I stayed here for a week during New Year's. When we originally got our room the view was terrible. We were looking at a wall in an alley. We upgraded to a Junior Suite which was facing Pershing Square with a great view of the city. It was truly amazing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Everything we requested from floss to a steamer was brought up right away. Everyone was nice and courteous. Housekeeping came on a regular basis and did a great job. I would stay here again obviously in the Junior Suite.

You can taste the atmosphere of a long-established store.
Within easy walking distance from the station, it's easy to go out as uber is often nearby.

The hotel is beautiful. You can see the history in the decor throughout. Definitely needs an update in the rooms. They are filled with beautiful antique furniture and decor however the carpet and fixtures look as though they haven't been updated since 1970. Stains everywhere, old toilets, sinks, and tubs. My "upgraded" room does not feel like it has had an upgrade since the hotel was built!

Great location, right near an amazing library. Lobby and first floor are beautiful, room was old but comfortable. Wife is really into history and loved learning about all the events associated with the Biltmore. Also, kid friendly, they brought up a pack and play for our four month old. Would stay again

Staying at the Millennium Biltmore for a work conference. Staff has been nice and helpful throughout my stay. Room is nice. Hallways are very long and walls are thin. Overall I would recommendthis hotel.

Absolutely delightful stay at the Millennium Biltmore. I can only very strongly recommend this hotel, for its historical untouched beauty, and its amazing staff.

I love staying here. Beautiful, historic hotel located downtown. The bathrooms and windows will seem very old school, but I like that, it reminds me of home (Bay Area). I like the tasseled curtains. The club level lounge is nice, and the lobby bar is good. Parking is outrageously expensive, which also reminds me of home. Overall one of my favs in LA.

This is great old hotel! Full of lore, mystic and plenty of swagger. This is not a place for someone seeking modern amenities or squeaky clean surroundings. It's old and smells old like grandmas house. It is very creepy especially at night kind of like the shinning and decadent in a way that's just not seen anymore. This is a hotel for adventures and history buffs as well those seeking to take a trip back to a time where ornate decadence and grandeur trumped practicality and comfort. Also be advised that the gym is old and the pool even older (however its unique factor is off the charts)! The main bar feels like a noir movie and the drinks are simple classics that are near perfect! Over all its an experience that you wont forget anytime soon.

Have never stayed here but have worked on 3 different movie productions here. It's a beautiful, elegant and historical LA Landmark. Gorgeous public areas, ballrooms, etc. Dripping with "Old Hollywood Glamour"

DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!! I have stayed at many different hotels but this one is the worst I ve stayed at. This hotel is supposed to be a 4star hotel but it was worse than a 2 star hotel. No amenities whatsoever, fridge didn t work they simply didn t even have a hand soap oh and the odor of this hotel and the rooms are just horrible. We spent 3 nights and 4 days and they didn t clean our room the entire time we stayed. NEVER COMING BACK HERE! There are much better hotels in LA for the price!

Avoid this place at all cost! They are rude, the rooms are dirty and musty, and it's way overpriced for what you're paying for. I've attached photos of the vents in the air conditioner which has never been cleaned. This place is awe full!

We arrived here late after a long flight from the east coast. The check in process was easy and quick, which we appreciated as we were exhausted. We reserved club level rooms, my colleagues were on the 8th floor, I was on the 4th...no big deal, we'd be out and about mostly anyway. I got into my room (#440) and immediately smelled old cigarette smoke. I was shocked to learn my room was a smoking room, plus the A/C didn't work. After two nights of sleeping in a smokey and warm (temp. never dropped below 73) I went down to complain. The nice lady at the front desk felt bad for me and attempted to switch my room, but alas they were fully booked. She said to check back in the afternoon, which I did. I told the new lady my dilemma of a warm room and not being able to sleep along with the smell of cigarettes. With no hesitation she moved me to room 1081 which has been fully renovated. My new room was quite lovely and smelled clean. I give it 4 stars due to some rooms not renovated (440 really needs some work). When all of the renovations are finished, the Biltmore will be phenomenal.

Friendly staff but very small bathroom and poor cleanliness. The same tuft of hair remained behind the bathroom door from the moment we entered the room and saw it. The dirty table was not cleaned. The small room is close to the office of the maids, so noises and people talking loudly.

Check in 3 PM, check out noon, pool hours 7 AM-10 PM. The rooms are clean, a little worn. I think the rooms are normally about $300. I got it for half price and I think that is about what it is worth. The pool area looks nice overall but then you look around and it is a bit worn. Nothing broken nothing bad, just a bit pricey and not the amount of polish for that price.

Okay

I feel bad and I will stop talking briefly.

I feel bad and I will stop talking briefly.
I went to check in at Info, but the female staff didn t say hello. I made a reservation with breakfast, but they said no.
Asked to show payment details
It is a novice on the day of arrival on the receipt, and the next day, despite the fact that it is written, it is not until the end.
Another employee said that he checked the next day.
The system is messed up, why it rains even though it shows you couldn't check it from the beginning.
I checked in badly
There is no water in the room, and the toilet is out of date, so the water is well guided, and I am disappointed for the expensive accommodation cost.
Employee manner training, interior service items, etc.

It's good for the price, not the best. The hotel is in a good location in downtown LA and there's a rooftop/pool bar accessible by everyone. The breakfast is basic but more than enough and you can buy your own food and store it in the fridge. There are many restaurants close by and a wholefoods. Our room was pretty small and with no space for bags and for cloths. I think Freehand could be ideal for a short stay.

The hotel at first glance seems very luxurious even if it is understood that it is dated as a structure. It is located in a central area but far from the social life and entertainment. The staff is very friendly but the cleanliness in the rooms is not the best

Loved the rooms, architecture, cleanliness and consistency we have gotten here. Though, I will say my coworker told me she saw a little girl in our room. I played it off until we read that a girl roams the 9th floor... Hmm. Not sure what to think but I'll still come back and always love my stay. The gym is awesome- old school and cool.

The beds are way too small.
Confusing situation.
Park cost too high.
Not recommendable.

Worst experience ever for my first Wedding anniversary. Sorry to say, but I had the worst experience for my Wedding Anniversary at your hotel. Bathroom needs to be cleaned and should look more tidy. Towels should be changed and they look like someone has used it to wipe the floor and then put it back. I could see black spots all over the bath tub and bath tub shower curtain should be replaced for sure. As we are all going thru rough pandemic times, Hotel management should take seriously in providing more healthy rooms to the customers. I had stayed in other hotels like Courtyard Marriot, Sheraton but never had to experience such and their bathrooms are really clean and tidy. The hotel smelled like a smoking area.

One star and because I can not put any ... We got room 729 a normal room with good bed but with a hellish noise that comes from a hotel extractor window dropped call reception and the solution is to give me another room with two beds separate thing that is not what we had contracted and put some earplugs ... INCREDIBLE ... I will not go back or recommend this site.
