The best hotel in NYC & that's because of the staff, rooms are great. My wife & I visit NY annually, this is our 12th year & we will stay no where else but the Millineum Broadway Hotel..

The rooms were out dated, booked a Times Square breathtaking view turned out to be a view of an office building. Supposedly that is the best room view they have, not like the pictures online (false advertisement) service was okay/good. Location was really good less than a min to Times Square.
Not quite as nice as the pictures but great location
This location need a lot of repair, carpet all filthy, bathroom full mold, no enough outlet and the one they have doesn't work.
Sink and bath doesn't drain.
This place was awesome. Room was beautiful. Staff were polite and friendly. I went there for first time. Services was good. I spend a great time.
I got my money's worth... they even left me someone's pants to take home... covid cleaning at its finest
Not worth it its money at all. Too many negative things. Choose another hotel.
Very nice hotel, in Times Square! Room was clean and they offer free parking. Had a nice view as well. Could see the 2021 ball out the window.
Awesome location!! The rooms furniture was average, a bit outdated but the room was very clean! Syed was very nice and friendly and so was the other staff. Great customer service from this hotel. If u come earlier than your check in time they will hold your luggage while u have a walk down time square . They will let u check in as soon as a room is available even if it's before ur check in time! Highly recommend this hotel!

Loud and busy all night but to be expected in location. A bit dated, broken appliances in room, did not include all toiletries or extra toilet paper. Housekeeping was not friendly
The stay went okay. Rooms were clean and views were pretty nice. Unfortunately we were on the 47th floor and the elevators got turned off. We walked down all the stairs to the bottom. A second time while we were staying we saw a lot of fire men in the lobby which was concerning. Not sure if these events was isolated. We are pretty fit so it didnt both us but I'm sure others would feel much more upset about the incident.
We received an offer to pay for a reasonable upgrade to a higher level when we did the online check-in. Not only did it provide a nice view, but it allowed for a noise cushion. New Yorkers and taxi drivers think that they are not driving correctly if they are not laying on the horn every minute or so. The room was an upscale 4 star and the service was very good. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see, from Central park to Radio City, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and the theater district. We will be back.
The staff member who checked us in was rude. Everyone else were fine. The room was comfortable and spacious but missed a fridge and other luxury comfort items to be expected in a hotel like this one.
Awesome view, very courteous staff, mins away from time square. The room was very comfy and cozy. I wish I could have gotten a higher floor but other then that the room was very good. We ordered breakfast in bed which was right on time in the morning and it tasted very good as well.
Dirty hotel, old and poorly maintained. It only has a good location. I had never been in such a neglected hotel. Bathroom with problems with jams in the sink and bathtub.
Unpleasant staff. They do not speak Spanish nor is there any Spanish television network.
One of the worst hotels i ve ever been too. They take too long to respond for anything you ask for. Very Careless.
Nice hotel very central for shopping Macy's only10 minutes walk. But the hotel was very dear 1 glass of wine was 19 dollars plus taxes. You can book theatre tickets about 5 minutes from hotel much cheaper
I was there for drinks and the service all around was great. The location is at an excellent spot for where i need to be.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was great and the staff very friendly.
For a 2 double bed it was $450 per night, parking $55 for 24 hours. The only good thing about this place is that it is next to times Square. I payed extra for an executive room or whatever they offered me. Don't get deceived by pictures, the room was very old and very dirty. There were not enough wall plugs to charge I tried moving the bed and found trash everywhere. It looked like a rats nest. The bathroom had filth and grim all around the edges and the toilet was leaking. The beds were supper hard and uncomfortable and my quilts had stains on them.
Well located hotel for Tines Square etc. Good sized rooms, beds & bathroom. Our room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned and replenished every day
Couple of good delis nearby and a Starbucks just outside on 45th Street.
This is an old hotel. There is no getting around that. The conference facilities adjoined to the hotel are very neat, as it is the Hudson Theater, which is being restored to its older style with plenty of eye candy. The hotel itself could use some TLC, and they are behind the times with amenities. For instance, the mini-bar includes no prices, so you have no idea what you will pay. They also don't provide any drinking water, other than that mini-bar. However, modern hotels are providing complementary water these days. This was a great location right near Time Square. So, if that's all you want (proximity) then you'll be pleased.
This is most definitely a place to make home away from home.. Excellent service. Great members to assist any way possible... I'm on my way back now..
If you want a place in the heart of Times Square to hold business meetings and seminars this is it. I hold my company seminars at the Millennium when I am in New York, they furnished everything I need to make my meeting a success. It is very close to most everything downtown.

Rooms clean but a little old. Beautiful location and view from the upper floors. Dear staff. 1 x lacks space to leave the suitcases in case you doviate x dismiss some hiking, we had to go to Niagara Falls, then sleep outside one night ... we have had to move with all bahagli, because there was not even the possibility of pay the room and leave it occupied. (This is also the fault of the agency that didn't think of it when booking). In the courtesy set there are only shampoo and shower gel, at least one cap could put it!
Right on Time Square, spacious and clean rooms, really good breakfast. Day and night life
nice looking, decent setup. There are plenty of other nice hotels around Times Square.
Hotel really nice, very helpful staff, rooms lovely, view was amazing right on times square. Had the best 4 days ever within walking distance of everything. Would advise to ignore the reviews were they said the hotel is dated, I was concerned about coming after the reviews, however you really have nothing to worry about.
I made a reservation at Millennium hotel for 4month ago.And when I arrived at hotel, reception said they dont have a room for me,and I was forced to stay at next hotel that I didn't want.
They said another hotel is same campany's.
But that hotel isn't what I want to stay.
That'sterrible experience in NYC.
In the center, very comfortable to see NY, although it is typical hotel that was luxurious and is now a bit old in style and amenities, and the classic carpet floor that we do not like the Spanish ... who can you Like the carpet?
Hotel is decent price in Novermber but everything is a bit old. Lifts took forever to come and when they were finally there theybqere swamped.
It was ok! The rooms are not what they look like online and also they over charged my account by 150.00. The check in guests were helpful everything else was all misleading.
Recently added to the Hilton portfolio and I'm so glad! As a Diamond member, I was awarded 1000 Honors points upon checkin and upgraded to a spacious room with a great view of Times Square. It is located adjacent to the legendary Hudson theater.
Dirty rooms...mold in the bathroom and ripped sheets on the bed. I checked in on friday memorial day and i had to ask for a new room because it was dirty. The 2nd room was just as bad. I wish i could upload the pictures i took here. When i complaned to the front desk they did not show any concern and they just said they would move me sgain but could not gurantee the next room would be any better...NEVER AGAIN
I work at a private boarding school in New Hampshire. We are working with the Millennium Broadway on an upcoming alumni event. Both Sebastien J. Serre, Director of Catering & Conventions Services, and Jamie Conroy, Senior Group Sales Manager, have been TERRIFIC to work with. Very responsive, professional, and super helpful.
3 stars. Don't understand its 4 star rating. Average rooms with no drinks facilities in room. Poor view from our room. Good location right in the middle of times square.
More than 1hour waiting in the lobby with no excuses or even water. And this was at 1700 for rooms booked months ago. Terrible service. Would never come back
It is a central point for a tourist as a point of departure. Outside it's nice. There was no room for the interior.
Convenient place in Time Sq. The rooms are a decent size for the city. The staff is friendly and the place is huge. I would go back.
Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz
Great, a stone's throw from Time Square, a cozy, clean room with a great view.
Very nice hotel, great location on Times Square, spacious room
My gf and I enjoyed our stay with some friends who ve never been to NYC before. The room had a nice view and was pretty clean. The lobby was very beautiful and employees were polite and helpful.
No complaints, other than the elevators were not working well and seemed to be a frequent issue. Had to wait around 5 10min to go both up and down to our room. They would let us take the stairs as it was a safety concern. Otherwise, great location
No frills, hair all over the bathroom, dirty windows obstructing great views. Bare bones hotel at NYC prices.
The rooms were good with great view. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. The elevators got packed during rush hour. Amazing location, great price. Recommend a stay there
Ran-down and depressing. Broken elevators, moldy shower heads. But the room was clean, fairly inexpensive and the breakfast buffet was decent.
great place to stay. very clean friendly staff and close to theaters, etc. highly reccomend.
Great location. Only this. Impersonal treatment, disregard for the need of the guest. We needed to cool a medicine during the 7 days of stay. No request has been answered. They forgot to clean the room. We requested a room with a view 6 months in advance, we were placed in a back room. Too expensive to offer location only.
Clean and very nice. Beds could be a little softer.
Located in the middle of Times Square... can't get better than that. Hotel is superb.
We randomly booked this hotel for a stay over July 4 and somehow happened upon a huge discount sale and got it for around $117-$130 a night. When we looked again to see about staying in the fall, prices were well over $250, and I would say that price isn't worth it for what you get. But for what we paid, this hotel is awesome! Amazing location, down the block from basically every Broadway theater. Rooms are kind of small, but it's New York. Decent view! Would stay again if I could pay as little as I did the first time.
The location is good. The front desk lady was very rude. The rooms are very old . Dirty carpet and dusty vanity . I hated it I have pictures and videos to prove! Will not go back again!
Clean and practical hotel, close to interesting shops! Very friendly staff, especially at the hotel restaurant! However, the bedroom furniture looks a bit run down
Price performance ratio is right. Very central and yet pleasantly quiet
Great location in the middle of everything Times Square! Will stay again.
i would give a 0 but this is the lowest i can give. horrible service! very hot room and they wont turn on ac
Great hotel in the middle of Manhattan. Nice clean rooms with breathtaking views. Time Square is right around the corner. Perfect starting point for the New York visit.
Hotel is adjacent to Times Square. A little old-fashioned. Some will like the central position.
Nice room, friendly staff, perfect location! A bit noisy but that's the price you pay for being at times square.
Great locatiob, beautiful lobby. Room was good. Hallway wasn't vacuum as often as it should have.
Not clean
Only 5 elevators for more then 50 floors ... the waiting time in the morning is horrible
Great location, the room was bit out dated. Staff were all ok
Nice room and good service I will back soon for my birthday
Rooms are spacious for NYC, but housekeeping is not quite on point. Also, the lack of the ability for the customer to have complete control over the comfort level in their room is sub-par for a hotel of this standard. Finally, room furnishings look rather worn. It appears that most of the money goes into the lobby.
I have stayed at this hotel many for many years usually twice a year for a week. I have had countless business groups there with me. It is a great location and the staff is always there to serve. Many of them I have come to know over many years. It is a great location. I consider it my New York hotel.
Awful. I could not advise more strongly against it. I am giving it two stars b/c there were a few helpful and very nice individuals at the front desk who attended to me. But, overall, service was abysmal, and the staff was, for the most part, rude and not accommodating.
