I made a reservation at Millennium hotel for 4mont...

I made a reservation at Millennium hotel for 4month ago.And when I arrived at hotel,reception said they dont have a room for me,and I was forced to stay at next hotel that I didn't want.
They said another hotel is same campany's.
But that hotel isn't what I want to stay.
That'sterrible experience in NYC.
