Nice visitor friendly, and nicely displayed all Microsoft products from old to new. An attractive gift shop! Microsoft campus is very nice.

Microsoft is a massive company that has many products that we use today (such as Windows.) It was an amazing company until Windows 10. Windows 10 limited some things, but it was fine at first... But when you actually take your time to read what you did when you installed Windows 10, it's kind of scary. Although, Microsoft is a very good company right now. The headquarters signify that, as it looks amazing and you should take a visit there.

Good place to work, but not really a tourist destination

The common area on the Microsoft headquarters campus is open to the public.
Tourists can enter food courts, company stores (souvenir shops), history museums, etc.

I enjoyed visiting the HQ and seeing the museum in the visitor center and store.

Nice visiting center it will take you one hour to finish and there is free parking

I recognize that the windows operating system has changed the world and made access to powerful computing universal and world wide and that certainly is to be recognized and acknowledged. Unfortunately avarice in the pursuit of profits has derailed your vision and now your product is mediocre at best. It is unstable, inflexible, and unsuitable for any application that requires trouble free operation. More than this your total and utter disregard for the customer and their concerns over privacy, security and fair treatment are draconian at best. The only thing you have going for you is propaganda and market domination. I will avoid your products and services wherever possible and do everything in my power to promote an alternative that will eventually relegate you to history. You are a moral blight on the consumer and society as a whole, and you have consciously chosen to be so, and you started out so well.

Microsoft is a place where creative ideas are generated and a place which gives public young generation new idea and creative mind person who thinks only positive and make world better than others

Microsoft NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!!! I play XBOX cause it's more cooler than PS. XBOX is sooo much easier to play, more relaxing on the Controllers more graphics, more games, more exercise, more entertaining. I use Bing for web searching. According to Bing, XBOX TWO is coming NOVEMBER 15, 2020!! It's DEFINITELY real news cause BING & XBOX are BOTH BY Microsoft!! Play Stations feel uncomfortable for the controller, too plasticy, the trigger buttons always get stuck but XBOX, never gets stuck. Microsoft & XBOX ar INCREDIBLE and has WAY BETTER TECHNOLOGY!!!! THIS IS WHY I LOVE MICROSOFT, THIS IS WHY I STICK WITH MICROSOFT, THIS IS WHY I SUPPORT MICROSOFT, & THIS IS WHY I LOVE XBOX SM NO DOUBT!!!!

They have a little exhibit going on with some concepts etc.

Definitely underwhelming visitor center. There are some artifacts, but it's mostly just a store.

w10 has denial of usage issues .
you need to install a program , but
w10 just queued a download ,...

guess what ?
you can't install Your program ,
until w10 reboots and installs it's
junk update . more denial of Your service .
( their "Active Hours" setting is useless )
really ? just 18 hours ? what happened to 24\7 ?
how generous .
And , as just noted , Active Hours doesn't even work .

if you like to reboot and re-install
all the time , and do absolutely nothing ,
then w10 is for you .

microsoft has Permanently broken more
code in w10 , then they have ever written .
( sounds like Class Action , to me )
their apps , your apps ,..they don't care .

if you want to run software programs ,
then look elsewhere .

microsoft has No security
at there web site and tech support .
they say they do , but they don't .

Visitor center and Microsoft shop in building 92 are the perfect place to start your visit!

they changed my Hotmail into outlook and then locked it, now i have done over 200 attempts to get my email back with all my personal info on and only i would ever knew about the account. and they still just send me the same email within 2 minutes. the form they have is one of the worst i have seen and for a "big" company you would think they would spend a little money on account recovery. very bad customer service would not recommend to anyone. dont use micorsoft they dont what they want

MSFT is the best cloud company. I'm approaching 10 years as an employee and almost 16 when I include contractor years. The best tech but would say the people and teams I work with are why I keeping coming back each day. People truly make the difference in the work place and MSFT culture helps to bring out the best in everyone to achieve great impact. Highly recommend as a great if not best place to work.

As someone that's been with Xbox for nearly a decade, I'd just like to say: Microsoft does not care about you or your investments in their products/services. After thousands of dollars and countless hours spent on Xbox my wife and I were banned after I attempted to change my gamertag on their website after the big gamertag release that just happened recently. Naturally, I figured there had to be a mistake - we both attempted to appeal the ban and were promptly denied by their "Enforcement Team", what a joke. The reason for the ban(s) - "Gamertag Theft", two permanent profile bans and two console bans for trying to change my gamertag? LOL.

We won't be the last to be wrongfully banned from Micro$oft, and I honestly believe they have a ban "quota" that has to be met in order to generate revenue - Ban X amount of people in a feeble attempt to make them repurchase their games, live, M$ points, etc.

Protect yourselves, your money and time by not investing in something that can simply be deactivated at the click of a button, I doubt the enforcement team can even comprehend what we are saying to them - hence the generic copy/paste response(s) they are so notorious for.

It s a pity that it s not possible to enter because of the holidays.

This company is a joke. well I'm kind of upset with MICROSOFT atm because for a long time they have been offering the Windows 10 disc img iso direct download, for free, and I know this because I've been downloading it from the MICROSOFT store website for free the last two yrs.. Now I tried the Creation tool and it's a sham and doesn't do much of anything but waste 3hrs of your time. The agents of MICROSOFT are complete sham and have phony "Fake" names. For a company that is local in the United States sure has no real American folks in there company. For once I'd like to be able to chat with an agent whos name
I can understand. Someone I can talk to who knows what there doing. Today I'm leaving this company a bad review because they lack good customer service. Ive put up with MICROSOFT for the last three years but as of now im done with MICROSOFT. If MICROSOFT every truly changes there ways and behavior i may come back

I just sent this complaint to the FTC regarding Compattelrunner.exe, which I quite frankly regard as malware (installed without permission, and has undesirable effects).

Microsoft Update installes an executable, Compattelrunner.exe, on my computer without my permission; the Windows Update function ignores my setting, "Download updates but let me choose whether to install them." This executable serves no legitimate purpose and it degrades my computer's performance by using more than 70% of the CPU while causing noticable performance problems (e.g. programs running slowly or hanging up). I have uninstalled the responsible update (KB2952664) but found it on my computer again today--this is the fourth time I have found Compattelrunner.exe, and at least the second I have found KB2952664. Now I cannot even uninstall it; I tried to do so from the Control Panel and was told without explanation, "An error has occurred. Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled." Microsoft has ignored complaints about this issue, and is now not even letting me remove the unwanted program from my computer.

What can I say, nothing but the best here! Microsoft has been very good to me and I love their products. Xbox and HoloLens, so cool!!

avoid windows 10.0. win10 takes away all user options for if you want to decide on updates. Great brilliant move by this conglomerate. So I turned off windows update service. So what does the bully microsoft do? They turned it back on and crashed my pc. Thanks! So Brilliant of you. Checked your EULA and no mention of you turning on services that the user wants off. Since this is not in your EULA you will be held responsible for all expenses incurred. Other users should also hold this conglomerate responsible for their actions.

Windows 10 RUINS PEOPLES COMPUTERS! Microsoft had better take responsibility for the damages!
