To start with, Mitchell Severson was extremely easy to deal with. He took the time to interact with my children and talk with us. He may the entire process feel painless. I have purchased several vehicles in my time and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. My hats off to Mitch for his style and patience. He stuck it out and we drove away in a new van.
