The one employee responsible for losing our business is TK. When it came down to the final negotiations, we simply asked to know the total price of the car. As a customer, it is our right to calculate the total price we would pay after taxes and including a trade in. TK began rolling his eyes and kept saying, it doesn t matter, all that matters is the amount you are financing Well, we are not concerned about what we are financing, we are concerned about how much we are paying for the car. He wouldn t accept our though process and became very condescending as if we were wrong for wanting this information. The first price he brought us totaled, $18,500 after taxes and everything. However TK was manipulating the numbers is just deceitful because our total price never dropped below that, even after he offered us more for our trade in (and they only show one quote at a time so you can t compare their previous offer) The monthly payment and loan period also never decreased, so he was adding the money back in somewhere else and was trying to divert our attention from the overall price of the vehicle. He was not transparent about anything, and the more we questioned the more eye rolling and frustration that came from TK. He began accusing us of coming in to buy a used car and expecting perfect condition. That is completely untrue, They were unwilling to drop the price of the vehicle (even though they had it priced according to KBB excellent condition and there were significant scratches, obviously the car had been scraped up against something, and obvious abuse of the Interior of the vehicle, the moon roof wouldn t close after we opened it, and the keys needed a new battery) in the end, TK was willing to take away the safety inspection And tune ups in order to accommodate the key battery replacement. The ONE advantage of buying from a dealer like this is that they inspect the vehicles and only sell according to certain standards. So the fact that they are willing to sacrifice this, and having a 60 year old man roll his eyes and lose his patience with us for an hour lost me as a customer for life.

I would stay away from this dealership at absolutely all costs. This had to be one of the worst experiences of buying a car. After 3 days of waiting for cars to come in, not being able to find keys, etc, it was a complete waste of time. The sad part is that the manager, Orlando, looked me straight in the face and told me that he lied to me about the price of the car so I would come in. I explained that this isn't how I do business and it is sad that Midway Chevy has someone like him working in their establishment. You can make a clean sale without lies and manipulation. Sorry Midway, you lost a repeat customer due to one of your manager's shady business techniques.

Complete crap! Super high pressure sales. I ended up buying a car there, the tranny went out in 5 months luckily i purchased extended warranty or it would of came out of my pocket. The door on my car was previously fixed and it is coming off the hinges now. You would think that a certified dealer would inspect their cars. They didn't even detail the car when I got it. They have decent customer service, but their merchandise is crap. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will tell everyone that is looking to buy a car, not to go to midway chevrolet. If you want to get pressured into buying a car and pay way too much for the crap car that they give you, midway chevy is the place to go!

Leased from these guys. Did the return at the end, and they mailed me a $250 doc fee to an address I didn t live at anymore. They reported this to my credit, except it was a charge-off for over $17K not $250. This sat on my credit for 7 years with no recourse. IRS should audit these guys. Go somewhere else and save yourself a hassle. Midway, i will get revenge later. Count on it.

arrived with the intention of buying a used truck 2012 or 2013, but on arrival we got in the door Mr. JOEL ORTIZ, which did an excellent job, because he has little time in that company, but proved to be a very professional person, and proved to be a very responsible person and what he does and a character that rarely one finds, showed the us several trucas used trying we found what we wanted, to not find something we liked, was presented to us Mr. JAIME OHLMAIERr and told us that he was also willing to help us find what we were looking for and we commented that we could give a good price on a truck 2015, has great professionalism in what he does and a very special character to try persons. between Joely JAIME concentrated on serving us best. eventually found what we were looking for and it was a truck chevrolet silverado 2015 2500 Z71 4x4. We drive and we liked enough and had the financial point with Mr. DWAYNE TOOLE. This sr was very kind to us to assist us and we proposed an extended warranty for our truck and explained to us all the benefits we would have with her and gladly accept thinking about the benefits, we explain each document we were signing and interest that we they gave was excellent. Also in the financial office one interpreter he was. I did not know his name.I did not know his name. But it was also very professional. I would like to thank these people for everything they did for us. and of course if I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks for everything.

Buyer beware! It's too bad there isn't a lower rating than one.
I was satisfied with the vehicle that I bought two years ago, although I found the financing a bit predatory.
My main issue with them is that this business keeps calling me. And calling me, And calling me. I have asked them repeatedly not to do so, but they have ignored over fifteen requests from me. They obviously do not care about what the customer wants if they so blatantly ignore so many requests. This is blatant rudeness, and very unappreciated.
My advice is to buy from someone else unless you want to be hounded by phone calls for years after you purchase your vehicle.

I had shopped a few various dealers and was not satisfied. Peoria Nissan told me that wanting blue interior lights was stupid, Earnhardt Kia literally chased me down in the parking lot and Peoria Kia wouldn t even help us!
We originally came in to view a used Equinox and ended up walking away the next day with a brand new one! I ll never car shop anywhere else ever again!!!

Lied about sales and pricing and an overall horrible experience from one year to the next. I bought a vehicle from here last year and it went well with the sales person. My girlfriend and I purchased a car here with an ok deal. She absolutely loves the car to this day, but we were not happy with the service we got from the whole service/detailing team including the manager. After washing the car for the first time (after the car was detailed while we were signing it was dark outside) to see if we could remove the water stains that were indented on all the chrome and glass of the windows- these water stains would not come off. Not happy with the stains- that apparently came from the sprinkler washing over the car every morning, I reached out to the mid way Chevrolet team over the duration of a few weeks to get this problem fixed. After stopping in about nine times, I was able to talk to the top manager in charge of the department at Midway Chevrolet. He let me know that the team at the dealer- as well as the outside detailing company, was not able to remove the stains. As a result, he informed me that he would look into the any glass warranty that may have come with the car to see if we would be able to get the windows fixed. He wrote down my girls friend's number as well as mine, and let us know that he would contact us the next day with information on whether or not he could do anything for us. My girlfriend and I had never received a call back to this day (~4-5) months later. The dealership receives -3 stars for its quality in keeping their promises and five stars so far with their actual service department in maintaining the vehicle when requested (oil change, tire rotation, and inspection) leaving it at a sum of two stars. Top manager never called back as promised, will likely never buy a car from here again

First i bought one vehicle here 5 years ago it as an ok experience.. but after a year and a half they start calling you relentlessly trying to get you to come back in to trade and buy a new vehicle and they won't stop even when you talk to management.. i recently went back in to purchase a truck they kept giving me bad deals couldn't even get close to the payments i want then tried to call me the next day and up sale me so i gave up went to another dealer a week later they got me into a better truck with payments well within the range i as looking for.. don't go here but if you do and give them the keys to your trade in good luck getting them back.. they will keep them untill they are done trying to convince you to take a deal you don't want

I have came here to get the LT camaro was told I was 100% approved everything was good to go. Got my monthly payment and my interest rate was sign paperwork with the finance manager. Was told to come back two days later on a monday to finalize everything when I had my proof of residence. So I did just that. When I arrived I was told I WASNT approved it was only a pre approve. Then the manager himself said I was approved. They told me they need another 2k onto of what i was already putting down. The salesman also took my license plate with him in his truck which let a family member borrow his vehicle let's just say they didnt have my plate when i was getting my vehicle back. I will definitely not come back to this lieing dealership. All they had to do is be honest. Lost customer here

My 2015 Chevy Equinox was in for repairs and it could take 3 to 10 days to get the part so I was not a happy camper until I got my loaner which was a new Chevy Silverado crew cab that was a beautiful blue color with all the bells and whistles! Truth be told I did not care when I got my vehicle back! Hugh Abbott really took care of me and I appreciate it. I would go to him with any service problems because he does a great job! Thank you!

Our experience was terrific. Our grandaughter was with us and had never had a "car buying experience", so all of the stages of the process were important for her to observe in order to give her insights into her future adult responsibilities. To prepare, we had conducted a significant amount of due diligence and had set an appointment with the dealership prior to our visit. We had obtained written (email) price sheets on two separate models, so we had firm prices going into the visit.

We arrived wanting to see two different models in several colors. Valentino Castrillo was a perfect guide. He drove us around to the multiple lots, guided our test drives, exhibited a delightful sense of humor, and keep us updated on the r-e-a-l-l-y l-o-n-g paperwork process, once we had made a decision. He made sure he was available when we picked up the car and carefully went over the distinctive features and safety options before we left the dealership.

Michael Gronski, in finance, gave us clear and complete descriptions of coverage options as well as all of the cost sheet expenses and answered all of my follow-up questions, including two additional ones the following day. He made sure we had copies of the paperwork for our files and assured us that he continued to be available for any additional questions we might have.

We will recommend this dealership to friends and family with no reservations.

I bought my Cruze from Courtesy Chevrolet, and had such a bad experience with them that I was dreading calling Midway, which I expected to be the same but it's much closer to where I live. I AM SO THANKFUL TO BE WRONG!

From the beginning, the staff was so nice and understanding and helped me get my issue fixed in the best way at little inconvenience to me. Dragan and Jesse were super helpful and communicated with me while my car was getting fixed, and I wish I remembered the name of the girl I talked to on the phone about replacing my seat belt who helped connect me with them. After talking to her, I was able to get in that day, dropped off my car, and sent home with a loaner that was in great shape (except the tires were all low on air, but I fixed that quickly after I got home).

I'd recommend Midway Chevrolet any day to anyone! If you were to read my review for Courtesy Chevrolet, you'd see why having helpful staff that truly cares about their customers certainly made a difference. Thank you, Midway Chevrolet, for restoring my faith in the dealership business.

Went yesterday to check prices on the Equinox, however, it was not easy trying to sell me a car. I was surprised of how much a car can cost from sticker price to starting price. I was not happy because I was leaving and a manager promised me that I was going to get a lease with 0 down for 3 years and minutes later I was given another option that was not a lease. I think that honesty will sell more cars.... really.... And the 5 stars is for your building appearance, very nice.

Terrible dealership! Just as a starter, they sold me a Zaktek warranty and said it comes with the vehicle and can t be removed from the cost . At the time it was part of the dealers package . I got NOTHING stating how to use it, and they just sneaked it into my paperwork under a bunch of stuff I had to sign! They never told me what it was for or anything and won t refund it! I have much more to say, but short on time. Will update later!

Purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox; Extremely pleased with my sales person (Quinton). No pressure sales tactic felt in the purchasing process; eager to listen to my needs and wants for a new vehicle. Regrettably, I've already needed to head to Service in attempt of avoiding a collision I struck a large curb and damaged my left front wheel and tire. Carlos in Parts and Blake in Service went above and beyond to replace the tire and repair the vehicle in a timely and professional fashion. Very happy I made a decision to go to Midway.

Predatory and Annoying. I will never do business with this dealership or any of their affiliated dealerships.

We came to this dealer due to its large selection of 2018 Traverses. This was our first time to this chevy location and were pleased. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, our first salesman was unable to answer some of our questions, so he then transferred us to one that would be able to. The second sales person was awesome, very knowledgeable and wouldn t stop helping us until we found the perfect vehicle. We are very pleased with our experience and would purchase there again in the future.
