well situated clean hotel. Sadly you cannot trust Housekeeping, as my bag with electronic accessories was erroneously left on the dressing table and was not handed in to management or Security. Left a bad taste in my mouth!

A large hotel on 44th Street, just off Times Square. A bit impersonal but really well located if you want easy access to the hundreds of bars and restaurants right around the corner. In fact, after leaving Times Square, the lobby bar at the hotel can be a nice haven of quiet and relaxation. The rooms are quite nice and sensibly priced as well. Overall, I recommend the experience.

Clean room, however no refrigerator. I had an amazing view of Times Square. Long waits for elevators. Valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of lots of entertainment and dining.

Perfect location right in the middle of times Square in Manhattan. Staff couldn't be nicer. They're always trying to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms are a nice size and the amenities are good. The only knock against the place would be the slow elevators, other than that, a great hotel.

The worst hotel experience so far in my LIFE!

The worst hotel experience so far in my LIFE!
First, the bedding.. the blanket was disgusting..not comfortable at all.
2nd, the service.. there was NO service. The house keeping forgot to give us towels!

AND.... we found bugs in the room !!!

Also, if you ask the room service for a corkscrews...they will charge you THREE bucks CASH upon delivery? Seriously??? Not even giving you an invoice for the change? Is this hotel even legit??

It was centrally located, 4 star not sure, it was lacking, I now expect tea and coffee facilities within the room, this hotel didn't offer that. Yes, close to Times square, but few other facilities within the room.

You would think because this is in the center of Times Square the service would be better. This is the first hotel review I ever done and I travel frequently. The staff is unprofessional and useless. While waiting to check in the staff goes outside to look at a car that could have waited 5mins. They talk about guest in the common areas for other guests to hear. While checking out is another unpleasant experience. They aren t able to hold your bags and refused to extend check out. The room is ok , but even though I reserved a king with a view I got a queen with a small view. The hotel would be way better if you retrained or just replaced the entire staff.

Good hotel right next to Times Square. It is a great deal for your buck. Asian restaurant on the main floor is fantastic, great service and delicious food. The hotel staff it's very professional and courteous. The room has a good size for Manhattan, with a king bed and two comfortable single sofa chairs. The bathroom has a good size too with a great pressure shower. The furniture and some of the building's amenities are old, but they do the trick.

The Millennium Broadway has a beautiful lobby! All of the people we spoke with were extremely friendly! My only complaint is that the room we stayed in was pretty outdated. It looked like they were working on remodeling though.

This hotel is located 1 min walk from the hurt of Manhattan - Times Square. This is its big and most important advantage. The rooms are quite big but this is a hotel which has not had a real renovation for a very long time and it looks that way in the bathrooms in the old rugs and in the slow and bad looking elevators.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
My friend booked this hotel for me as Christmas present, using her Hilton points card and listed me as a guest. She had no intent of staying there. That's why prior to traveling, I called customer service, gave them reservation number to check if they can see me in system and asked if I will have any issues checking in, considering the reservation is not in my name and I am only listed as guest. I was assured that it's a no problem, that they see my name in system and everything will be ok.
When arrived in the hotel, the front desk clerk was very rude, she said she doesn't see my name anywhere in reservation and I had to call my friend who was already travelling to another country, the employee almost yelled at her trying to confirm information, then I was given the keys and very rudely told the checkout time.
The room is not equipped with coffee maker, fridge or microwave, there was no water, or even paper cups, I had to drink tap water from the tap. No laundry for guests either. The mattress and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The door was making noises all night because of the draught (I had corner room).
The whole hotel looks outdated, they only charge so much because of the location.
If I had to pay my own money for this, I would be very upset. And I still feel bad for my friend who wasted her points on this joke of a place. There are much better hotels in NYC that charge much less.

I tried cancel a reservation the day after I book it because of the family emergency,
I managed to cancel one flight but could not cancel the other.. Called Expedia who did the rest but said the hotel won't refund the two-day stay, even though I am 5 days away from arrival.
Expedia said they would credit if the hotel agreed. They called the hotel on my behalf only to be told there was no supervisor on duty Miss Chan I called and they said the same and then blamed expedia. They said the would not refund the booking even though we were 5 days away..I asked for a call from Miss Chang and heard nothing 2 days passed Clearly, this company does not care about its customers and simply takes there money .DONT STAY THERE

I would not recommend staying in this hotel. First, the rooms are quite simple: no mini-fridge, no kettle. Second, and most important- the elevators are horrible! This is a 52 floor hotel, with only 4 elevators or so. During the morning they are reserved to housekeeping and only one is open for the guests. We spent *10* - *20* minutes in the mornings waiting for the elevators. Needless to say you can t use the stairs in 30th or 50th floors.

While the note has an amazing location, our room was quite disgusting. We have stayed at many older hotels that were kept clean despite feeing dated. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub. The fan above the air conditioner was busted. The light & electrical outlet was covered in a slime, and it was falling out of the wall. The Millennium Times Square is definitely not worth the price.

Staff was great and the room was very nice with a pretty decent view. It was spacious and clean. It's much larger than you would expect from a NYC hotel, and the location is great. The elevators weren't all working, and took quite a while to arrive sometimes, but didn't bother us too much. It was disappointing not having a fridge and we lacked easy outlets to charge our devices. the curtains were broken in one section and our lights flickered now and then. We also had trouble turning on lights in the rooms, with some not working entirely, and others having weird switch combinations to get to work for some reason. Very nice decently priced hotel that needs some maintenance and a little updating.

I visited my cousins room who were here on vacation, first time to the USA. The concierge was helpful in teaching us how to use the hotel WiFi. The furniture in the hotel rooms were not in great condition, just working condition. We had also noticed that after housekeeping made the bed and cleaned the room, the was some sort of strain on the duvet cover, possible a blood strain or something else. That was unacceptable as my cousins said that was not there; however, housekeeping respond promptly and we appreciated their response.

If all you want is location to Times Square for an affordable price, this place is it!!

If you want literally anything else, this place is not it. Bed was hard a rock. AC essentially not existent. Stayed on 49th floor in February, only thing the vents pump is heat. I slept with no blankets on and the AC turned to 65 - still felt like it was 80 degrees.

The rooms have that old stuffy feeling like you re sleeping in your grandmas attic.

This Millennium Times Square needs to get into this Millennium. I m surprised Hilton Corporate still allows such properties. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and stay in a different hotel.

Worst Hilton affiliated hotel. As a Diamond member I requested an upgraded room. I had two rooms reserved. In the first one, the television was not functional. No one came to fix. The other upgraded room seemed dated and needed a serious renovation. Furthermore, we waited 30 mins for a board able elevator. Got to do better than this Hilton!

This hotel is the pits! I stayed with a conference and did not first check reviews because the conference itself was booked at the hotel.... slow elevators. Needed allow for 10 minutes each morning in order to even get into an elevator. Antiquated rooms;
I felt like I was back in the '80s. $70 per day for valet parking. Over the phone I was told if I left my car and didn't take it out for the duration of my stay that I would pay $70. They never said $70 per day regardless. When it was time to check out, no one told me it would take 45 minutes to retrieve my vehicle. Seems pretty important to tell someone that at check out, you think? Don't let pictures of the lobby fool you. That's about all they got going for them! Thank God it was a great conference but the Millennium stinks and I'll never stay again, even if they are a conference host.

The only reason I stayed there for 6 nights is because they were hosting SANS Training. I reserved my stay for around $1200 on the internet, but they sent me an email saying they couldn't process it. So after I called they charged me little over $1400. Outdated low quality rooms. Unprofessional staff that looked confused all the time. Help desk representative wasn't able to answer my questions and kept asking me to come back the next day. Also, bad experience at Bugis St restaurant. First day I found hair in my Chicken Caesar salad. Second day it took them over 40 mins to get me my food during lunch time. On the third day I found small piece of fish in my chicken salad, decided not to go there again. I will avoid this place in the future.

Very dissapointed with the service here. Long lines to check in. Unexpected resort fees in a pandemic. Followed by they won't change your linens or give you towels or soap unless you request it. They don't mention that you have to ask for it like other hotels automatically do. Overall dissapointed with this hotel, it looked great online. Won't be coming here again

Entering into the lobby I thought I made a good decision, but it all ended when we saw the room dusty, dried up blood on the lamp, red spots on the bathroom floor etc. The staff was rude and didnt really want to help. I waisted time from enjoying my vacation to look for another hotel to stay. I would NEVER book this hotel again.

This is the worst hotel I ve ever stayed at. The room felt dirty, it smelt like smoke. The floor was stained. It looked nothing like the pictures. When I complained about my room the front desk upgraded my room. When I got to the new room, it was the exact same room. I called the front desk to complain again and they said they could upgrade my room again, but it ll still be the same room. Their definition of an upgrade is just a higher floor. My second day there the water was off for a few hours and when it turned back on it was brown. Never will I stay there again. The location is great, but it s more of a motel and not a hotel.
