This company is deliberately pulling its customer over the table.
I bought Assassin's Creed Odyssey in the Xbox Store and I wanted to install it. But it always stops at 84.2% and is therefore not playable.
According to my research, Microsoft has known the problem at least since May 27, 2019, if not earlier. Nevertheless, knowing that there are massive problems that make the game worthless, Microsoft has sold the game to me at no price at all. And it continues to sell.
For me, this is a scam.
They should have said that it was not working at the time, so I could have bought my game elsewhere.
Return does not seem possible. If there is such a possibility, it is well hidden.
This is fraud on the customer.
