My water heater was a bear to replace. In fact, it turned out that my condo was built around the water heater! It was too big to fit through the closet door that it was in. JOSH, our service guy, was extremely patient and professional! It took him little time to figure out a plan and execute it. We were very impressed with his work and his attitude.
