Managed the arrangement and meeting details for 20 people in the Georgetown meeting room. The conference coordinator was very helpful in meeting the needs of our group, and the service staff was kind and very helpful throughout the meeting.
Excellent hotel, impeccable service, and also really has a restaurant of great quality and excellent breakfasts. If I return to Washington I will book here again.
The service was really excellent, the staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The location is prime in a bustling area of the city. The rooms were nice, but smaller than I'd prefer. The bathrooms have luxurious heated floors with a very modern atmosphere.

We selected to stay at the DuPont circle hotel, over the Columbus Day weekend, based on the positive reviews here. Our experience wasn t positive at all.
When we made the reservation, we called the hotel to inquire about parking and were told that both self and valet parking are available. However, when we arrived at the hotel, self parking wasn t an option so we gave our car key and went to our room.
On the next day, we asked to take a bag we left in the car and to our horror we found out that the valet parked it tightly against a chain link fence. There was no way to get in our out of the car without having the door rub against the fence. Sure enough, when we inspected the door, we found deep scratches, down to bare metal. The hotel manager refused to help us, saying that the valet parking is run by a third party business. We also spoke with the valet manager who offered to wave the parking charges but will not pay for the repair.
To add to the disappointment, the room window shutters don t block the street lights at night and the hotel location is very noisy 24 hours a day.
Awesome staff, beautiful room and they all treated my granddaughter like the special young lady she is. A little hard to find when you are driving, but give the keys to the valet and take the subway to the sites. You can walk to get any type of food and the hotel restaurant has awesome food too.
Hotel was okay expect the one week I went there and they had massive blackouts. Woke up from a nap and was surrounded in darkness. No one came to tell me anything. Packed my stuff and ran, felt like a horror movie. Beside that, it was okay.

Nice hotel in great area. The shell of the hotel looks to be old apartment complex but the inside has been remodeled and is very nice. Good restaurant that also has outdoor seating. Front desk, concierge, doormen/valet personnel were all very nice and courteous. Unless I am mistaken, there is no spa or gym. Other than that, I would recommend.

A place we frequently use for weekend getaways. Beautiful rooms, great bar and nice on site restaurant. Our latest stay we had some issues with the A/C in the room, staff took care of us quickly and very very polite about everything. Great place.
They lied us giving a room that wasn't what we booked before in Expedia. They didn't apoloziged for that, they just say to us that all the rooms we're the same in the whole hotel. Just not human
I stayed at the hotel 3/6/14-3/8/14 with my mother-in-law. We just wanted a little get-away to relax and catch up. The room was awesome.We had a room with double beds and it was quite large. The bathroom was amazing with the heated floors and double shower heads. Only thing missing was coffee in the room. There was coffee in the lobby in the morning. That was a tad inconvenient. We ate at the bar/restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and the food was very good. We also went down to the bar one evening for drinks and enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend this hotel. I know if coming to this area again I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and a delightful place to stay in DC, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is quite good to have the breakfast in the hotel. During the winter you have free coffee in your room. Centric place, the White House is at 20 minutes by walking and the Metro is at the corner. Definitely I will stay here in my next DC visit

However, it had weird setup of the room with only a glass door separating the bedroom from the bathroom. It may be ok for honeymoon or solo travelers but that didn't work for us.

The Dupont Circle is a nice hotel with a few problems. It has attentive staff and is placed ideally for getting around DC, with the metro stop being just across the traffic circle. The restaurant inside is also very good, with prices well More

The hotel is very nice and tidy clean. It is really comfortable. The staff is great. Honestly the only reason I used 4 stars is because the internet service is a bit unreliable. It is not password protected for guests so it cuts off regularly.
Count me as extremely dissatisfied with The Dupont Circle Hotel.
When we checked out, we waited over 20 minutes for the valet to return our car. We drove all the way home before we realized that the valet had SMASHED the rear end of our car against a yellow post. There was very clear damage on the rear end, the valet had backed into something, hence the long wait, but no one had the decency to tell us!!! We had to wait 2 days for the hotel to investigate the survelance to determine what we already knew. The chelsea was so kind to reimburse us that days valet charge... But did nothing for the $400 we paid for our stay. When you're staff is dishonest and tries to hide damage they do to your customers car... I think you can do a little more than waive a valet fee. Do not stay here, unless you want your car treated like the Ferarri in Ferris Bueller's day off.

Smallish rooms in a great location. Some amenities are limited (and restaurant is currently under construction), such as small televisions, light pollution in rooms, and odd bathrooms, but still quite comfortable overall. Would stay in again.
We stayed at The Dupont Circle for the second time and loved it again. The hotel is perfect: great location, friendly and helpful staff, great bar and excellent breakfast. Everything perfect.

Loved staying here at the Dupont Circle! Spent one night for a short trip to DC and I am so glad that I chose this hotel. Very modern, stylish, CLEAN, and comfortable accomodations. The location is awesome- really gives you historic vibes along with being amongst all of the foreign embassies right in the neighborhood. As for my room- very comfortable bed and I loved the heated floors in the bathroom... I didn't mind the unique openess of the bathroom, either. Ordered room sevice for breakfast and it was also very pleasing. I would definitely recommend!

Park area has many benches for seating or some elect to sit in the grass. Great spot to hangout when the weather is nice. In the winter time locals will host a giant neighborhood snowball fight
