We had to have a complete re-pipe of our house and were extremely pleased with Midway Services. Their plumbers and installers were punctual, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Gerard, Jose and Isaac were amazing in performing their work, all while being kind, polite and taking the time to explain exactly what they were doing. We felt very comfortable having them in our home for three full days. When they left each day, all their work areas and equipment were cleaned and straightened up. We would definitely recommend Midway Services, and especially these three hard workers!

Broken toliet. Problems from previous installer...he had to run new water lines. He had a challenge and figured it out. Jery is a ray of sunshine in my customer service world. Thanks so much.

Have a maintenance contract here. My worker arrived at 5:00 on a Friday night after a busy day and still stayed for a good hour to complete the job - at no cost. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and just plain nice.

I don't think I've ever had such good service from any company I have ever dealt with. Eric was fabulous, as was Scott. The job was done quickly and with minimal disruption to the household, and it was a BIG job. They were so neat you couldn't even tell they had been there. They were both so kind, asking us if there was anything else they could do. They solved every problem we had with our electricity. I wil recomend them to anyone who needs any work done as they offer a multitude of services. Don't use anyone else!!

We selected Midwsy Services as they had a very knowledgeable salesman and the best price for the system we wanted.
Alejandro and his team of Greg and John replaced our old a/c system with a new Carrier system. They arrived when promised, at 8am, and worked most of the day changing out a 15 yr old compressor and original 25 yr old air handler. They also had to increase the air return by adding a 12 x12 vent and more duct work.
Finally they installed a new smart wifi thermostat with no mess or fuss.
We re expecting some good energy savings with the new SEER 16 system as the old one was past its lifetime.
The system works great and as promised,. The county inspector had no trouble passing the job, while praising some of the smaller details other installers might overlook, such as posting system specifications on the air handler where they could be easily found.

Have used Midway Services for quite some time, and was pretty pleased with the service. Unfortunately, I did not educate myself enough on AC prices because they took advantage charging us $9k for a new AC install. I thought it was high, but this was the first time replacing everything, so I didn't know. Found out that most AC units range from $3-$5K.....thanks for ripping me off Midway.

There was a high pitch whining sound coming from bathroom faucet. This would happen intermittently. I called Midway Services and they sent Dave the same day. Dave , who I found out, has been in the business over 20 years, identified the problem fight away. Tuns out I it was coming from my toilet. He replaced the parts and now I'm not awakened at 2 in the morning! I would definitely continue to use Midway for my plumbing needs.

I needed a plumber to unclog my roulette , process that was unaccomplished by a previous worker with another company! So here comes Robert Keith and did the perfect job , very professional, courteous and proficient ! Very pleased with his job!

Since last year, Midway has done 2 different jobs, electrical and plumbing. Both have done a great job. The work has been completed has stated and I could not have asked for more timely arrivals, usually a little before.stated time. Thanks

Midway Plumbing went over and above to repair my plumbing problems. The care and concern that was taken was exceptional. From the initial phone call, to the entire staff who were involved (and there were a few) my many thanks go out. As a retired person living on a limited income I highly recommend Midway for all your plumbing needs.

I have used Midway Services several times now. They have completed two house renovations (upgrading home to meet current code requirements). They are very professional from contract managers to the workmen they send out to work on the job. I highly recommend them

What I liked is that Midway kept us comfortable while ac was down for a few days.

Andriy, Alejandro & Paul replaced our nearly worn AC unit. They called about 1/2 hour before arrival. They were extremely polite, very professional & walked us through the controls of our new Lennox. It works beautifully keeping our home cool while the heat index soars above 106. Andriy is truly an asset to Midway. I say this because we had little contact w/ the other workers. They are a great team

Tentative review-had them out twice-one to repipe the entire house and once to fix the range hood. Both times someone had to come back again to fix things done wrong the first time. Each time the second tech said "oh yeah, those guys didn't know what they were doing." Please send someone who knows what they're doing the first time!

Rob figured out my electrical problem and was able to resolve the issue the same day, despite the rain storm. It took a little longer because of the rain and lightning, but he did a great job at a reasonable price. This is the first time I used Midway services, but if their other technicians are as professional and pleasant as Rob, I will be using them again.

I am extremely happy with Midway. They were on time and extremely professional. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

The tech (Paul) was very knowledgeable with questions that I asked him. Paul was also very personable & I like those qualities in a service call.

Made contact by phone at 4pm and a service person at my home by 6pm to determine the reason my air conditioner was not working and had me up and running before 8 pm.

This review has been amended as of 8/10/16. I initially had given a one star rating due to a very unfortunate experience I had when one of Midway's technicians came to give me an estimate on my AC unit last month. I had called Midway because I had used them a few years ago to replace an AC unit in my previous home. That install went well and I never had another problem with the unit, so when the AC went out at my new place, Midway was my first call. This time around, however, I did not have a good experience, and to put a long story short, the technician that arrived at my house behaved VERY inappropriately. I did not end up using Midway for the second install because of this experience. The office staff was very courteous and professional when I spoke to them about the incident and cancelled the install, but my $1000 deposit on the unit was still cashed. I have since been contacted by a manager, Kathy, who was very apologetic and helpful. I have been assured that Midway took my complaint seriously and the inappropriate employee I dealt with no longer works there. They are working to refund the deposit as well which I also appreciate. In light of the fact that Midway took this seriously and is no longer sending such a person into people's homes, I have amended my review from one star to three. As I said before, the first time I used them, they did a good job and the unit they installed worked great afterwards. I wish the second time around would have gone as smoothly, but I appreciate the response by management.

The communication from the office was excellent. The person who came was knowledge, helpful and very nice.

Professional, respectful, hard working, skilled. Midway helped me take a 1974 boring, out of date kitchen into the next generation. The time frame was exactly as stated. I have worked with Midway before on several projects and I will work with them again in the future.

Kevin came to troubleshoot after a power outage. He found the problem right away.

Midway and their electrician Kevin provided us with excellent service. The cost of the entire job was lower than another company we received an estimate from without sacrificing quality of the work. Kevin was very helpful in educating us on the new panel. I recommend Midway to anyone needing electrical services. I will use them again for any of the services they provide. Very professional. I highly recommend this company. They are professional and knowledgeable. I have dealt with many contractors and Midway is more reliable and their follow-up exceeds other contractors. If I had a question or change order they were prompt in responding and provided advice when needed. Very happy with their service. One note for any remodel project - the timeline is never what you will see on TV and usually exceeds their estimates. You need to be patient with any company if you want the best quality in the craftsmanship.

Three weeks ago my wife and I got a new dishwasher. When I went to install it I realized that the current cord was to short. We decided to call up a professional to have it done the proper way. Kevin from Midway came out and looked over everything and explained what we needed. He then went to check the electric box and realized it was a very old model that is no longer up to code. Now my wife and I have known this and we have pushed it off for a few years. We asked Kevin for a quote and he put together one for the entire scope of all the work. He did not try to sell us on anything. He was very kind and curious. It was not a high pressure sale at all. We decided to go ahead and get the panel moved and replaced along with some other stuff that we wanted done.
Kevin came back the next week with the parts for the dishwasher and installed that. He also went out of his way to make sure everything I previously did to it was correct. He checked the level asked how I wanted it placed etc. It was all the small stuff and the way he handled everything that made his interaction so great. On week two Kevin and two other associates came out for the electric box (my apologies their names have slipped my mind). Now we have two big dogs and all three of the Midway service techs loved them. They did not mind when my dogs wanted to see what they were doing or get in their way. They always took a moment to play with them and let them in their work space. After the electric box was installed there was an issue from some old wiring that had nothing to do with the box. They are coming out today to fix that and fix some fans that were installed incorrectly.

We will definitely use Midway again. Not just because of there fair prices or cleanliness but because of the spectacular customer service Kevin and his associates provided. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have been very fortunate to have had Bill B. from Midway Services come to my home on two different occasions. The first was a problem with my sewer line, and this most recent one was a water pipe leak under my mobile home. Thanks to Bill's thoroughness, he also found a leak in the hot water tank pipes that I was not aware of. Bill is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he is going to fix it. He checks other areas (such as the hot water tank) to make sure everything is working properly. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional describe Bill B. who I will request for any future plumbing problems when I call Midway Services, the best company around.

I am very pleased with Midway. After an issue arose, they took care of it with professionalism and courtesy. Michael did a great job and we will keep asking for him.

It is always a pleasure to have work done by Midway technicians. Very knowledgeable and thorough. If there is a question they can't answer, there is a team behind them who will find the answer and make sure you are satisfied with the service. We have used Midway for 25 years and feel like we are well taken care of, and we know we will continue to be in good hands as Midway customers.

Saturday night water leak - shut off the main at the street - now what?
Called several places early Sunday morning expecting the worst. Googled plumbers, first two were voice mails - third in line was Midway Services - Midway had a live person who took all my info and within a few minutes I received a call from the plumber (Bill) who came quickly, fixed the problem, gave me a new solution for the main shut off - and generally made my plumbing life much easier. He write up several options for my troubles and I was happy to find out there was no "extra" for a Sunday call - their prices were 7 day a week prices - (giant sigh of relief) I signed up for the plumbing discount warranty and will be using Bill for all my upcoming bathroom renovations. He is the best!

I love my new Ac unit Midway Services was here on time. Plus busted there butts all day long. Setting up and taking away the old unit. Plus putting in a new Hot water heater. Great job to the guys and gals who made our day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good job from start to finish thanks again. The house is cool and filter free. I had my air conditioning system installed by Midway in August 2019. The install team was extremely professional and worked fast and efficiently. Paul came out to do a maintenance on my system, and today Mike installed a UV Light for me. I have had only great experiences with all involved in scheduling, service, etc. I would recommend Midway to all of my friends and family!

I had Robert Keith out and he was outstanding with explaining the process and was very efficient in get the the job done I would recommend him to anyone for plumbing

I've had 3 visits to get my ac right. $1200 dollars later I still have issues. Your tech Jason ,I believe he has done his best to get things right, but maybe a new set of eyes might be a good idea .I am willing to go one more try,but if I don't get better results I'll have to find a new ac company.

I'm not as pleased with Midway as before when I have used them. I think they are overpricing themselves out of my ability to use them. I needed a simple change out of the "guts" of my toilet and a new handle on another toilet. I was quoted a price of $480. I can go to Lowe's and get the parts for less than $50 bucks and do it myself, but my husband didn't have time to do that. In addition it took them 3 days to make the repair, one day to review, the next day to miss the scheduled appointment and finally the 3rd day to complete the job. I asked about replacing one toilet and was told the toilet was $900 plus installation. Are you kidding me? I can get a brand new toilet from Lowe's for less than $300 and pay only $129 for installation. Someone is getting rich at Midway Services and its not me. I used them this time because I was in a bind, but will call a smaller housed family owned plumber the next time. I mean, really, who charges over $100 for a toilet handle?

I called Midway to install a new garbage disposal. I wasn t sure if I wanted another and decided to just remove broken one. Josh gave me the pros and cons and I wanted it removed. He had to get some parts and as he left I wished I had asked for an estimate to replace the faucet also. He read my mind and came back with a beautiful Moen faucet that I could have installed if I wanted. He wasn t trying to sell me, as I had stated that I might replace the faucet in the future. He stated that I would save 1/2 the job cost if I did it at the same time. I was impressed by the faucet and had it installed! We have had Midway install a TruTankless water heater this past spring and are very happy with it also!

Waited all day for plumber to show. He finally did and really tried to screw me. Wanted 500.00 to install 2 of my own faucets. Wanted another 410.00 to connect drain pipe to my garbage disposal. When i told him he's not a heart surgeon he called his boss and reduced the price to 600.00 from 910.00. I cant imagine how many elderly people get screwed by these folks. When i told Jamie the plumber hes charging aprox 500/hr he said but we dont charge by the hour. Of couse they dont want you to break down their outlandish prices. Everybody must make a fair profit to run a business. This is ridiculous. Pathetic business practices.

Professional and responsive repair of broken copper water line

I called Midway to upgrade my electrical box because I read a lot of great reviews for their electricians Kevin and Jeff. They did not disappoint! They showed up right on time and did the job they were hired for and also took the time to go above and beyond, tracking down and eliminating unsightly wires to boxes that are no longer used, among other things. They moved everything, which was a huge job, and left it looking fantastic, including patching the holes in the siding. Both guys were very polite and even completely cleaned up behind themselves. Highly recommend these guys!

Our two bathroom remodeling jobs are partially complete, and so far we have been very pleased with the courtesy and craftsmanship of all employees working on the job. Hoping the end result will leave us as pleased as we are at this point.

I called provided an estimate and started the job the next day. Installed a new tankless water heater, water softener and sink in the garage. They were quick, cleaned up and pleasant to work with. I will call them again when I need another project done.

We had plumbing service. Gerald Hodge was the technician. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing issues! We had a variety of issues so it was nice to have a technician that understood and could service all issues.

After using another company with multiple issues from installation of AC unit to many service calls regarding the overflow switch cutting off, and not draining properly, I called Midway Services. Jason Velez looked at the inside and outside units and pipes, and within what seemed like seconds, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Competent and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I've used Midway for a good number of years and have always been satisfied with their service. Yesterday I had called for a plumber to replace a 2 gallon thermal expansion tank for my water heater. According to the book of prices the plumber carries, this part which cost $45.00 at Home Depot was priced at $750.00 for Midway to replace it. In speaking with Tom who did lower the price to $450.00 stated in part it was due to a single item, storage in the truck cost, etc. which I don't completely understand but left with the feeling that this was a price gouging and I can no longer trust Midway to provide a reasonable price.

This was the BEST Company I have dealt with in my ten years in Florida!
First of all, there was the courtesy of the operator; second: a plumbing appointment the same day!!!! The same morning!!!!! Impossible. You Say? Not with Midway Services! Then there was Jose, OMG! The best plumber I ever met! He was totally honest, totally competent, totally respectful of me and my property! (Something companies like Spectrum never show and should learn!!). And he generously shared just how I could do my repair for less if using existing parts. I enthusiastically and proudly recommend Midway Services for any work needed. They are everything they say they are and much more! Honest! Competent! Timely! Reasonable! To tell the truth, now they feel like family! Thank you Midway Services! You are THE BEST!!! Midway Services is a first class company. Took care of my major plumbing issues promptly and courteously. Did a complete home piping renovation with pros who knew what they were doing. Gave me the price upfront, finished the job in the time specified . . . and no surprises. They have my business for life!

Zach was my Plumber assigned to my job this month and he was pleasantly timely with all of his updates and overall communications. His work was top notch and he even cleaned up after himself when he was done! I have used Midway for a number of years now as related to Plumbing, as well as A/C, and have always had a great experiences from beginning to end.

Midway Services installed a toilet and two faucets for us. The plumber (Gerald) was great, and we were very happy with the results!
