Beautiful hotel but had a miserable night's sleep....

Beautiful hotel but had a miserable night's sleep. Stayed on NYE because it was the hotel recommended by wedding party that I was a part of. So of course we were out late and I had plans to sleep in before driving back 2 hours back. Was woken up at 830am by the cleaning people in the hall. Had to even go outside to ask them to quiet down, eventually called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone up, but yet the staff still talked for almost an hour, keeping me awake. Manager was very nice but only took off valet charge. But I was very disappointed that I paid an insane amount of money only to be woken up by staff who wouldn't let me sleep, which was the whole point of paying for the hotel to begin with. Will not be returning.
