Josh was very nice and knowledgeable. They cleared the blockage and provided a free camera scope service. Josh was also able to answer my questions about other services I may be needing in future (water heater & softener to include expansion of current breaker box).

My only negative is regarding dispatch. The number they called me from, and provided as a return callback number to schedule service, led straight to a voicemail only indicated as Suzanne with no company identification. I didn t know if i was calling the right number as no one returned my calls and the last time I called them the voicemail was full.

Otherwise, the technicians were fantastic.

Midway Services takes care of their customers have problem with scheduling a four hour wait spoke with dispatch service manager took care of the problem within one hour I had the field technician come out to my house to do my monthly or every 6 months schedule repair on my on my air conditioning

I want to thank Suzanne the service dispatch manager and Joe the technician that came out within an hour they really pleased me and how fast it moved since I've been a long-time customer service of of Midway Services I will recommend them to all we're looking for AC repairs every 6 months check up on the air-conditioning and so on I am very thankful to both of these people that they took the time to hear what I had to say I give him a thumb up in 100% thank you so much from jav a very pleased customer again thank you Suzanne and Joe for moving on this

Eric was my technician today for a check up of my AC and he was just wonderful. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. He was extremely knowledgeable and let me know about my options to extend the life of my unit. Also besides being a very professional technician he was an all around very nice person! I would definitely use MidWay again because if him!

Thieves. Proposed $2500 for a 2 hour job. They delayed getting a proposal to me for almost 2 hours in an emergency situation when all I wanted was a time and material job to begin with. Worker was incompetent. Office was incompetent. Flat rate quotes are BS. I hire plumbers almost daily and decided to try Midway for a job. This will never happen again and I am telling EVERYBODY I come in contact with about this absurdity.
Do not hire this company unless you really want to get ripped off.

Needed a compliance certificate on a washer/dryer installation to close on a condo purchase. The tech was to arrive between 8 and noon. He arrived after 5pm. Totally full of himself. He did the work, but it was a very painful process I think there must be better companies out there ...or at least we hope so.

Gerald was prompt, professional, and personable. He was extremely knowledgeable and made suggestions for solutions that we hadn't thought of. We were very pleased with his plumbing knowledge and customer service.

Terrance is a very detail-oriented plumbing professional. Always does a great job and goes above and beyond to complete the job in a timely manner. Does not quit until he is satisfied the job is done right! I highly recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing need.

Initially I had an appt for just an estimate, he took care of the problem right then.

Midway was great! They showed up when they said to expect them, and also got several phone calls with an update on arrival time. Josh was very helpful and went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend!

Our service tech, Gerald Humienik, did a great job. He was curtious, professional, and explained the problem. We showed him our paperwork to show that it was under warrenty, and there was no problem honoring that.

This morning, I found that my water heater was leaking. I called Midway, and they arrived within an hour. I am self-isolating because I m 80 years old, so their technician Terry and I did all of our communication by phone. He found I needed a new water heater, we agreed on a price, he had a supplier deliver one, and Terry installed it immediately. Terry was very nice and very professional. What a relief! Thanks, Terry!

Serviceman replaced electrical switches. He was experienced, friendly and did a great job. Second time using this company and will definitely use them again.

Always receive great service and support when I call Midway Services to handle my A/C needs. They keep me informed of their arrival time and once at my home, the technician explains all details of any services or products purchased. Been using this local company since 2015.

I chose Midway after obtaining quotes from three contractors for the work of lateral sewer line replacement. Not only is this an expensive job, but it could be a lifetime of headaches if done incorrectly. I chose Midway because the estimator (Zach) was professional and knowledgeable, because their pricing was in the ballpark and because their warranty exceeded that of the other contractors. Plus they had more positive reviews than their competitors. The work was completed by Tony and Isaac. It was completed on schedule and at budget. I could not be happier with both the process and the outcome. They were meticulous, they were very clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and it it was clear that wanted to do the best possible job that led to the best possible outcome.I am a very satisfied customer and I would not be hesitant to recommend Midway to others for this type of work.

It is so great to have various licensed technicians available within one company. I needed help with an electrical shortout and a plumbing leak at the same time. From the moment I called, I felt I had made the right decision. Marley was very helpful in scheduling both appointments on the day I requested. Follow-up calls were received on the appointment date to let me know exactly when the technicians would be arriving. Both came on time. The electrician , Greg and the plumber, Josh were both very personable and professional. My problems were resolved in a short amount of time. I definitely will be using Midway for any future issues and highly recommend their services.

I have used Midway Services for several major projects in the past several years, including a mini-split A/C installation, propane water heater replacement, and conversion of my home's old electric system from fuses to circuit breakers. Most recently, Kevin R, who had done the electric conversion, was back to take care of a surge protection device that needed replacement. All of these services were performed very professionally. I would always be happy to recommend Midway to anyone needing electric, plumbing, or air conditioning service.

place is ridiculous , had a guy come to install my dishwasher, I removed the old and had the brand new one sitting there just needed the water hooked up and electric and they quoted me $700 WOW. LOL. GOOD DEAL THE DISHWASHER WAS 800!! needless to say won't be calling them for anything again!!!! way to run a business

We had an emergency with our AC unit one evening and Midway Services sent out HVAC service Dom L. He was fantastic! He temporarily fixed the problem so our AC worked that night until the part came in a few days later. Dom sat with us and gave us all of our options with prices. He made us feel very comfortable in choosing the best option for us (even since our unit was a quite few years old.) He was very upfront and honest on our options and let us choose the best route for us. We appreciated his honesty. We had some water leaking a few days later and we requested Dom back and he fixed the leak and replaced all the new parts that came in. He worked very hard and cleaned over and beyond (it was more cleaning that he thought.) He even took our wet rugs (we had in our garage) out to dry! He went over and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, hard working, kind and explained everything to us thoroughly. We would highly recommend Midway Services to everyone. They are very reliable, hard working, honest and Dom was exceptional!

I read several bad reviews, and with very little response from the owner. Here is another BAD review. We called Midway a year ago. We needed some service done. The tech came did the basics, open the panel, look around. Said all was fine, needed the drain line cleared. Once done laid out the service deal. For coming out and opening your panel, walking out and looking at your condensor that $600 amd something (about an hour in total) but if you sign up with our service plan we will reduce that to $475. We did take the lessor charge, and took them up on the "service". That was a joke, someone pretty much showed up and did nothing. I became irrate after looking at my systems and complained. They sent a tech out 8/4/17. No charge, and I thought maybe they are correcting their mistakes. Today, 8/14/17 I come home to see water all over my wood floor near the unit. I called Midway and spoke with their after hours department. They stated they understood my frustration and but all their techs were busy for the evening. I now have damage to my floors and a system that leaks water.
This is just another BAD a/c company, claiming their greatness but delivering nothing but a scam. My unit is not old, and I never was advised to replace.
Beware, they are simply multiple teared business looking to take a buck and not delivering on their work

I've used this company a few times in the past. Recently I had 2 light fixtures replaced in the kitchen and dining room. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience from the time I called for servicee until Vladamir completed the job. Very professional, neat (wore booties in my home snd protected surrounding surfaces) and made sure i was 100% satisfied before he left. Midway will always be the first call I make when I need AC, plumbing or electrical work done.

GERRY fixed and exterior pipe fitting that was three levels down in the dirt. He was very nice and explained everything to me, even why it was expensive job! I am relieved that it is fixed and our water is good to go in the house and no more leaks!

Kevin was awesome!!!! He was very professional and detailed and really cared about me and what he was doing. I am in a contract selling my house and my inspection came back with fabric wiring to my range and I had previously called another electrician that didn t want to do the work properly. This led me to use Midway Services again (I used you a few years back regarding my outlets). Kevin came out and was very assuring that the work was going to be done right and that the inspection was going to pass and the potential buyers would be able to be insured. That s all I wanted!! He came back out upon my request with a trainee, I think his name was David or Dave, who was also very professional and nice. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I now have peace of mind that my next inspection will pass. Thanks again for everything and please know that Kevin is an awesome asset to your company. Kevin did a wonderful job. I accidentally cut an electrical line underground that ran my pond pump and shed digging up a root to put a new plant in the ground . Kevin came out immediately on a Sunday. He even planted my plant for me. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend and will use him again if I have any other problems.

The tech Vladimir was fast, neat, and very pleasant.

Midway Services installed my generator inlet box and were very knowledgeable of my older home needs. Kevin and his apprentice completed the job in a timely manner at a fair price and went over every item of work with me to ensure I was satisfied. Will use their services again. Thank you.

6 hours ago. Midway Service technician replaced my kitchen faucet with a new one that I had already purchased. The work performed was completed quickly and professionally with no required cleanup after job was done. The work was very good but the cost was VERY VERY expensive. The labor cost for the job was 2 to 3 times what I had estimated given I provided all the materials.

If it was all possible to give this place negative stars I would. They came over to my mothers house for a leak and didn t look at a single thing. Just instantly started going into selling her on a 800/1500 dollar option to find the leak and 12,000 dollar repiping of the entire house. Yes 12k, and that was essentially the only option since they said the other 2 were pointless.
How dare you walking into a dying woman s home and do that. I m glad they say get a second opinion. I had another local plumber lined up as well. He was in and out in about the same time frame it took them to try to use their used car salesmen pitch on my mother and the leak was found and fixed for $200.
You all should seriously be ashamed of yourselves.

I couldn t recommend harder that NO PERSON SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY.

My water heater was a bear to replace. In fact, it turned out that my condo was built around the water heater! It was too big to fit through the closet door that it was in. JOSH, our service guy, was extremely patient and professional! It took him little time to figure out a plan and execute it. We were very impressed with his work and his attitude. We owe him a big thanks, and we would do business again with this company.

The price was a bit high, but so was the quality of the work. I can't say enough about your electrician, Vladamir. Not only is he a truly fine electrician who takes pride in his work, but he was also extraordinarily personable. Sometimes having a "stranger" in your home is the source of unease, but with Vladamir it was just the opposite. I enjoyed talking with him as we went through the process of installing the exterior lights and photo cell that I had requested. Last night I saw the result of Vladamir's work - truly stunning. I'm a very happy customer

I've waited a while to write a review to ensure I was writing it based on facts and not emotion. We hired Midway to remodel our master bathroom. We had received several bids and Midway was the most expensive, but we went with them based off a recommendation from a friend. We also figured you get what you pay for, so decided to spend a little extra to get a high quality bathroom.

We are very disappointed in our finished product and would not recommend Midway for any sort of remodel. They had to come out numerous times to try to get the shower to a quality one would expect for the money. Despite their efforts the grout work is still subpar and doesn't have the appearance that it was a professional install. We have staining on the grout from where they had to replace the glass door due to originally installing it on a chipped base plate.

Communication with our project manager was not the best as he rarely followed up or checked in on the progress / quality of work.

Though I wouldn't recommend or hire them again, their workers showed up every day and were very friendly.

I used Midway for a bathroom remodel and thank heaven I did. The work is excellent. They are professional, on time and the quality of work is great. They pay attention to detail and the pricing is better than the other companies that gave me quotes. They are honest and gave me many options. Dennis and Regina are the ones I worked closely with. I would rather use Midway than any independent contractor or high priced fancy remodeling company. My bathroom looks beautiful and can't wait to see what they do to my kitchen. You will not be disappointed in using Midway, I guarantee you.

Two gentlemen John and Adam showed up to replace my hvac system. Both gentlemen were totally professional and extremely knowledgeable. They went out of their way to explain the system workings. These 2 employees would be a asset to any employer. If they worked for me I would be very proud to have such upstanding employees

Let me start with, we had an appointment for between 9-12. I know many things can happen that will delay a job and technicians can get pushed behind. I received a call at 1038 telling me the guys/gals were delayed. No problem, i told them i was leaving the house for a few minutes and to call me when they would show up.
So let's really get to the end of the story. It is now 404 pm 1604 or all you military folks. I just got a call
stating they were leaving Clearwater now and would be by my house in 40-45 minutes.
I really don't have a problem with someone running late. I really do get it! My question is, why didn't someone call me inn the morning to reschedule the appointment. But to have me wait was just not right.

I would like to know who had a good experience with them. Feel free to contact me ...

I did receive a call from the manager which i appreciated very much. He offered me a $200 discount for my troubles. (To be perfectly frank, i found that rather insulting) . I stayed home all day for this. We all know how valuable time is. The quote i received was $2500, which was much higher than any other quote i received.

We had an issue with losing power to the outlets in our master bedroom as well as one outlet in our family room and also the ceiling fan and lights outside on the patio.
Rob was our tech that came to help us and he did every thing he could to find the problem.
In the end Rob found a workaround and was able to move the non working outlets to another breaker and restore power - what a great job Thanks Rob

Robert is very knowledgeable about the hot water heater and the polybutylene pipe ,he has taken time to explain all scenarios of above mentioned subjects. I will seriously consider Robert's suggestions.

The service technician Paul replaced our 2 1/2 year old evaporator. While we were disappointed that a relatively new part would have 5 leaks, Paul was outstanding and very professional!

I am being billed for the month after I moved out of Oakbrook Village Apartments.
They have been told repeatedly I will not pay what I do not owe them. My god
how stupid. Oakbrook said they would take care of it, and did nothing as usual.

I called in late morning to have a number of outlets in my master bedroom and bath checked as they were suddenly not working. By early afternoon an electrician (Andrew) came and within an hour or so, difficulties were resolved. Great service and professionalism! Thank you Midway Services!

Worked for Midway plumbing in 1995 was a top producer and quality and sales I had 15 years prior service in the business I had the best van in the fleet at my request to take the job there nice uniforms seem like nice folks until Steve the owner would not even shake my hand first thing in the morning before a meeting after a mistake quoting a customer $98 for replacing a $2 toilet supply line I was brought into the office reprimanded twice and said that I should have charged $248 to the elderly lady in a not so decent Mobile home Park we're I'd my mind just could not accept that they took so much from these people and then yelled at me about not making a profit they may remember me I left their van on the John's pass bridge in Madeira Beach after going to another plumbing company and their van and securing a job the same day where I remained for 8 years would not recommend overcharged overpriced all you're paying for is somebody that looks clean and acts nice -10 rating if I could.!!!!!

Quick response to a toilet back up issue. Very satisfied BUT way overpriced for what he had to do (use an auger and took less than 5 minutes). Still, a good job and we will keep using them for everything house-wise.

Jose Ayala was extremely polite and competent on his recent call to repair our bathtub faucet.It says a lot for Midway in training their employees and also retaining those that excel at their work.Midway is fortunate to have him .

OK, this is no cheap provider, but quality is quite good and they always inform you about the price in advance. I had some problems with solving an issue because the work was much smaller than anticipated, but at the end Kathy solved the problem to my satisfaction and maybe I will give it a try some day again.
