I purchased a 2020 Q7 prestige edition under the condition that if I wanted a complimentary wash I could go to any Audi dealership and it would be honored but of course your establishment must use the covid excuse to breach our written agreement. Pathetic excuse to not provide a service that was promised. Shame on you and your lazy team.

I found a car on the internet that was at Coral Springs Audi and I loved it. I called in to confirm if the vehicle was still there and they held it for me. I was greeted by the sales rep Ash as soon as I arrived. Ash was very friendly and not pushy whatsoever, the first thing he offered was a test drive which is very important to me. No hassle involved with anything before. No matter what this is a car dealership and I always expect to have to hear the song and dance when it comes to the finances but we came to an agreement quickly and I ended up walking away with a new car. One of these days I hope the car buying experience changes as a whole but if you are looking for a very nice store with young positive sales staff like Ash, Coral Springs Audi will give you an A+ experience. I am very happy with my time and would do business again.

I contacted Steve Meyer, with a concern about a check engine light that had come on.
He had me come in,, without an appointment, and immediately processed the car and
fixed the problem. He also pointed out 2 bubbles (defects in 2 tires) so I was able to have all 4 tires replaced immediately, and continue driving safely. Extremely happy with level of service,response to phone calls, and well as knowledge of the car and it's needs.

Whether you're into luxury, sport or comfort, just know that at the end or your purchase, your also walking out that door with a family and support whenever u need them. Great experience.

This was a unique purchase.... I was looking for a particular car while living in another state, and found it at this dealer.
I proceeded to do all negotiations prior to coming to FL. The initial negotiations were done with Gina, who was quite helpful and understanding of the long-distance purchase.
Then when I actually flew into Ft. Lauderdale to make the purchase, Gina had designated Tony Q, her co-worker, to help me because she was out on vacation.
Tony Q took excellent care of me, answered all my questions, and even picked me up at the airport.
I'm a very happy customer!! I highly recommend this dealer for future purchases. Gina was great, and Tony Q exceeded my expectations.

Walked into Audi Coral Springs the other night just before closing hours, third dealership of the day, and not pleased with our previous experiences. We were happy to meet and discuss our needs and wants with Jeff Klukis. We test drove the car we wanted and loved it. Jeff was patient with us as he stayed past close, yet quick with the penmanship. After a nice bump in our trade in and a great value on the car, we drove home in our new car. Thank you Jeff and Audi Coral Springs for great service.

One of the best (if not the best) car sales experiences ever

I first contacted Anthony back in 2011 regarding a lease on an S4. Over the course of the next few years, every so often I would drop by and test drive one, but the numbers would never work out so that I could afford one. Finally, after saving some money, applying some particularly good incentives and his willingness to give me a great price, Anthony was able to make it happen for me.

During those three years, whenever I would stop by, he always treated me with total respect and was very responsive, even though he knew I wasn't buying on that particular day. However, when the time came, Anthony was not only more than willing get me the numbers I needed, but he was the embodiment of "where there's a will, there's a way," in doing whatever it took to get me into a car, even at the expense of the store's bottom line.

I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and the entire staff at Audi Coral Springs! Thanks again for such a great experience.

This place sold me a car and I needed brand new tires 10 months later and then when they sold me the Audi care they explained to me that rotating tires will be included but when I needed it to be done they then explained that it is not included under Audi care and then when I asked what the quote was for an alignment later down the road they stated around 280 so after putting my car on the lift and having it in their department for hours to they text me telling me it s going to be another $350 because of a pre sense feature my car has meanwhile it was already difficult for me to come up with the 280 now they want almost $700 for an alignment and a service director named Luon apologized with an attitude and did nothing to help so I will be taking this to corporate. Nothing is and order at this location and every employee seems to tell you different things

We are extremely happy with our first Audi - a 2017 A4! Our overall experience with the team there was great - everyone was friendly! Our salesman Gaje Kares was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to making a decision on which car to go with. There was no runaround, the second we told him what we have interest in he was pulling up the first car to test drive. He had a lot of positive energy, and was very honest with all of his opinions and suggestions. We look forward to our new relationship with Audi!

The sales department does a wonderful job so the incompetent service department can rip you off and lie about what s wrong with your car. Try to educate yourself as much as possible when dealing with service and warranty work, bring someone who is knowledgeable about cars to help offset the dishonest service reps. I caught them in several lies because they would have a different story for my wife then they would for me. I found an honest repair facility that enjoyed helping me prove the dealership was incorrect when I had my suspicions. I ended up with an Audi customer care case against this dealership.

To my surprise my choice of car was waiting. Mr. Saleh escorted me to the car of my choice and immediately started to show me the operations of the car. From the first time we walked in to the time of buying the car Mr.Felipe was really helpful. We were set on the car we wanted but we weren t sure about the deals that were going on. As soon as we asked him if they had any deals, he looked it up for us. He went above & beyond to look for the best deals for us. There was no pressure at all from his side. I currently lease two cars from CS Audi. An A6 and a Q5. I left a message for the GM Clint and without venting my frustrations here Clint hasn't bothered to return my call. That's bad business. I'm very loyal to those who treat me well but apparently CS Audi isn't loyal to me.
My A6 lease is up September 28th and I will either lease a Mercedes or a BMW. Then I will do the same when the Q5 is due.
My son was planning to go to the store today to possibly lease an A4 but I told him go over to Mercedes and lease a C-class vehicle.

This is the kind of dealership you will want to do business with. although I did not buy a car here, I did not have to waste my time. I sent an inquiry via web for a Mercedes I want to go test drive, most dealers would call you and say "yea, we have the car available, when can you come in", in realty, they either don't have the car ready from service, or the car is sold, they put the ad up just to attract you into the doors, thus wasting your time because we shoppers go in for specific car we see online. this dealer is true to its roots, they called me immediately, and said "the car you inquired about was just sold", this experience alone make me want to buy my next car here. it's really hard to come by such a truthful dealer now days!

My name is Alfonzia Harvey Jr. I am a retired U.S. Army 82nd Division Paratrooper in Ft. Bragg/Fayetteville NC. I was tasked with finding an Infiniti QX80 for a close friend of mine, that is more like a sister, Ms. Dana L. Scott. I began my search on 1 December, using the site CarGurus. I came across an Infiniti QX80 at your Coral Springs, Fl location. I called the dealership on 7 December 2020 and spoke with a sales associate by the name of Erika Bartholomew. I told her that I liked that truck. Erika asked me how I was planning to purchase it. I told Erika that we were pre-approved by the credit union and it would be a check from the bank. I expressed to Ericka that I really wanted that vehicle. I told her if she can get the selling price down to $21,000, that she had a deal. Ericka informed me that she could not do that because the price had dropped $3,000 for Black Friday, Ericka also informed me that a local customer came in that day and went to get their own financing and supposedly coming back to purchase the vehicle. 8 December 2020 Ericka followed up with me by text to inform me the vehicle was still available. When I checked again, I noticed that the price of the vehicle had gone down to $21,611. I called Ericka and told her let us do the deal. Ericka asked for a copy of Ms. Scott s driver s license and car insurance card. I texted both to Ericka. At this point, Ms. Scott has now contacted her insurance company, and I had started the process with get a transporter to deliver the truck before Christmas. Ms. Scott received a call 10 December 2020 from Brenden Smith, Sales Director at Audi, Coral Springs, informing her that he could not accept a check from an out of state credit union because they take too long to pay. Brenden did mention that he has someone that could get her financed. Ms. Scott declined his offer because she already had financing from her credit union. We were not planning to take delivery of the vehicle until the check cleared anyway. Brenden called me as well, to try and explain to me the same thing about not accepting out of state credit union checks. Brenden informed me that Ericka informed him that we were paying cash. I told him that was just not true. I informed Ericka the first time how we were paying, and it was with a credit union check. Brenden told me he would explain to Ericka the difference in cash versus check from a credit union. Brenden said he was sorry and said in a sarcastic way that he hopes we find something. I told Brenden that we would eventually find something.

Unfortunately, your company has not performed to my level of expectation, not informing me that the dealership does not accept out of state credit union checks. Your company can not continue this behavior towards your number one priority, which is your customers. No customers no Qvale Auto Group.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your company do a better job to inform the customers about financing options. This needs to be outlined in search options as well as your website, allowing customers to see this before even proceeding to conduct a business transaction with your organization.

I just bought a new Audi Q5 at Audi Coral Springs and I had a great experience. I had visited one other dealer, where all discussions were "opaque" and the sales person were never forthcoming. Nicholas Paserba was a great Salesman, taking us through the process and with the numbers always open and clear. All the work of the Audi Financial person who processed the lease was of great quality and extremelly fast. I definitely recommend this dealer.

I showed up at the dealership and was greeted by Troy. I ended buying a $22k preowned car through a third party (FAIR). When I came to pick up the vehicle, it has no floor Mats, two inoperable key fobs and worn out tires. When I told them I wasn t taking the car. They then replaced the tires and Added floor mats. 4 months after the sale, I had to replace the battery ($400). Less than a year, I was told to replace the brake pads and rotors ($900+), Which goes to show that they did no inspection or service in the car prior to putting it on the lot for sale. During my last service visit, I was provided with a loaner vehicle. I refilled the tank and drove the car for about 10 miles. I was told by a SUPER RUDE receptionist to go back to a gas station to top off the tank otherwise, I will be charged $10 fee and $5 for the fuel. Worse, they sprayed water on my BLACK car and gave it back to me with water spots. Customer service is subpar at best.

Disappointed in this dealership. Don t normally leave reviews but was encouraged to post my experience by an Audi enthusiast website. Have bought many Audi s over the past 21 years. Was looking for a RS Q8. Found one listed here as inbound. Was excited to find one in Florida. There are many in the surrounding states but with the pandemic and being a healthcare worker it s not smart to travel from state to state due to risks of exposures. Called this dealership to see about purchasing at MSRP. Within two minutes I was told they are selling it with a market adjustment to make more profit and it ll be selling over MSRP. They apparently want to mark this car up thousands if not tens of thousands over MSRP. It s fine we live in a capitalist country, but the dealer sales person hung up on me when I said I don t pay over MSRP. He did mention before that that in his market people routinely pay high premiums for cars they want. I found the same car in Atlanta Georgia and will probably have it shipped in. It s a shame not to be able to give business locally because a dealer wants to take financial advantage of their local community when very few other dealers are doing such a thing so I guess my money will go to Atlanta rather than a local Florida dealer. Sad. Recommend researching prices on Audiworld.com and other online avenues to find dealerships not charging greedy market adjustments and save your hard earned dollars.

I went to Coral Springs Audi, just to check out what they had, I always wanted to purchase one ever since I was a young adult. I went out to the dealer to look to see what was available and ended up purchasing an 2014 Audi A4 for $26k, which was not a bad deal, the car belong to the dealership, it had a little over 5k miles on it, but still had the new car feel/smell. I did not want to pay 30k plus for a car, so this was in my range. Richardson Baptiste was my salesmen, he was great from start to finish! The experience was not stressful, and I am so glad I did the deal. My thing was I did not have car payments for many years and I did not want any, but I work really hard, so this was my treat to me!

I have nothing but good things to say about the service dept. Several days ago the fuel door on my S6 wouldn't open no matter what I did. I called the service dept and the told me to swing by and they'd take care of it right away. I pulled up and they took my car right into the service bay to replace a faulty actuator. Two cappuccinos and 45 min later I was on my way. Stellar service.

Will NEVER return!! Made an appointment for 2:30, was sent a confirmation with sales associate that would be assisting. Walked in and had someone help me. He was not helpful at all!! Went on the test drive and was told the car was traded in just days before I got there even though I reviewed the CarFax before traveling from Lake Worth to Coral Springs and the vehicle was traded in over a month ago. NOTHING BUT LIES! Was told they had issues finding a bank to finance, went to Earl Stewart in West Palm, found a comparable vehicle with not even 5k more miles and was given a 3,000 out the door difference with NO financing issues ($100 less per month payment than quoted at Audi). Asked the associate if they d price match...BIG NOPE! Was sent a message in ALL CAPS that he d call me if the price drops. Good luck selling any vehicles with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and nothing but LIES!! Would rate ZERO STARS if possible!!

I always feel like an extremely valued customer when I arrive at Audi Coral Springs. From the moment I drive onto the lot, I am greeted like part of the family. I feel especially fortunate to have Steve Meyer as my service representative. He is warm, courteous and highly informative. My other car is a Lexus and the service is not half as good as it is with Audi in Coral Springs.

My worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle! I texted my sales rep Troy and informed him that I decided to fly in a day earlier to purchase a Tesla Model X. Troy was perfect throughout the process until they received the funds from my bank. When I got there someone informed me that both Troy and the Sales Manager was off for the day. He said that Troy told him I was coming on Wednesday and not on Tuesday, the day that I arrived. I waited over an hour before the finance guy came out to assist me. I was supposed to pay them $5,000; however I noticed that he only charged me $500. I immediately informed him and kindly ask if he could at least put on a license plate holder on the front of the vehicle for me (please note, that I have still not seen the vehicle that I purchased!) Apparently he refused to assist me with the ask because I still don t have one on it (please keep in mind that the original license plate holder was in the trunk, it just needed to be screwed in!) After finishing with him, I had to wait another 45 minutes to get my vehicle! Some guy just walked in and informed me that my vehicle was ready. I never got to test drive it! In fact, I didn t even know how to work it! I continued to ask for assistance and I finally got someone who had a little knowledge about electric vehicles who was able to assist me. I was still so nervous that I just walked back and forth throughout the building until I had enough confidence to drive the vehicle. As of this date, Troy has NOT even followed up with me to see how I m doing and/or congratulate me on purchasing a vehicle from him on his off day! I hope they extend better service to customers who purchases Audi s since it s an Audi dealership! It is 4/2/21 and I have not heard back from them!

From first walking into the dealership, it was evident that customer service was key. Mike Rakowski showed us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push us in another direction. He looked for every way to make sure we were getting the best deal for our dollar and getting what we wanted. He didn't pressure us and, instead, let us make the right decisions as we had visited several other car manufacturers to compare with Audi. When it was time to wrap-up the deal, he got Geno Walsh involved to ensure we were satisfied. Even though this was a cash deal, Tony Carenza made sure we knew all of the options regarding financing or leasing in case we wanted to compare with a cash deal. Mike explained the service department's and other dealership awards which helped us decide that Audi Coral Springs was right for us. Mike has made several follow-ups to ensure we're satisfied. Audi Coral Springs has already surpassed the customer service we have received from another dealership where we purchased a 2012 Mercedes.

My auto Broker, Gary Sandler or Archer Auto, and Michael Rakowski , of Coral Springs Audi, made my purchase of my first Audi and simple and low stress process. I am very happy with my car, the process of purchasing and my price!

I had to bring my car for service and Claudio Zullo is very customer service oriented and really took care about my service need. He kept me informed throughout the service time and followed-up after pick-up of my car if everything was to my satisfaction. This dealership and its staff have a unique service culture, which I do appreciate.

I hate or hated going into dealerships. Wasting a day and getting aggravated was the worst. Today I received a call from Trevor Tolchin regarding an inquiry I made. I told him what I was looking for and where I wanted to be for price range. In less than 10 minutes he called me back with a price , answered all of my questions with amazing patience and had my new Q3 ready for me when I arrived at the dealership after work. Trevor has absolutely brought the WOW factor to this dealership. I HIGHLY recommend his services and plan on working with him in the future.

Once I had the financing in place, I drove up to the dealership, inspected the vehicle, and took it for a test drive. The entire process was smooth and they did not play any games. I wanted to conduct several tests on the car to ensure that it was trouble free and they did not hesitate to fulfill these requests. They also took the time to go over all of the CPO benefits and made sure that I was clear on all aspects of the vehicle and ownership. I would definitely recommend them.

took my audi Q5 in for service, just moved here 2 weeks ago. lived closer to pembroke pines location but the reviews were not as favorable so i decided to go out of my way a bit and very happy that i did. I was late because i got a little lost but they took my car in right away. personally i thought everything was done in less time than i was anticipating and just really pleased with my entire experience 2 thumbs up and 5 stars ! :)

Over the years I have dealt with quite a few dealerships and car salesmen, and Audi Coral Springs/Michael Purow certainly stand above the rest due to their professionalism from start to finish. I worked with Michael Purow, and could not have had a better experience from his knowledge and ability to explain all automotive aspects, all financial details, and everything in between in an informative and non-pressured manner. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

This store has horrible customer service when it comes to the service department. When I got service on my vehicle they did not bother to go over anything that was done. I was handed my paper and that was that. I also order a key and here I am waiting for a call from them I never received one. I check my emails instead of a call they emailed me so for over a week I could had my key. This service center lacks communication and does not attempt to establish a relationship with the customer.

I took my Q7 because there was a problem with my DVD player. It was my first time here and I just want to stay that the service was great. David Maddoxx, recommended me to have my service that was already approaching and that saved me an extra visit to the dealer which i really appreciate.

I also needed to print something from my email and he offered to do it immediately. I waited for my car at the dealer and it was even done before the time i was told. Lastly, I loved they cleaned my car. I will definitely go back

Went in today to go and look at a few cars that I was interested in leasing. As soon as I walked in, everything was fine. I was greeted and introduced to a sales associate whose name was John P. Everything was going well, I explained my situation to him and what price I was looking for. After a few minutes with him he went inside to get a key and took longer than expected. Confused, I waited for ten minutes and when he finally came back he became the bearer of bad news. He informed me that I would not be able to afford the car I wanted. I understood and he was kind enough to give me different choices on other vehicles. After another few minutes with John, (who in my opinion, was actually very helpful and informative) I asked him if he could at least give me the deals he offered on paper so that I could look it over with my family. He told me his manager would not let him and that his manager would basically tell me I could not afford anything. A little frustrated, I asked why and as soon as I asked why the floor manager at the time who goes by the name of Paul Carmona, very rudely interrupted us telling John that he had a customer waiting. I was very very upset and after that day, I would never go back to the Coral Springs location. If you plan on buying or leasing an Audi stick to the Fort Lauderdale location. The customer service is a lot better and they are willing to help anyone whether you are fat, skinny, old or young!
