My girlfriend and I purchased a car here with an ok deal. She absolutely loves the car to this day, but we were not happy with the service we got from the whole service/detailing team including the manager. After washing the car for the first time (after the car was detailed while we were signing it was dark outside) to see if we could remove the water stains that were indented on all the chrome and glass of the windows- these water stains would not come off. Not happy with the stains- that apparently came from the sprinkler washing over the car every morning, I reached out to the mid way Chevrolet team over the duration of a few weeks to get this problem fixed. After stopping in about nine times, I was able to talk to the top manager in charge of the department at Midway Chevrolet. He let me know that the team at the dealer- as well as the outside detailing company, was not able to remove the stains. As a result, he informed me that he would look into the any glass warranty that may have come with the car to see if we would be able to get the windows fixed. He wrote down my girls friend's number as well as mine, and let us know that he would contact us the next day with information on whether or not he could do anything for us. My girlfriend and I had never received a call back to this day (~4-5) months later. The dealership receives -3 stars for its quality in keeping their promises and five stars so far with their actual service department in maintaining the vehicle when requested (oil change, tire rotation, and inspection) leaving it at a sum of two stars. Top manager never called back as promised, will likely never buy a car from here again
