So what does the bully microsoft do? They turned it back on and crashed my pc. Thanks! So Brilliant of you. Checked your EULA and no mention of you turning on services that the user wants off. Since this is not in your EULA you will be held responsible for all expenses incurred. Other users should also hold this conglomerate responsible for their actions.
