Searching after hours for a dealer to take the big...

Searching after hours for a dealer to take the big truck to. Don't know yet if they can help me, but the after hours chat ability at website is a first ! Fantastic. Looking forward to hearing from them in the a.m. ( update )... got a call the next a.m., they can do the job ! Dropped it off on Thursday, picked it up friday. Done deal. They hooked me up with a sweet loaner so I wouldn't have to cab it around town ! Thanks.

I'm not disappointed that I wasn't able to get the help i need, but the lack of paying attention to what i was saying obviously went unheard. I did everything through email with M. Favela. He responded in a timely manner. But what was said to him apparently didn't matter. I was rushed to complete finance forms and vehicle forms via the website. I understand why and when this needs to be done. But givin the situation, better customer understanding would go a long way. Getting a hit on my credit report just to recieve a call this morning stating they can't assist me. Again, not upset about not being able to make a deal, just lack of understanding and communication. I work in sales, I understand how important communication is between fellow employees and customers. Everyone wants to get paid, but we also have an obligation to the customers. To understand, listen and help whenever applicable. Thanks.

After numerous emails and texts (after I left this review) from 6 different people that work here, I actually went in person to speak with Miguel Favela (after telling me i would just be working with him)...guess what, he was busy and I couldn't meet with him! He had someone else work with me to just tell me the same thing that i was told over the phone...nothing can be done! So why lie to me? Why waste my time? This was on 8/28/2020...today is 8/30/2020 and I've already recieved 2 phone calls from DIFFERENT people from this place. Service is horrible and obviously they like to play games. If anyone else contacts me, it better be from the person who owns this damned place. I'm over it!

I have been a loyal customer with Midway Chevrolet since 2007 but I will never buy from them again! There customer service has gone downhill and once they get you to sign and spend your money with them that's where the customer service stops! Wish I could give them less than 1 star!

I referred a customer to this dealership March of 2013, the customer bought a new Camaro. I was promised $100 referral fee and never ever received it. I followed up a several times and always get the run around. Very disappointed!!!
I will never refer another customer to this flakey place.

I live in Chandler but came out to Midway because of a special they were running on trucks. They gave me a good trade deal and a decent deal on a new truck so I decided to buy it. When I went to pick it up 2 days later they told me it was sold over the weekend. They apologized and to make up for the mistake offered me an even better deal on the next model up, but it was a service loaner with 3100 miles on it. Not a big deal so I took the offer. Lamar was great to work with. He was a very nice guy that went out of his way to help me. So what was beginning to be a bad experience turned out to be good. I would recommend.

The guys at Midway were great we appreciate the work they did on my wife's truck kind of expensive but I believe it's worth it to get Factory parts however after draining and replacing power steering fluid the steering seems really tight harder to turn the steering wheel

Went in a few days ago just to look around, Jason Walls helped me out a LOT. We went to the used car lot and I gotta say, his sales skills are IMPRESSIVE. He knew a lot about the vehicles and was very helpful. Anybody who goes in to buy a car, ask for Jason. Great service, 10/10 would recommend.

Nice parts department, had parts for my 95 c1500 that freeway did not have. Drove out there, they even ordered the part I need that was not in stock. 48 hours later, got my part. Guy at Freeway Chevrolet told me 2-3 weeks for parts from gm. I may buy my next Chevy from midway now.

I worked with Jay-P on my recent purchase. I have never been so satisfied with a dealership before. I hate HATE shopping at a dealership for a car. But this was a completely different experience. They worked with us, gave us a great, no AMAZING price on our purchase. And a even better price on our trade in. Super impressed, and will defiantly never go to another dealership.

Convince me to buy a new car for the first time in years. Less the 4000 miles I have had to replace a window because I didn't notice the little crack in windshield. Two week needed a new battery. They replaced free. The windshield washer line broke and now my tires are already unsafe under 4000 miles after I bought car. Another money pit.

Every time I go to buy a car I go with Ben and Oscar where they sell used cars to grab a car. They always listen to what I'm looking for and stay on what I want to pay per month. Mika in the financial department always explains everything very well and answers all my questions and takes her time with me and my husband. I had a fabulous time looking for our new truck! I recommend Ben, Oscar in the used cars department and Mika in the finance department to grab what they are looking for!

Bought a truck from midway used. Come to find out truck is salvage has a BENT FRAME! They don t wanna fox it because it has a clean car fax? Your a joke. I ve contacted General Motors along with fox 10 news which they are coming to my property Thursday morning for a interview for this issue. I ve left numerous voicemails for Bryson and Steve the gm no call back. You guys are for sure going down. Selling vehicles with bent frames is illegal and dangerous which is why the news opened a appointment to hear about this issue. Don t respond with your dumb review

I paid extra money for an alignment, and when I got my truck back it was pulling to the left. My fiance looked at the caster and camber, and could tell that nothing was adjusted. I feel taken advantage of by Midway. I would like my money back so I can take my truck to get an accurate alignment.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the team over at AutoNation! I have been to countless dealerships over the last few months and have had a handful of bad experience s with all of them. I m a first time buyer and the thought of working with a dealership scared me. All of those nervous feelings went away all once I went here. The GM Jay, made the process seamless and got me pre approved fast and at a much better rate than anywhere else. When I went to check out the car, Debbie helped me finish the process while being so sweet and knowledgeable! She has been working with AutoNation the last 21 years so she definitely knew her stuff! She went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was spotless and even gave me a full tank of gas. The vehicle looked amazing and drove like a dream. I will be buying any cars in the future from this dealership! Thank you guys!

What a great experience, I didn't even buy my car from them.My service advisor was Hugh Abbott, he had me come in at 7am I told him my problem, said he would take care of it,asked if I needed a ride, which I did he got a Lyft driver for me as a Midway courtesy, I was home by 7:35 .He called about 3 hours later said car was fixed and did I want him to send a car to pick me up. When I got the dealership I was very presently surprised, my car was fixed and car had been washed and cleaned inside and out. I was so happy I have switched to Midway for all my car needs. Thanks Hugh

My experience SUCKED from the time I drove onto the lot till I finally was allowed to leave. When I got there, I told them that my credit was bad and I only had $1000 to put down on a car.They then wasted 2 hours of my time showing me cars they knew I could afford. I kept asking for my drivers license back and they played hide and seek with it for 1 1/2 hours. I left there totally unhappy.
I would not suggest ANYONE to go to MIDWAY CHEVROLET EVER.
MIDWAY CHEVROLET SUCKS !!!

New to area, needed to find a Chevy Service center I can trust, Midway fit the bill...Hugo Sanchez (service dept) did a great job and treated us great, explained everything that we needed and didn't need, 60,000 mile service, some items on the list had been done and I didn't tell them, when the service teq did the inspection he said some of the items on the list looked
good and did not recommend to be serviced, good answer! that was a test! I'm taking my other Chevy in to get it's 40,000 mile service, I found my service center!

Completely unhappy with my experience. I wanted to either refinance my car or simply trade it in for something cheaper for monthly bills. As were waiting they keep telling us to hold on i started to loose my patients and was ready to leave. They come out with all these papers saying we have the car! As they showed me the car i was extremely excited so happy couldnt believ i would be getting a car as the one they showed me thinking "well i told them i wanted it cheaper so it must be" no the monthly price had gone up 300 dollars more! They kept telling me "deal of a lifetime" the numbers didnt add up to this "deal of a lifetime" i had waisted 5 hours of my life here.they seemed more worried about their sale bonuses than helping a costumer look for a car in their means and price range.

Bad communication was told it was one thing then another. Was quoted a outrageous price for a starter. Decided to take it to my guy. Had to have it towed twice. Turns out someone at the car agency tried to use 2 different keys (we know this as they were found in my car) that's why my car wouldn't start. After everything was done (new starter having my key preprogrammed) the total was still several hundred dollars less than what you wanted to change me.

I took my car to this location to be serviced. They had it there from 11am until they called me at 5:45pm that it was ready when ever i want to go pick it up. He could have told me they close the service side in 15 minutes. I get there at 6:30 and they tell me service department closed 30 minutes ago and there is no way for me to get my vehicle even tho i have my spare keys. Another day with no car. They made this very stressful.

We bought a smaller Chevrolet from Midway that took several days, and us leaving because we were too far apart. A lot of phone calls back and forth, negotiating a price. We eventually found a price that we both agreed upon. The nice thing was the conversations and meetings were always comfortable and not high pressure. We dealt with Cesar, and his manager, Troy. We enjoyed our interaction with both of them and they were always cordial and nice. Never any high pressure sales tactics. When we didn't agree, we discontinued our conversation and then we would contact each other if there was a change in terms.

The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because 1 evening I got a call from a night manager who had nothing to do with any of my previous conversations. He wanted me to go into where I was with the other 2 to see if he might be able to do something for me. I don't like dealing with multiple people and having them pit me against different fronts. It is a common sales tactic to keep sending in different people on this bidding war.

So, here is the rest of the story. Troy, the manager came to us during the sale and said our car was available for the Costco $700 rebate. He said he took care of all the paperwork and we would receive a costco cash card. Over a month passed with nothing. I called Costco auto and was told they never received anything about us and to contact the dealer to see if they might have done something incorrectly. When I called Troy, he couldn't care less about me or anything to do with the Costco deal. He said he would call back and I never heard a word from him. Called Troy again several days later and again it was cold as ice with him. All he would say is he did everything he was supposed to do...end of conversation. So, 2 months later, after working with Costco, I get my card. No thanks to Troy, the manager, and Midway Chevrolet. After they got my money, I was nothing to them. And all during the sale several people in the dealership put a lot of energy to making sure I gave them high marks on the Chevrolet survey that would be delivered to me. It was super important to get those high marks. If I had that survey back, my opinion of the treatment I got would be a whole lot different.

was driving my Motor home through Phoenix and developed an Oil leak. I called several dealers in the area all recommended Midway. Dan in commercial talked to me and told me not to worry he would handle it and get me out right away. Enrique worked on my Motor home and was able to find the required parts to fix the oil leak. Can't tell you how happy I was we were on vacation and it was the only means of transportation available, Dan contacted me several times about the status and issues these lines of communication are very comforting. Midway commercial is by far the best dealership I have encountered in many years keep up the great work.

Not sure how they got my number. Ive never purchased a vehicle from here or even stepped foot in their door but it seems every 3 months they continue to call and try and sell me something i have asked a number of times to please take me off your call list. I have even talked with a manager about it and they still continue to call. This has been going on for about 3 yrs

I can tell the salesmen here have attended the latest sales technique seminars, Slow the process down, grind down the customer, take em for all you can. So after hours of Midway sales staff saying "were almost there" I walked. A complete waste of time.

I went to ABC Nissan, they got right to business and tossed me the keys to my new car.

Hey, Midway sales staff, If you want to make commissions, work at a dealership that sells customers cars. in the time you wasted on me, you could have completed 3 sales at ABC Nissan. They are that fast.

I have to stress that their Sales Department needs to be held accountable for their words of usage and saying. Meaning, don t make verbal promises, one can t keep. I have tried having them earn my business on two occasions. I get where I m coming from and where I m going. Having said that, I accomplished what I needed, wanted and desired elsewhere. Word of advice, IF YOU can t take care of your Customer, someone else WILL. Period. Clean up house and STAY Professional and legal. Thank you.

Mike Lewis, our service consultant at Midway Chevrolet in Phoenix just might have saved our lives. We brought our 2013 Express van to their commercial department for an oil change and have the tires rotated. It has been converted to a Roadtrek motorhome. Mike drove the van to the service bay and noticed the steering was not as tight as it should have been. He looked at the sway bars and noticed the nut on top was missing on both sides. The only way it was staying together were two rubber grommets. We had just returned from a long trip and had been on the Interstates for over 1700 miles. We shudder to think what might have happened if the assembly had fallen apart on the Interstate. We will never go anywhere else for service. We used a coupon and paid under $50 for an oil change and tires rotated and now we owe Mike Lewis for possibly saving our lives! He discovered a problem without us knowing that it existed. Good help and good service is hard to find. Finding someone you can totally trust is priceless...

Awful dealership. The sales people only want to sell and don't care about their customers at all. My grandmother went in for service on her vehicle and walked out with a new truck, but they gave her quite the run-around. They didn't even give her a spare key on her truck, and they told her it's because she didn't negotiate for one. That's a crock of bull. Don't trust these people. Go anywhere else.

It was not a planned appointment but Jeanie got me in and Jorge Lopez was a very polite and professional Service Advisor. As was my last Visit to have an oil change August 12, 2017 where my service advisor Blake Scott referred me to Britney who dealt with my insurance to replace my windshield. I am very impressed with this dealer. I have and will continue to refer people here. The othe positive aspect is the location and easy access with traffic. It's great being able to get a Free car wash offered. I didn't get the opportunity to rate the visit before so I included them with this one

I've given it too many chances... every time I go ...

I've given it too many chances... every time I go here for a basic oil and filter change, it takes at least 2 hours. It's not very busy at all. I don't know what the hold up is but that is way too much time for something so simple. I expected this to be fast and easy. But each time they have proven me wrong. And they push up sales like no one I've ever seen and it's extremely annoying especially when you tell them "no" over and over again. No means no. I'll be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

I was in over 1 month ago and requested my cars ignition recall issue be fixed. was told the parts had to be ordered. and it would be 2-3 weeks and they would call me to set up an appointment. one month later I call to inquire, had to leave a message for a service adviser to get back to me. That was 4 days ago and have not heard anything. VERY POOR customer Service. I am driving around with a potentially fatal recall problem and Midway does not care. I keep getting letters from Chevy to fix my car, but how can I when my dealership is so lacking.

A one star rating is me being generous, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Chevrolet dealership. I'm 15 years old and went to Midway Chevrolet with my dad to purchase my first car. Upon arrival we were helped by a nice sales man named Alfonso who helped us look at a potential car. Once I found the one I was interested in, they sat us down and Alfonso and brought his manager. We told his manager that we know the about all the sales taxes and we just want to know the final price with all the incentives and deals that we can get. The manager said he'd come back in two minutes with the final price and he told us that we would be amazed with how much he will save us. After waiting three hours for the price, the manager helping us gave our file to a different manager named Jay Lawrence. Jay sat down and asked us what car we wanted even though we were already waiting three hours for the price of the car that we already picked out. He then pulled out a paper showing us all the sales taxes when we already had told the manager that we are aware of those prices. My dad then wanted to leave and told Jay that he was wasting our time and playing games, which he was. Jay then got very defensive and said and I quote "Well I have four more options for you, two doors there and two doors there" and he got up and walked away, basically kicking us out and I find it very disgusting and shocking that an adult man would verbally abuse and harass a 15 year old girl. Me and my dad then left and we were astonished by how horribly we were treated. It completely ruined my experience of buying my first car. An hour later Alfonso, the sales man helping us called us and apologized about his boss and said he was shocked that he would be so rude to a customer and treat us that way. I am only a 15 year old girl, as I said before, and I should not be treated that way while buying my first new car. Our family owns a truck purchased from Midway Chevy and we often refer them to all over our friends and family but after this incident we have made the story public and all of our friends and family and their friends and family are aware of the extreme rudeness of the customer service from Midway Chevrolet and will no longer be attending their facility or seeking their service.

Needed to buy an economic car and was looking specifically for a Chevy Cruze LTZ. I had contacted an internet sales rep by the name of Alex Padron.I told him I would be showing up close to closing time due to work and he said "if your coming I will wait for you". I got there he showed me what he had and I found the one that I loved! he tried and tried to get me approved for the payment amount that I needed and got me to where i wanted to be! Overall the experience from buying from Midway Chevy was awesome!! the financial producer by the name of Kim I believe that was her name was really nice! I am definitely going to be recommending friends and family to this dealership!!! mainly due to Alex he helped me more than I would ever think a sales rep would do for me! Thank you Midway, but most of all Thank you Alex!!

Great laughs and amazing customer service from employee making the car buying process smooth! Midway was able to get me out a bad situation with my previous vehicle and put me in a beautiful car better than what I expected to get going in I'm a completely satisfied customer.
