Hi there,
I am Gerald Filipino currently working here in Saudi Arabia.
I'm not sure how to reach the correct channel to raise my concern but I hope that it will be escalated to the proper department.
I believe that the name of this beautiful hotel is being used by the scammer. I received an email offering me an employment with your company which I must admit that somehow in a way I applied online and I would love to be part of, but I am not convince with the application process that I was told in the email. Please direct me to the right channel. By any chance please reach me at Godspear07@gmail.com
Thank you and more power.
The hotel was historically beautiful! Rooms were very nicely decorated and clean and most appreciated, quiet. The only downside is the bathrooms. They are very clean but outdated and have very small countertops, could be redesigned. Hotel restaurant had very good food. The hotel employees were very helpful and courteous. Very close to Jewelry Mart. Surrounding area had beautiful old buildings. Close to other sites such as Dodger Stadium and Universal Studios. Most definitely would stay there again.
Every person on the staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. I was there for an event and every detail was perfect!
When you need to poop while walking around DTLA. This is the place. Also great history here.
Nice and large rooms. Might not be very modern but the place has a lot of history.
Such a fun swanky hotel. I love the art deco style with a gorgeous lobby. The rooms were clean and nice with friendly staff.
Very clean hotel. The lobby is huge and has a lot of shops and restaurants
Very beautiful. The only thing was the 11th floor hallway smelled like smoke.
Great architecture. Beautiful halls. Great for 200 to 300 guest weddings
We were pleased with the staff at the hotel.
Although the hotel is outdated, it was a good stay in a great location.
Very clean and great service. Traditional hotel setting
Stayed here for a conference, it's definitely an old hotel with character. The catering was good, the employees were friendly.
The Biltmore is beautiful and reminiscent of 20s Los Angeles. It's an older hotel though and some rooms show their wear
Personal style hotel that I like very much, comfortable and convenient to live in.
Great hotel at a reasonable price. Don't pass it up.
Parking was extremely expensive for staying less than 2 hours.
Beautiful, historic hotel. Top notch quality. Great place stay for the summer concerts in Pershing Square.
We had afternoon tea in the rendezvous court. Service was impeccable and food was delicious. It's a beautiful building with a lot of history.
Bellhop service slow and staff not at all helpful. 9pm I'm downstairs waiting for bellhop. I wait forever , no one. So I see a cart and decide to use it to take my own stuff up. I'm in the big hallway and a man leaps towards me....No no no no no no you can't use this yourself; you have to get a bellhop.
" I've already been waiting forever for one!" -"Well, you can't use this yourself."
So now where just too ppl staring at each other. So I see clearly he's not going to be any help. So I grab all my stuff off to hand carry it up my self. Do u think he offered " here let me help you." - NO!
On the up side, the valet guys, excellent! Valet 10, inside staff 0.
The service was amazing, the building architecture is incredible and definitely don't miss the lobby bar.
If the hotel rooms had had half the elegance of the Hall it would have been a flaky hotel.
Very normal rooms ... small bathroom ... bad soundproofing.
In short, you pay for 4 stars, but the rooms are board.
The lobby is really nice and elegant, but you don't sleep in the room.
The restaurant inside (not the Thai, the other, whose name I can't remember), is expensive and the staff is a little hasty and rude. But you eat quite well.
overall I would not stay there again.
Good location.
I forgot, WI-FI for a fee, $ 8 a day, like a pensioncina ...
It was a beautiful time and the service was very friendly
Comfy, clean, large hallways/many rooms to get lost in.
This place left me speechless, what a historic hotel.
What can I say - the Biltmore stands by its reputation. Beautiful venue that made our Holiday dance competition just stellar!
Treatment by very good staff, beautiful and clean facilities. The hotel is in a very central location with good accessibility by metro and bus. I would choose the same hotel
Literally one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. From terrible service and broken promises to the crappy room that hadn't been updated, it was truly disappointing.
Very classy hotel. Small bathrooms. Pretty quiet for a downtown hotel.
Good central location in downtown LA. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Very spacious rooms, and the coffee gets restocked daily!
Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful. Loved how nice the staff was.
This is a beautiful hotel. While staying here they were producing a big name movie. They were very courteous with setup and noise. Rooms are very large. If you like to see movie locations you need to check this place out.
Fabolous Hotel, I felt like a King, met Julia Roberts. What Else?
Beautiful hotel. Spent nearly a week here and plan to return on my next trip to LA.
Beautiful historic hotel. The staff is very professional and attentive.
Historic hotel beautifully decorated for the holidays.
The first time I went to this hotel, they gave me a wheelchair right away. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning and other amenities are comfortable, and the hotel staff are polite. I went to their buffet as well, which was delicious. It was our first time staying at this hotel, but it won't be our last visit, I hope. Thank you again for the marvelous experience!
Anybody body else seen Sam and Colby's video this place is so haunted
The hotel is fine, parking is somewhat expensive, but the location is good for visiting Los Angeles
Beautiful place with parking, unless you are visit a guest there. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. They have room service that was prompt and service employees very friendly and accomodating. They have a bar, restaurant, gym and many others.
The hotel is very rich in atmosphere. Good service and beatutiful interior.
Beautiful hotel but had a miserable night's sleep. Stayed on NYE because it was the hotel recommended by wedding party that I was a part of. So of course we were out late and I had plans to sleep in before driving back 2 hours back. Was woken up at 830am by the cleaning people in the hall. Had to even go outside to ask them to quiet down, eventually called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone up, but yet the staff still talked for almost an hour, keeping me awake. Manager was very nice but only took off valet charge. But I was very disappointed that I paid an insane amount of money only to be woken up by staff who wouldn't let me sleep, which was the whole point of paying for the hotel to begin with. Will not be returning.
Impressive interior but some of the bedrooms could use a refurb. Great location for Downtown and the Arts district.
Came in for a Lunar New Year Celebration (year of the dog). Had a great time. The hotel is so beautiful. If you love architecture you must visit. The event was tops! Excellent food, entertainment, and service, from the valet to the wait staff. Plan your event here.
The lobby and conference spaces are absolutely beautiful. You can feel the authenticity when it comes to the history of the building. However, when it comes to the rooms (at least the two I have been in) there are numerous problems. The bathroom drains stop up and take about 30 minutes for it to go down. All the channels aren't available. They said HBO is an upgrade. I can stay at Days Inn and get HBO, Starz and Showtime free. The upcharge isn't even noted on the list of channels to let you know they aren't available unless you pay more. Other basic channels go in and out and the guy they sent to our room to fix it said he was going to contact Time Warner to fix the channels in our room. The coffee machine was so dusty and dirty I had to wash it before I could use it myself. The cold water randomly stops which makes us afraid to even use the shower. The maids came and made the beds and did not even clean the bathroom. We have called down 3 times about the bathroom drain and numerous times about the television and other problems and nobody can fix it. Next to the coffee machine is the coffee to go cups. There were no lids so we called downstairs and they said the entire hotel is out of coffee lids. There are too many problems with this hotel. Even the little things. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
Beautiful and grand hotel. Finishes are classic with what may be original doors and carpeting. Bar is busy. Service is attentive. Would stay there again.
I've been a regular guest for 10 years, and while my traveling has declined, my anticipation of a night at the Biltmore can never dim. The Biltmore offers a glimpse of a gentle Los Angeles before steel, glass, and ostentation took over the skyline. The rooms are traditional...and spacious. The food, definitely the Gallery Bar, but most of all the experienced staff make each stay a memory.
This is the place to relax! No hidden charges compared to others! Elvin managed to find me a room right away. Their place was awesome with a nice view outside! The dining area was spacious. The lounge bar serves good mixed drinks as well. The overall was very satisfying! I am writing this review because I want you to be known by many!
Classic space with plenty of history and amazing design. Plus their signature drinks like the Black Dalia are tasty and strong.
It's a heavy building, and I heard it's from the 1920s.
It's totally nonsense to compare with today's modern hotels.
The interior is reasonably well-maintained, so you won't feel any inconvenience. (There was a problem with the card key, but it didn't seem to be old.)
The entrance, lobby and rooms are more than enough to give you an early American feel.
The front desk and concierge are very kind, and even if you are not good at hearing English, they speak politely and slowly. (^'^)
It is in a good location in downtown and is convenient for freeways and city tours.
The hotel is amazing, historic and super well maintained, impresses at all times.
Just that as the structure is old, the rooms are quite small and have no more modern appeal, eg. e.g. the internet is very unstable and there is no intention that is better.
The coolest are the events and audience you attend.
The pool is also amazing, worth knowing.
Big and luxurious, they were shooting a movie when we were. In downtown Los Angeles.
I enjoy looking at the Biltmore 's architecture and seeing the fine details they put into it.
MADE US FEEL SO SPECIAL & WELCOMED! Greeted at reception by who served us drinks and gave us a fresh wash cloth.
Very nice hotel, it's nice to see historic value, even at the cost of upgrading. I think the rooms could be upgraded and still maintain the old charm of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and there food served was very good as well. I would recommend the hotel to others coming to LA.
We attended Labyrinth masquerade ball here and stayed the night. Although the rooms are kind of small the hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing time in the ballroom. The club room was worth the upgrade for the free appetizers and beer and wine in the lounge.
Very nice hotel, it is clean and the rooms are really spacious.
I was only a little disappointed with the service for a 4 star hotel, there were 4 of us in the room and we were missing towels, we had to call reception 4 times and we waited 30 minutes for them to bring us the towels. napkins.
Namely, it is complicated to park in front of the hotel, you have to take the parking lot at $ 50 per day. If you are arriving late, plan to eat beforehand, as the area around the hotel is not very lively.
Loved the room, the hotel staff was very pleasant and the pool was very unique.
Neutral about this hotel, sometimes its good, sometimes its mediocre, I travel often due to business
Overall my trip to LA was lovely but this hotel is not a good hotel. The rooms are small and ordinary. The bed is old, the mattress was bouncy but the frame was weak. They did not change the sheets everyday, you had to leave a note on the bed if you wanted that done (usually you leave a note if you do NOT want the sheets changed as some people are trying to conserve water and energy). Oh and there is no blanket just sheets...even in the winter. Anyways, the tables, window seals, light fixtures and virtually everything in the room were dusty...everyday, even after housekeeping made our bed. The towels are very rough. The ventilation is poor. We had the heat on but still had to use body heat to stay warm through the night. The closet smelled awful! Like mildew and cigarettes (we had a non-smoking room). Room service was quick but overpriced (chips and salsa..$28 to include 21% gratuity and delivery fee) and tasteless (ask for salt or ranch dressing with everything). The indoor pool is very small and quite creepy, the exercise equipment is virtually unserviceable well the free weights are good but the treadmill ... no-go. Downstairs is beautiful. Lots of photo opportunities but as a hotel...no bueno. I would not recommend to anyone.
Review in Progress...
Looking up here is definitely rewarded, ceilings make your jaw drop and in my case was perfect opportunity for cappuccino by Jaime.
Museum like place, looks old in an elegant, classy way. Many celebrities spent time here.
It was unfortunately not as well staffed as I would have expected from the Biltmore, but pleasant none the less
An elegant, historic hotel with gorgeous art decor touches, the Biltmore stands tall among all the hotels in the LA area. A must see for out of towners and native Angelinos!
Absolute worst customer service! I had a reservation and had checked in... Never made it to my room because of an emergency. I am a firefighter with a near by department and had to return to work because of staffing due to the California fires. I called the the reservation manager to receive a refund and she said "No can't do same day cancelations" and hung up. So I called back a second time and spoke to a different person... and same situation but this time was told that it wasn't an actual emergency. REALLY!? Wildfires in Southern California aren't and emergency? Never staying at any Millennium hotels agin. They need to really think about who they hire and how they treat people. Horrible!
Loved the helpful service the dedicated staff provided while attending a meeting there.
