I have dealt with dealerships all over the country...

I have dealt with dealerships all over the country and most of my family retired from CHEVROLET manufacturing plants. Midway is so far above the rest of the dealerships that I have dealt with that I will only buy vehicles from Midway from this point forward. Kurt the fleet manager is incredible.

I have never dealt with such great service guy ever, Cesar Valenzuela was wonderful. What a great guy, he went above and beyond what I needed. He's a keeper, I'm coming back because of him. For your next service please ask for Cesar Valenzuela, for good service and experience

Some of the employees were friendly and courteous,...

Some of the employees were friendly and courteous, and unfortunately some were not. Imagine standing there and employees glancing at you while waiting to be helped. That happened as soon as I walked into the services department and when I stepped out to wait in front of the booths. My services representative never answered his phone, so I had to leave messages multiple times and only received a call back once. The one and only time I was able to reach him was when I called the front desk.

The worst part of my experience was never receiving a courtesy call. Nobody called to update me on my car for 3 days. Then, I found out on the 4th day that in order for my insurance company to tow my car out of their location, I have to pay a $150 release fee. Yeah, you ordered rims for my car but I canceled services THE day of. In fact, I spoke to one of your head honchos and he said, "no problem". That guy was actually really nice. I wish I got his name. Plus, you'll be making a profit out of the rims anyway, right? Overall, a poor experience and I'll likely never return. I highly recommend going to Sands Chevrolet but only if you absolutely need to see a dealer. If you need your vehicle repaired, go to Fix Auto, instead. They're affordable and honest.

.....and the car Alex P. found for me!! It's as if the Sales department knew my wants and needs better than I did. As a person who hates driving, I literally love it now! I just told my kids yesterday that driving my new car makes me feel happy and puts me in a good mood. Crazy right? Crazy but true! .....so what are you waiting for?? Go in and meet the team already! They will make you feel welcome, treat you like a friend rather than a dollar sign, send you home driving something you absolutely love to be in, and give you the best deal in town

Unfortunately you can not do more than 1 review for a business on google. So, I wanted to add...I was having some issues with my Chevy Spark and received a phone Call from Midway Chevrolet just at the right time. I spoke with Sales Rep Jose Reynoso, and explained my concerns. He had the service department contact me to schedule an appointment to bring my car in. He followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond!! I'll definitely see him for my next Vehicle purchase!

Purchasing a car is as equally fun as going to the dentist! However, I had a good experience. Everyone is professional and friendly at Midway Chevrolet! Thanks to Alex, Francisco, and Sam, I left with a car I love!

I had a great experience at Midway Chevrolet, we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement on the Truck of my choice and at the price I went in willing to pay.
The people were very friendly and most of all, no high pressure sales force.
I would certainly purchase another vechicle when ready, from Midway Chevrolet.

Dwayne Toole lied to me. He wanted us to purchase ...

Dwayne Toole lied to me. He wanted us to purchase the extended warranty and first weren't sure about it. Then we asked how long the warranty was good for and he said the life of the loan. Well when I finally got the paperwork for the extended warranty it was only for 1 year. I called him and tols him I wanted to cancel right away so I would be credited the full amount. I went in to the office December 2013 and signed the paperwork. In April 2014 I called Dwayne to let him know that i still hadn't received the refund. He said they lost the paperwork but said if i signed again he would retro it back to December when I originally cancelled. Well when i finally got the refund on May 12th it was only half. After a month he said "Hello , it is my understanding that your refund was based off of the date listed on the cancellation form that you faxed over.Dwayne Toole" I asked to speak to his supervisor and was trasfered to Joe. Anyways I dealt with Joe for about 6 months and finallay he told me sorry we can't do anything for you. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone unless you want to be stole from!

Went in to the used lot fully intending to purchase a vehicle that day, I was harassed to the point I had to walk out. The salesman and manager I was trying to deal with were the most rude and unprofessional I've EVER dealt with. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere. HAPPILY.

We were to see Sare Campbell at 10:30am. We were there 20min early and she got us in right away. I liked the way she let us know that she would do everything she could to make the deal. We took a drive and she explained all of the cars functions. She is an asset to Midway Chevy. Would send people I know to her. Thanks Sara

When I drove up to the dealership the first guy was very rude to me. He act like I was doing him a favor his name is Jorge. Then I met Edgar and everything changed Edgar was amazing. He made me feel very important. He goes above and beyond. Words can't explain how amazing and wonderful he is. Edgar has great customer service skills. I'm more than likely to come back. He change my day completely around.

As usual we returned home happy and satisfied from...

As usual we returned home happy and satisfied from taking our 2010 Equinox for service. Mr. Hugh Abbott has been our guiding light at Midway from the moment we went car shopping. Hugh has been our main man since 2008. Seems impossible that soon it will be ten years; ten years and Midway is still 'Numero Uno" for us. Thank you for caring for our car and it"s owners. Hugh #! ..
