Recently bought 2 pair of the Nordic Knit Bootie Slippers. Started wearing 1st pair around the house. Barely 4 days of wearing them ( only inside ) the house and suddenly the right slipper is slipping and sloshing around. Left slipper still fits fine. examined right slipper for a rip or something , but found nothing. Why the right slipper "suddenly" feels 2 sizes too big and i'm almost tripping on it when i'm walking i have no idea. Called Walter Drake and the WORST customer service. They talk in circles and don't explain things very well. Had to call 2X and explain everything twice. Told me it was a free return to print out pre-paid label. Of course neither person told me that a $7 shipping fee would be deducted from my return !!! They said it was a "FREE" return and that they would pay for it. I only found out about the $7 fee after reading the back of the paper that came with my purchase. Not even worth returning because my entire order was barely $20. Very disappointed with this company !!!! I ordered from them once b4 a long time ago and had issues with what they sent me ( wrong size ). i thought maybe they had gotten better , but guess not. Won't ever shop there again. My advice is pay more somewhere else and get quality. Walter Drakes products ( not to sound like a jerk ... just being honest ) unfortunately are Cheaply made garbage and customer service is Poor. You get what you pay for.

If I could give it a zero I would. Walter Drake is costing people cash advance fees because their system won't use the credit card as a credit card instead they use certain ones as a debit card. people need to be aware of this. I asked for a refund of my money so I would get my 10 dollar fee back Walter Drake refused. I will never order from them again. This is actually fraudulent use of a consumers card.

Walter Drake sent me catalog saying if I order something 49.00 dollars or more I will received free shipping & 4 pack of batteries for $1.99 My orders was $59.96 they sent the 4 pack of batteries when I called about my orders they said one order I can't get it till May this is February & my other order they want to charge me and extra $10.00 for shipping I told them my shipping was free . I said just refund me back all my money because that's not what my paper said . They sneaked & left one of my order on the porch that was suppose to be signed for . Trying to charge 10.00 dollars extra, you can keep your door bell that you can't get till May any way I have already paid for that to . I will not do business with this place anymore they like to ripped people off That's false advertisement anyway CUSTOMERS ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD .
