Microsoft's BitLocker has blocked my LapTop. I had a test at 9:00 and I still needed my documentation from my laptop. I called at 8:00 and everything I was told was (about 5 times) that the customer service did not open until 9:00 ,
When I asked the head of the department (3x), the lady simply gave the phone to the colleague next door (my guess), who could only tell me. "Customer service does not open until 9:00 am"

That's horror! I'm supposed to exchange my device, so they decided in global support. I'm connected to a super unfriendly woman from surface department, first she lied to me, she said that my compute was bought back more than three years ago, I should find the document and prove it is not. I found the document. Then I call a second time, wait on the line, she picks up, I said that I have the note now and the computer is not yet three years old, she drops off, I call again, third wait and she picks up , hear my voice and put the listener directly !!!! Imagine that! So next time I'll just go for Apple! I did not even imagine that it is even possible in Switzerland !!!
Absolute disaster service. You wait 30 minutes until the nice gentleman on the phone has all the clarifications for a problem that would be very easy to solve for me if I were to sit at his desk. 30x 2.- = CHF 60.- ... rip-offs. Incredible! After 30 minutes he told me: delete the app and then reinstall it. And buy Exchange Server in addition to the expensive Office365. Then it should work. When I asked what he had clarified for 20 minutes, he said: a moment ... - and hung up. Haha...
It's nice that Microsoft like Phoenix from the ashes is playing a role again thanks to the new CEO "Nadella". Who would have expected that again under Ballmer? At least not me! :-) However, Nadella aims to show the consumer a stinking finger and makes a drama with OneNote, kill Groove Music, kill MS Band, WinMobile, etc. ... OneDrive is incredibly slow. Photos not usable and Win10 At the error level of Vista. No thanks. I'm back to Linux and Google Services, at least they work!
Microsoft Switzerland finds it unnecessary to respond to a critical customer request within 6 weeks. This reflects the arrogance and market power of the Group. A "normal" company could not afford something like that. The fact that you can not find any further information on where to complain about the intolerable behavior of Microsoft Switzerland fits into the picture.
Super weak
I have been trying for over 5 weeks to resolve two error messages (Windows 10) with Microsoft (via all possible channels), but unsuccessfully. I have licensed and paid for the Microsoft products for many years, because I expect a targeted service. Really weak, what Microsoft Switzerland offers here.

Unbelievable - at Brack.ch bought a Microsoft Surface Book 2 for not a little money. After 4 months, the tablet and the keyboard unit began to constantly connect and disconnect, so that you could not work with the device. Warranty processing is outsourced to Microsoft. There you can fight through a mad phone announcement menu and then get the information that the device is not replaced with a new, but only by a "refurbished" so retreaded used is replaced. Instead of the brawl standing by and fulfilling its contractual obligation, the customer is sent into a tedious ping-pong between the unspeakable Microsoft service support and their own technology. This was my last purchase of a Microsoft product and also my last purchase at Brack.

The worst customer support ever. Called them today 2 times and after listening for 5 minutes the instructions I finally got the chance to explaine my problem. But here starts the funny part, after explaining the problem they just hanged off the telefone and offcourse I was charged because its 0848 number. I bought a 14 days ago a new Surface Go and a sound speakers at the side fell off. Obviously noone is interested to repair it or help me with finding a solution for my problem. Defintely this is the last time I bought Microsoft notebook.
There is an incredible amount of bad at Microsoft. For example, Word, which exists since 1985 still does not work properly! That's just annoying. In addition, customer support is a joke. Since Apple is 1000x better. Just a joke.

Due to missing information about Skype for Business, I had to call customer service. I must say, because unfortunately have no plan, the customer can not be excused, and one with not valid 0800 numbers abspeissen. Rarely laughed so vlt at the UPC .. :) Zero star gabs unfortunately not, so one.

Surface Book 2, i7 & 512GB. Problems again and again after updates. Something doesn't always work with these devices. Performance times great and then slow again for inexplicable reasons. Now since the last update, it is no longer possible to install Office 365 (reinstallation because of many problems). Not possible even after restarting Windows. Furthermore, the enterprise version was installed after the standard re-installation of Windows, although this was never installed ... How is that possible? 5 identical surfaces are used professionally and we always have problems with all of them. We are immensely disappointed .... We chose the Surface because it was developed by you and you would think that it would be most compatible with Windows products. The opposite is obviously the case and even after more than a year the problems have not been solved. On the contrary: there are always new problems. We should be able to work with the devices, which is far from being possible at the moment.

2 times for 2 hours phoned and finally nothing could be solved.
I called twice, nobody asked me what the problem was. The last one just wanted to access my PC without asking me what I needed. The language was also a problem. They understood me very badly in German. I have never seen such bad customer service in Switzerland. 0 !!!!

The Microsoft Flight Simulator Standard costs US $ 59.99 in the online store in the USA. In the Microsoft Switzerland online store CHF 74. At the current exchange rate of 1 US $ = 0.89 CHF, that's an impressive 38.6% more. That is an enormous Swiss surcharge for an online product where there are no local production costs.
Absolutely awful Microsoft after-sales service. I sent my tablet surface new and defective for exchange, dated 05/31/2018 (by registered parcel), enclosing an explanatory letter and my telephone number. Someone contacted me by phone after three weeks to tell me that they received my letter but not the tablet?!?! To date, there is still no news from my supposedly not found tablet (08/16/2018). Pay attention

Biggest rip-off available. Have a problem with the Surface Book because the connectivity between keyboard and screen is the very last. The problem is known to Microsoft. Called. Nobody takes off. Permanent waiting loop. Then asked for a call back online and clicked. Callback took place and then again 15 minutes in the waiting loop. Absolutely the last thing about dealing with customers. Somebody should take care of the politics of this group. Never again Microsoft and this is not just a case of several. It is also the case with acquaintances etc. Keep your fingers away.
My experience with the Xbox One Elite controller.
I bought my controller from Media Markt on September 26, 2016, as recommended by my friends. That was less than 2 years ago. And Media Markt is only about the 2nd line.
On July 08, 2017 I contacted MS Support and they sent me a refurbished device because a button on my premium controller fell off. Nothing new, just a completely overhauled one. The guarantee continued to run from 09/26/2016, although I got the controller of a person who wasn't sure how he treated his. It is always three times the price we pay for a conventional Xbox One controller. Since you pay premium you can also expect premium.
It was a mistake to send the controller to MS. In the future I will do many things differently and that is exactly what I would like to recommend to everyone.
Go to Media Markt immediately. There you get a brand new one. The refurbished one is now falling apart and there is nothing I can do. If Media Markt has no stock, they may also pay the money back. Microsoft only releases those that have been sent to you by other users. Not a year has passed since I got the refurbished controller.
Neither lasted even a year. I put the triple on the counter for this controller than for the conventional controller and then something. Before I had Xbox 360 controllers that survived a shared apartment and were still intact. So good that I was able to sell the Locker on Ebay. I treat all my devices well and here it falls apart twice.
The MS Support doesn't care anymore, since more than 12 months have passed. I was hoping for goodwill, since we paid quite a bit for it. Well ... no more MS support in the future! Premium at MS is written in small letters. I also advise everyone against buying. Rumor has it that there will be a new version of the Elite Controller. I was actually keen on it, but not after this support. Premium Paid and worse than Premium ... I can only repeat myself from here.
