Went to building 92 at the Studios during a weekday to visit the new updated Microsoft Store and purchase some Microsoft branded souvenirs for a couple of visiting guests. They made it more like their retail stores. They actually now sell both Office 365 and Surfaces instead of just the Microsoft branded merchandise at this location. Please be aware that the Microsoft branded stuff like shirts, power banks, and umbrellas are pricey unless they are on clearance. They also sell Sounders team gear (XBOX) The parking outside building 92 is hit or miss especially for visitor parking. Recommend you come in the morning or after 4 PM. The store takes cash or debit/credit cards only.

profit booking and impatient company in terms of their business. Their products like windows operating system have been loosing user friendly approach by each upgraded versions since windows 95 to windows 10. Latest versions are making user's restless for simple operation. I am feeling that company is totally running on the path of big money gains rather than customers satisfaction . Now older versions users are feeling like aliens on the newer version. In practicality all application software like ms office etc have become much complicated to use. That is time killer. Their older versions like windows 95 ,windows nt and windows xp were very practical to use. But company brought newer version like windows 10 and others only for profit booking. These are diverting computer user to become a android's mobile worm.Due to hard operation and complications of latest windows versions.
This company had appointed an Indian CEO .
But they are unaware of realities that only blunt brains of India move towards USA for livelihood because they can't compete with super brilliant Indian competitors in job market of india.
Where there's no room for average students in government sectors ant top private companies.
You can see Nadella's qualifications. He is graduate in engineering from sikkim manipa university that is a private third class college of india where anyone can get admission by donations.
Top brains of India can only get admission in government IIT and NIT.

Users have to do computer courses to operate Microsoft office and other applications. Which put unnecessary pressure to their pockets and waste precious time. Other hand android's users need not to go through such training.

So its time for any other software company to bring user friendly OS in the place of Microsoft's windows like android's OS.

I spent a full day at Microsoft...visiting various buildings on campus. It's ingenious...a transformational experience. The Garage was my favorite spot because it's a space for innovation...allowing employees to test new things.

Microsoft windows is the greatest laptop company ever including the place a great place that they have. I will say it again windows laptop are the greatest laptop ever and so as the headquarters.

Beautiful campus with many opportunity of activities to do, whether you work here or are just doing an impromptu visit. There are food vendors, playgrounds, visitor sectors, and company stores for visitors.

Really cool place to visit. Massive place with lots of Shuttles going around. Visitor center isn't really all that cool but there are a couple things that made the experience worth it. Everything was super clean and everyone was nice

I was just looking for something to do while waiting for Cirque du Soleil since I got the time wrong. It was a great way to entertain the kids for an hour. Even walking around the gift shop entertained them.

I should have read the reviews before buying Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016 which has failed miserably since it was installed on my Mac with the assistance of a Microsoft technician. The only thing worse than the issues I've encountered with Office 2016 is the treatment and lack of service I've received from Microsoft when I requested assistance in troubleshooting the issues I've encountered. Locating the phone number for service was the first challenge and despite my best efforts found myself in a perpetual loop with the automated robot that consistently routed my request for support to the "dead zone". After contacting another number I located in my records, I was routed to a call center in the Philippines and spoke with Daisy. I explained the issue that Outlook had not functioned properly since installation and that I was using Mac Mail and an old version of Entourage while attempting to troubleshoot Outlook. I informed her that my email addresses worked correctly with the two email clients but that they were not working correctly with Outlook. I was asked to hold but after twenty minutes realized my call had been disconnected. My second call landed me with Daisy once again who acted as if she didn't recall speaking with me a few minutes earlier, disconnecting the line, and making no attempt to contact me on the number I had previously verified as a good contact number before disconnection. After a few minutes of providing the same information to Daisy that I had provided on the first call, her boredom was exceeded only by her apathy when hearing me describe the issues a second time. When she rudely interrupted me with "Will you let me talk?", I knew speaking with her would be fruitless. Why certainly, Daisy, you may talk, but don't further insult my intelligence and demonstrate your lack of regard for me and the time I've wasted in my quest to talk with a technician. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and after another fifteen minutes on hold, the call was disconnected again by Daisy. Call number three was answered by a different representative who announced she could hear only static and asked me to hold. Four minutes later she returned to the line and instructed me to call another number due to the noise. When call number four was answered, I was told I had called the wrong number, however, the agent transferred me to the division that he insisted could assist me. I was connected to Nicole who for all I know, could have been Daisy's alter ego. When Nicole didn't seem to "get it", I asked to speak with a manager. Her response was that she wanted to know why I felt a need to talk with a manager and I clearly explained the reason. Nearly three hours after I had initiated the first contact, Carlos, who claimed to be a supervisor in the Philippines Call Center, insisted I would need to agree to pay a $99.00 premium service call fee despite the fact the software had never functioned properly. I can say that by the actions of Carlos, Nicole, and Daisy, it was clear neither had any interest in providing me assistance and that they could not care less about the issues I have encountered. It was one of the poorest examples of customer service I've experienced. Within moments of hanging up the phone, I received an automated message from Microsoft that reads as follows: Thanks for visiting Answer Desk for a complimentary consultation on Sep 19 2017 09:34 AM. If the consultation didn t meet your expectations, we d like to try again. Please feel free to connect with another expert Answer Tech who can help you find a solution. I accepted the invitation but when I clicked the hypertext link to reach another expert , I received the error message that the requested URL is invalid. Very apropos considering the experience as a whole. To any person considering Microsoft Office 2016; I recommend reading the reviews and thinking twice.

Microsoft head office is simply superb. It has some outstanding facilities that cater to partners and customers. People are very friendly and I am yet to see an employee who doesn't feel proud to work for this amazing pioneer in the IT world.

Visitors are also welcome and the Microsoft shop is well worth the visit and a number of products are discounted and if you know an employee then they could get you a discount that you are unlikely to get anywhere else.

I'm beyond angry and disappointed at Microsoft. They have been stealing money from me and I am trying to contact them to settle this all they do is ignore me. At the beginning of 2016 I tried to cancel my Xbox Live subscription but they were giving me a hard time about it so I cancelled the credit card that it was attached to and got a new one. They didn't charge me the next month so I thought it was done. Well, it turns out Microsoft are crooks and unethical and they went behind my back and got my new credit card number and started charging me again.

I don't even know how that is even legal. How can they get my new card number? expiration date, cvv number and everything? It's been almost three years that they have taken money from me for something I don't use and I don't want. I've written them a letter, emailed customer service, wrote a review on their site. I need someone to contact me ASAP. I have not heard from anyone.

They apparently dabble with "computers" (think an abacus crossed with a TV screen and you get the point). The people are typically very nice and the food pretty excellent. Definitely on its way up!
