Private campus. Beautiful in places. Huge, covers dozens of blocks.

For a tech headquarters it is very unimpressive and uninspired. It is a testament to mediocrity. What more can you expect from a company like Microsoft?

Great campus to visit. My sibling works here and I was able to visit the place. They recently constructed a brand new store to showcase their products and also have demos available on hololens. Offers are decent. Very friendly staff and overall nice place to visit for an evening fun.

As professional educator for Latin and History, that means admin of distant learning environments as well as classroom teacher I recommend Microsoft, as all experiences in Software applications for office I gained by support of Microsoft. Then additionally I qualified in Germany in Siemens Business Services' training site as well in office Software by Microsoft, and during my year in Texas, in the faculty staff, my qualifying Training for 'Intel-teach-to the-Future'certification took as well place under Microsoft support. But not to forget as well IBM, as MS was more focused in development of their own phone OS, IBM achieved to develop an considerable office app for Android based phones, that has recently been sold. So thank Microsoft the educational procedures and professions got a lot of benefits that meant improvement of all processes. Adding up: Be aware that New ways of computercrime are in the way in Germany: first destroying your installations and sanitary in your home and appartements, the owner does not repair and wants to deprive people of their private money or to indebt them to receive ownership and jobs on stolen or deprived identities. I purchased Windows 8 and weeks later the activation was no good any more. I called and they remotely accessed my computer and hacked my Registry and REFUSED to give me a valid Product Key. Weeks later the activation failed again and I spent another $152.17 and purchased A SECOND COPY. Now the $219.99 I spent on Office Home and Business 2013 is broken 1 month after getting it. I tried to get support and they called me, then made me wait over 10 minutes until they picked up the phone. They wanted to remote access again, and I said no. AND HE PROMPTLY HUNG UP. When I called the number in my Caller ID it was to an X-Box office and they wanted the serial number of an X-Box I do not own, so they REFUSED to help!!!!!

These guys are the worst at customer service: impossible to reach by phone, if you actually get someone they can't help. Buy a Mac.

Innovation center is great to see and meet with peer experts to understand latest innovations

I like the food in the food court and the Microsoft store has some awesome stuff.

Fix the store I shouldn't have to be at a loss because "something is happening on our end" for the past 3 @#$%ing days

My husband has been having issues with MSN for over a year now. He calls , get someone overseas and no one can fix the issue, all they say is we know we have an issue and that is affecting millions of people worldwide, but we don't know when it will be fixed. This has been handicapping him with his businesses. His emails disappear, his contacts disappear. Unfortunately MSN is the only provider which can carry all the contact he needs so he is at their mercy. With all the money and resources you have this should not be occurring in this day and age. It's disgusting. And the customer service is a travesty and should be an embarrassment to a company if this caliber.

The museum was being renovated as of end of 2017 and so not much to see. The visitor parking lot was full and I found no other alternative.

Easy enough to get around. Surface parking is terrible and inconvenient.

It a gorgeous campus. The best places to eat are in the Commons, Cafe 112, and Cafe 83. There is an employee library at the far end of Building 92 and a box near the Mixer where employees can anonymously borrow, leave, and share books.

Very disappointed with customer service, my son purchased the gears of war 4 limited edition elite controller when it came out, being a collector of special editions, the higher price for it was worth it to him. The controller stopped charging, so he called into microsoft, and they said they would replace the gears of war 4 limited edition elite controller, and just to send in his and they would send him a new one. Great! he send it in, and waits, and finally it comes, but they send him a regular elite controller, he calls in again, and is told that the special edition is not available, so therefore, he gets a replacement of the regular one! He has the email stating that they would send the special edition, now he has lost the special edition controller he sent in, and in speaking with the apparent "supervisor" thats just the way it goes!!! My son has spent alot of money for microsoft products over the years, and people collect special editions for a reason, and the company charges a high price for these special editions to obtain these people as customers. He was mislead when he let his special edition go back to the company, and now they cannot even get it back to him! He should have been told they could not replace the special edition, and given him some options on what to do, before letting it go. Unacceptable service. I would also like to know, what does microsoft think customer service is? They have the site, but where is the service? We are loyal customers, and did not get any.

I generally am not one to write letters complaining but I think I need to in this case. I am disabled so gaming is the main thing I have to help keep my mind busy. a bunch of my friends and I feel the same about this .we are cod fans been playing together for years we couldn't wait for the new modern warfare and or black ops to come out. everytime mod warfare would we where happy and excited to have the game. but this last game black ops two you guys are working together with trey arc to make this game.well this is the first time I feel I wasted my money on this game .I know you probably hear this all the time and I'm sorry to complain.but I live on a set income. and I expected the game to be good .but they cheapened the game black ops two down where the planes and trophies and general feel of the game all feels cheap. it has the feel of halo more than mod warfare. my Xbox name is hyperfreak101 you can see I am a gamer but I will never buy another trey arc game again. we have all gone back to mw3 . Really cool place. Some downsides include confusing signs. They don't differentiate between general touristy visitors and business visitors. One sign tells you to go to one building and the other sign tells you to go to a different building. They don't disambiguate the term "visitor" well enough for you to really know.

The campus is always clean, easy to navigate from building to building

I was given a tour of the campus and I was extremely impressed. From the hidden game room to the near by snacks to the workout room to the free lunch. It seems to be a great place to be creative and expressive for tech.

The Executive Briefing Center was nice. They have amazing coffee! Otherwise, our visit was just a sales pitch for things we don't need or that MS will charge thousands to help implement. Some of the proprietary things were really not all that impressive. The people were courteous and pleasant.

Got to tour one of the building to see the office environment. Looks like a great place to work, and feel valued as an employee.

I was unable to find a visotor parking for myself and have to park on a compact parking

Campus of one of the best companies to work for! What more to say? This is the place you can get your customer ( for an Executive Briefing) to hob nob with who's who of Microsoft. The campus has many food courts ( associated with the buildings ) and Commons which serves most cuisines. The campus also has a company store where employees can buy software at discounts.

I cant reccomend anyone more than Microsoft for professional development. The presentations/presenters were informative, engaging, and approachable.

I just spoke to the switchboard in Redmond to assist me in navigating a problem I have that sales kept deferring to tech and vice-versa. The were curt, rude and unprofessional. What a way to "run an airline"!

The best place of the best tech company. Love Microsoft and this place.

Good place to held event for children who're interested in STEM education.

Fun place to take tourists and the only place to really buy Microsoft branded souvenirs. Building 92 is the only building non-employees are allowed to visit.

Lots of Surface pro 4 laptops have battery swelling issurs. You need to recall all the surface pro products!!!!!We did nothing wrong!!!!We spend thousand dollars on your product and get this. We need fully return or exchange!!!!!

Was really hoping for a history of Microsoft and stuff like that but instead it's just an interactive commercial for well known MS products with a store attached to it. It was clean and professional but ultimately disappointing.

Interesting to finally see the campus - but man is it in need of an overhaul. Surprised how old and utilitarian the buildings are. I ve heard they re working on re-building, but looks like it will take a while.

Inside, however - very nice and well appointed. The meeting rooms are quite chill and feel like you re in someone s house.

Microsoft headquarter is big and grand. However it is scattered.

I spent a week for training on Microsoft and enjoyed every minute of it. If you are a developer, I highly recommend the Visual Studio Live conference.

7/3/19 = 5 star = Very nice ambience , we did the tour , lots of future technology and their parking structures have lots of charging stations but for employee only .

Microsoft is a distinguished multinational leader. The work they put, the focus they place on safeguarding their customers' data is an example of how multinational entities such as Microsoft should do.

Interesting experience going to a meeting at this location - hard to find the building! We met in cafeteria and was amazed at the diversity of the beverage selections - not all techies drink pop! Coconut water, spritzer etc very nice to see. Beautiful campus inside and out.

Good to come here if you are Microsoft employee or know someone to get discounted items and other things for Xbox Live or Xbox itself.

Microsoft continues to take money from my account for the same transaction over and over accumulating to hundreds of dollars every time i buy something online with my credit card. This has happened several times resulting in me canceling up to three cards to stop the transactions
