Nice location

Nice location
Good view
Everything really close
Free parking (NO in/out privileges)
Room was clean
NO smoking hotel they make it very clear when you check in BUT there was a strong smell of marijuana coming to our room. I let the front desk know and the option I was giving was to move me to another room. The smell continued until next day. We ended up leaving at 4 AM due to the smell.
Restaurant and Gym close due to covid and housekeeping will only come when you call.

The best thing about this hotel is the location: in the center of Time Square, a stone's throw from the Subway and with a cute Starbucks nearby to have breakfast while avoiding the long lines and high prices of the indoor restaurant. Refined and elegant, with a theater inside, friendly and professional staff. From the large windows of the rooms of this hotel you can see Time Square or the Crysler Building and what could be better than a room with a nice view in New York? The area is fabulous! Broadway! Theaters to the right and left and so much life, day and night. But if the night you want to rest in the city that never sleeps, this hotel offers the right shelter from the night madness of this fantastic city.

The only thing good about the hotel is the location. The room is not what expected, the bed is hard pillow bad, the shower drain clogged. The hair dryer almost burnt my hair it got on fire and the housekeeper was the one sent to my room to clear the smell out and bring me another dryer. To top off everything a hotel that does not have bottle waters. Woke up very thirsty went to the front desk they said they did not have any water bottles they sent me to walk outside at 4am to walgreens to buy water. A hotel affiliated with Hilton just made the Hilton look bad especially my family being hilton honors members. What a horrible experience.

Very dated hotel. Needs renovation!! Toilet leaked so much we had standing water on the tile floor. Had to place the ice bucket under the toilet to catch the water. Tub had lousy drainage. The moment the shower turned on, we already had standing water in the tub. The room did not have a "no disturb" sign so our room was invaded every day whether or not we wanted a cleaning. Every day we received a different cleaning service. One day we had an over abundance of towels; on another day we had only two towels. Given the toilet issue, most of our towels went to soaking up the standing water. The only thing going for this hotel is its location.

My friend an I stayed at the millennium broadway last week and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. The man we dealt with to check in, Tanbir, was extremely rude to both of us. The person who booked our room was unable to make it so he called and let the hotel know but that message was not relayed apparently because when we tried to check in he told us that we can t because we don t have an ID matching the name on the room even though we had the credit card the room was booked on and the confirmation. After going back and forth we finally got a room but not the one we originally booked because he still thought we were lying. I told Tanbir that I really didn t appreciate him being rude to us and treating us like trash so instead of apologizing he just stated that he doesn t believe that he was rude at all . Would have loved to speak with a manager but conveniently was not available. Will never stay here again. Worst hotel.

A hotel with a prime locatio, Smack on Times Sq. (The center of the world), that purports to be of a high standard...but is not.
No lobby to sit in. One mediocre restaurant. Not enough working elevators at any given time. Long waiting time to get up or down from the rooms.
Large rooms but very basic design and decor.

We were fine with the hotel being a little dated, however we were disgusted with the cleaning and the comfort of the pillows. When we got there, the glass cups had coffee stains, the coffee machine had used coffee grains, there was a yellow sticky substance on the bathroom vanity, there were fingerprints and dust on the lamps and the toilet seat was so old, the plastic was peeling off the toilet seat. We would describe the pillows as cardboard or a textbook wrapped in pillow cases. We were close to switching hotels at 11pm but, instead we used our puffer jackets as pillows. YES IT WAS THAT BAD. We like using Hilton because even though every hotel is different, each one is held to a minimum standard, we would have never imagined that it would be this bad, the pillow situation may seem petty, but we woke up in so much pain, it s one of the worst sleeps we ve had. We are ok with old as long as it is clean and we can sleep well, however this hotel is old, dirty and has the worst pillows iv ever seen in my life (we honestly have never seen pillows like these, they looked like textbooks they were that flat and stiff). We would never recommend this hotel to anybody, there are better hotels for the same amount of money, it is not worth it. Also the parking is a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was not mentioned in the description online.

Great room great view. Beware of advance email requests being ignored and nonchalant reception staff. Prosecco is eye wayeringly expensive and mediocre. So much potential. Could do better. Very happy with the room though which lifts the stars

Really good experience: great location, friendly helpful service (hint: treat humans like humans and they return the favor). Loved the view, too. Room condition was just average, but I've spent more for similar in the middle of nowhere.

Horrible, rude staff, the beds are hard, the bathroom was dirty, also my daughter and I and including lots of other guest had to wait for over an hour because the elevators were not working, we had to constantly complain and all they would say was someone was working on it. Never got fixed the whole time we were there and we ended up having to walk down 31 flights of stairs with our luggage. DON T recommend them to anyone. !

If I could put a negative star I would! Honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had and it's all due to the honesty of the hotel and staff. The rooms look nothing like the photos that they list, the staff that I engaged with where rude and missleading and then to top it all off when I left I was given an additional $300 bill for charges that where not mine! I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere as you will be able to find equal, and even better, hotels for the same price in the same location and leave with peace of mind that what you pay for is what you get and not be ripped off in the process. Also, I did raise this with the hotel but as usual no response or comment so that is why I am now sharing my experiance in the hope that someone else dose not have to go through this.

Exceptional location. At the center of Times fun with Broadway and a step away from the theater district. Hotel reasonable in terms of comfort. For the price charged could offer much more.

Good attention. Urban, cozy, comfortable. They do not speak Spanish. Good bed on floor 48 at least. They clean room every day. View to Times Square. Central point of communication for visiting museums, 10 minutes from the rock of top and 20 minutes, empire. And Virgil right opposite, go eat there

This hotel is a great location if you want to be near Time Square and the Theater Distric. There is a Statbucks outside the hotel on the left at the 45th St. hotel exit. The staff was great. It was cold out so the hotel was set to heat. You could not cool the room unless you turned off the thermostat. But the windows do pop open for cool air. We kept the heat off the whole time and left the windows open all day and night. The noise outside seemed to lull us to sleep and it did quite down into the night. The weekends are louder than the weekdays.
For a 4 star hotel it is not what you may expect because it is an older building but it is well kept.

Great location needless to say, after It's at times square! so all the "marked" places u can visit in the evening after u finish your other New York 'to do' stuff. Lots of eateries, a bit difficult for vegetarians. The hotel has decent amenities. Bathroom is mediocre but everything is quite clean. If you get a good deal, then a good place to stay as you would save both on time and money on travelling. A very safe place too.

Excellent location for visitors to NYC, minute's walk into Times Square. The room had good views from the 35th floor and had a decent space. Things to improve, room was looking a bit dated. One lamp didn't work, the other had a loose switch, not many plug sockets. Also, cleaning could be better. We noticed a chip ('fries') down the side of the bed on day 1 and it was still there when we left 4 nights later. Didn't detract from an overall good experience though and would definitely return.

Slept about 2 hours lost night because the heat, which apparently cannot be switched to cool, was cranked so high it was a sauna in our room. The front desk recommendation...open the window and turn the thermostat from heat to fan. Well the More

The value of this hotel lies in its address and direct proximity to Time Square. The prices charged are finally in line with its services, fairly average in rooms with very aging bathrooms without mixer taps, towels that have already lived well, beige bath curtains ... but above all an obvious lack of cleanliness.
Apart from that the wifi is very good, the air conditioning works without problem and almost silent, the bedding is ok.
Breakfasts with some very interesting Asian touches, the welcome and service are also pleasant.

The service here was exceptional, and it is located just enough steps away from Times Square to allow guests to escape the noise and light. The lobby is beautiful, with Chinese decoration combining with art deco style. The only shortcomings were dated rooms. The shower head was just functional, putting out a very weak single stream of water, instead of a shower spray. The carpeting was definitely past its useful life, although there were no visible holes in it. I shopped around and found a very good price, and I would stay here again.

I stayed here last week and it was an unbearable experience. The first hotel room had stains on the floor and the wall....I went to complain about my concerns....the lady gave me a nicer room with a nicer view and no "visable" stains. That night since i had spent majority of the day sight seeing; I was extremely tired that I passed out; unfortunately, I didn't realize the bed had stains so had taken the towels and had to sleep on the business chair....Miserable!!! The morning the bathroom: bath tub and shower were unsightly and unsaintary (appeared like bodily fluid)...had an early morning departure so to go back downstairs and complian would be a waste of time and money....since I couldn't use the bathroom shower (as needed) or sink....had a miserable morning and last day of trip was a mess because of the deplorabrable conditions in the hotel with horrible, unsanitary conditions. Please do not stay here, there are other nicer and well kept hotels in the area...for a more affordable price where you don't need to inspect each area to feel comfortable and well taken care of by spending your hard earned money....

I had to go back downstairs twice from the 41st floor because my 3 door keys did not open the room door. They gave me another room and I noticed no fridge and no microwave besides that everything else was good.

I was there for a baby convention so didn't get to see too much of the hotel itself. It seems nice enough. There wasn't much space dedicated to the convention itself which may have played a part in how many seminars they offered and how many vendors they had. The location is great, easy access to many theaters and restaurants.

The location is certainly great, it's located right next to the time square. But the everything is so closely together. There is not much difference in living at 35th or 45th street. The room is awful, the website photos are perfectly photoshopped. For the same price renaissance hotel is five times better. The carpet in their room smells funny. Poor trained counter who was rude to us upon arrival. The bed is horrible to sleep in. And the worst thing is there are mosquitos at night. You can tell this place was once "great" that is why there are so many four or five stars. But now it's highly not recommended. If you ever want to write comments like this at 3am at night. This is the hotel to go to.
