposed to let any salesman know they're hooked but I couldn't help it. Not hooked enough to go for a bad deal, but willing to let the fun begin. I told him my husband was in our car out front and to please go get him which he did.
After all papers were signed I was given a choice of "gifts" and chose rubber place mats to cover the carpet ones. Very good to have at this time of year in MN. Hugo helped transfer my things from my trade in to my new vehicle and I forgot to take the mats. I live 60 miles from that dealership so didn't get over there to get them until yesterday. 2 weeks after the purchase. Hugo put them in the car for me, and I asked if he could put on my new plates and run it through their car wash. He said sure...... and did both. Then I asked him to show me a few things about settings and he willingly did. What more could a person ask? :-) And Miller will fatten you up if you let them. Popcorn, ice cream, soft drinks, coffee and really good warm cookies.
Jamie Nelson in financing took care of that part and was friendly. Of course. :-)
All in all a happy experience.
I hope to have good luck with the car. So far two strangers complimented the car. Told me it's a beautiful car. Nice of them and I already know that.
