Let me start with, we had an appointment for between 9-12. I know many things can happen that will delay a job and technicians can get pushed behind. I received a call at 1038 telling me the guys/gals were delayed. No problem, i told them i was leaving the house for a few minutes and to call me when they would show up.
So let's really get to the end of the story. It is now 404 pm 1604 or all you military folks. I just got a call
stating they were leaving Clearwater now and would be by my house in 40-45 minutes.
I really don't have a problem with someone running late. I really do get it! My question is, why didn't someone call me inn the morning to reschedule the appointment. But to have me wait was just not right.

I would like to know who had a good experience with them. Feel free to contact me ...

I did receive a call from the manager which i appreciated very much. He offered me a $200 discount for my troubles. (To be perfectly frank, i found that rather insulting) . I stayed home all day for this. We all know how valuable time is. The quote i received was $2500, which was much higher than any other quote i received.
